FOX censors apparently didn’t catch the little vagina flash. Nigel Lythgoe, the head judge and executive producer, had this to say:

“None of us knew she did this. The show was always designed to expose talent, but not in this way.”

I like how they play dumb. What networks won’t do for ratings!
