Michael Lohan Served In Jon Gosselin Lawsuit

Michael Lohan has been subpoenaed to testify in the lawsuit of TLC against his former friend Jon Gosselin.

TLC is suing Gosselin because according to them, he broke his deal with them when he started taking money from other deals and TV appearances without consulting them.

Lohan who has been in Boston all weekend tells TMZ that he accepted the papers and told them to leave the papers at his house, he has yet to see the papers though.

In true Lohan fashion he is telling anybody who will listen about the case, speaking to RadarOnline he said..

“He did deals with me, I was working on a deal with him for a Nutrisystem endorsement and a book deal. He got a paid a lot of money for different promotions, clubs, magazines, and by a TV network. At times he said what we were doing was ok; at times times he said it was a problem. I guess thatâ€™s why he got paid cash for so many of the personal appearances so no one would know. He would get paid between $2,500-$5,000 or even more, some casinos would give him poker chips. I was negotiating a deal for Nutrisystem but when the negative press came out Nutrisystem ran for the hills. We didnâ€™t get to the numbers with Nutrisystem but it would have been six-figures.”

Maybe with this lawsuit taking up Michael Lohan‘s time, he will lay off his daughter Lindsay Lohan for a bit? Probably not.
