Tuesday night, Ewan McGregor was spotted arm-in-arm and hugged up with “Inglourious Basterds” actress MÃ©lanie Laurent. The only problem with that? He’s married, and has been for fifteen years.

In 1995, Ewan married Eve Mavrakis, who is a French production designer. Apparently, having been married for fifteen years entitles you to jump on any random 26-year-old upcoming actress. Don’t get me wrong, I loved MÃ©lanie’s performance in “Inglourious Basterds” and believed that she really made the movie great. However, it’s not her that’s in the wrong here, it’s him. He’s the one that’s married, not her.

But I digress. Rumor has it that Ewan and his wife are known swingers and have an open marriage. So it’s unlikely that Eve is burning all of his things. She’s probably sitting at home and watching on her laptop as Ewan and this chick stream live from their hotel room.
