Mary J. Blige Smacks Husband – Video
Mary J. Blige and her husband Kendu Isaacs were at her album release party at M2 nightclub where she socked him one.
At the 1:07 mark, Mary smacks her husband in the face. Reportedly, she was trying to stop a fight between her hubby and her brother. According to her spokeswoman, “Her husband and her brother got into an altercation that turned into a fight. Mary went to break up the fight.”
A source said, “They got up in each other’s faces before someone tried to separate them, at which point she shoved the guy aside, pulled back and popped [Isaacs] in the face. She was yelling at him, “What are you gonna do, Chris Brown me?”
Her husband’s lip was said to be bleeding, which her spokeswoman also denied. She also denied anyone invoking the name of Chris Brown, saying that she never mentioned him.
The cause of the incident? Isaacs was said to be flirting with the help!
