Miley Cyrus Nude Photo Leaked
So after waking up in bed sick I was tempted to just have a pity party and not turn on the internet, luckily I decided to because as soon I as I did I get an email saying Miley Cyrus has a nude photo leaked on the internet and you can see it here.
Obviously that photo above isn’t the nude one, it’s just another photo that was taken off her iPhone after it was stolen out of her purse during a party in LA last weekend. The photo in question was taken at the Westin Palace Hotel in Madrid, where Miley stayed recently.
Miley’s face isn’t shown in the photo but ONTD have put together a whole picture board to pretty much prove that it is indeed Miley that’s showing off her goodies.
This girl will never learn, will she? I can’t wait to see how her people spin this one.

No it would not. Since she is clearly 18. Child porn is only considered child porn if the person you are looking at is under the age currently. So you are wrong. Plus it would not be kiddy porn since kiddy porn is classified as someone between the age of 1-10. It would be underage porn but since she is not underage it is no longer underage pictures. Plus the pictures where probably taken after her 18th birthday. The phone was stolen last weekend.
also they would not post this picture on this website if she was underage. It would be illegal to do so.
She has been getting pictures of herself scantily clad posted on the net since she was 15. She dresses in very revealing clothes in concert. I told a buddy of mine after she turned 18 that she would “lose” her phone, and a naked picture would end up on the net. I didn’t think it would only be 9 days after her birthday.
