Tila Tequila is still grieving over the loss of her fiancee, Casey Johnson. So don’t come over trying to rifle through her belongings just yet. Yes, we’re looking at you Nicky Hilton.

Apparently Tila wasn’t ready to relinquish Casey’s dogs when Bijou Phillips and Nicky Hilton came to retrieve them from her house. Tila has refused to turn over the dogs and has called the cops claiming the two are trying to break in. Phillips and Hilton were also there to collect other things of Casey’s for her family, in addition to her pets.

The LAPD is currently on scene and is trying to hash out this mess. They are reportedly on the phone with Casey’s family in New York.
