Breathalyzer Man Busted For DUI – Photo
Oxford, Ohio police officers caught up with an 18-year-old guy dressed up as a breathalyzer machine, driving the wrong way down a one-way street Sunday morning.
The offending party, James Miller, was subsequently charged with underage drinking and DUI. Authorities also found an open can of Bud Light in the car’s center console, along with what was left of a case of beer in the passenger’s seat and trunk.
When given a real breathalyzer test, Miller blew a whopping .158, which is twice Ohio’s legal limit.
