Lindsay Lohan Demands Court Apology

The court told the media that Lindsay Lohan was basically a drug addict and it was since found that she was misdiagnosed as having ADHD. She was then prescribed Adderall, which she now blames for her bizarre behavior.

Fox News reports that Lindsay is pretty miffed and may want some sort of compensation for the kerfuffle:

“Lindsay is fuming – she is really upset that the courts put her through all this,” a source close to the 24-year-old told Pop Tarts, referring to Lohan’s incarceration for violating terms of her probation for a 2007 DUI, and subsequent court-ordered rehab.

The insider said Lohan’s camp was “exploring its options.” But just in case you’re thinking about it, Linds, legal action against the courts is probably out of the question.

I wish her luck with that one. It sounds pointless for her to ask for an apology or try to seek litigation over her feelings being hurt. The judge and prosecutor have immunity against these shenanigans.

So, she can whine all she wants, but it’s not going to make a big difference. She should just shut her pie hole and be glad her tush isn’t still sitting in the pokey.
