Rick Springfield Thinks His Mug Shot Is Hotter (Photos)

Rick Springfield, who is battling an ugly DUI case in Los Angeles, couldn’t have been happier last week about his very public mug shot.

“I have seen my mug shot. It’s way better than Nick Nolte‘s,” Rick said. “I’m thinking of going back, cause I liked the lighting so much, and doing a shoot.”

The 1980′s rocker plead not guilty to driving while intoxicated and will face trial in August where he could be looking at a maximum of six months behind bars and a $1,000 fine if he’s found guilty. That’s not stopping him, he’s already planning another fan cruise (November 12th).

“This is going to be the final one. They have been so great I didn’t want to get to the point where we go ‘this one wasn’t as much fun as last one.’ They have been incredible I want to leave it on a high note. We will come back and do something different.”

I’ll have to admit, his mug shot is hotter.
