Gavin Rossdale Admits Gay Sex With Peter Robinson

In a stunning turn of events, Gavin Rossdale has admitted to the rumored fling with Peter Robinson, also known as Marilyn.

It was rumored that he had a relationship with Marilyn before he met and married Gwen Stefani. He denied the rumors previously, but is now owning up to the fling.

In a new interview with “Details” magazine, he confirmed that he had slept with the crossdresser in his teens. He said, “When you’re 17, Jesus Christ. I don’t think there’s anything strange about any form of—you’re learning about life. It’s a part of growing up. That’s it. No more, no less.”

He admits to a one-night thing with Marilyn, even though she has said it was a long-term relationship and he was the love of her life. He said, “That was it. You have to know what you like, and I know what I like.”

As for why he decided to reveal this information now, he added, “I think at the outset there was a sort of fear—that was right at the beginning of Bush, and I didn’t want it to be part of it. It felt like a cheap shot, so I was like, ‘I’m not getting involved.’ I’ve never wanted to appear closed about it. It’s not something I’ve talked about really because it’s always been in the glare of a tabloid world.”

Interesting. Rumor has it that after he gave that scoop to “Details”, he recanted it and asked them not to publish the story. But, they decided to run with it after all.
