Bristol Palin has taken ex-boyfriend Levi Johnston to court over child support payments. She wants him to pay her $1,750 per month for the care and expenses of their son, Tripp.

Palin’s affidavit says that she believes Johnston made over $105,000 last year, presumably for showing his Johnson (or not). She also cited various media interviews and “modeling related activities” as his source of income. Ahem, Playgirl, cough cough.

He never disclosed how much he made from the shoot itself, where he was rumored to be showing everything. He reneged on that promise and mostly showed his butt in the shower. Boring!

TMZ reports:

Bristol says in her sworn statement, “I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi.” Bristol says Levi has forked over only $4,400 over the 13 months of Tripp’s life — $3,000 on September 9, 2009, $1,400 on December 19.

Regardless, she still wants her 20% because she says he made over $105,000. In other news, some morons paid Levi Johnston over $105,000 to show only his butt.
