Ben Roethlisberger Will Not Be Charged With Sexual Assault

Ben Roethlisberger has dodged a bullet. Just moments ago, Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit District Attorney Fredric D. Bright stated that there will be no charges filed against Big Ben because the alleged victim of the incident that occurred in Milledgeville, GA earlier this year no longer wants to pursue the matter.

D.A. Bright claims that there are “significant questions about what occurred that night”, but apparently not significant enough to attempt to prosecute the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback. Roethlisberger’s accuser went to the hospital after the “attack”, and a “a superficial laceration and slight bleeding” were discovered near her genitals, but no word from the doctors on whether or not the injuries were caused by a sexual assault.

I’m thinking someone has just gotten their paws on a massive wad of cash in exchange for their silence.
