“Octomom”, who has been struggling to make ends meet since she gave birth to eight children two years ago in Bellflower, was ranked near the top in the new poll “The Most Hated Person in America.”
The media has barely had time to cool down since the recent outpouring of outrage for 10-year-old model Thylane Blondeau‘s suggestive French Vogue spread and, more recently, our discovery of Jours après Lunes, a lingerie line for young girls.
Already, another instance of an underage model being photographed in a questionable manner has caught the media’s attention. However, this time, it’s because the parents of said model are taking action.
Southern California girl Hailey Clauson — who has worked in New York and Paris for designers including Gucci, Donna Karan and Oscar de la Renta — claims the “blatantly salacious” shot has damaged her reputation and may even violate kiddie-porn laws.
Her parents are suing Urban Outfitters for selling merchandise printed with pictures of her taken last April when she was 15 that they feel are sexually suggestive. They are also suing the photographer, Jason Lee Perry and two other stores and seeking damages exceeding $28 million. What confuses us is that, according to the Daily News, “her parents knew about the photo session but did not give permission to use the pictures.”
The following are quotes from the lawsuit:
“She is posed in a blatantly salacious manner with her legs spread, without a bra, revealing portions of her breasts.
The image of Teen in a spread eagle position making her crotch area the focal point of the image may portray a child in a sexually suggestive manner and may be in violation of one or more federal and/or state laws.”

They are also concerned about pictures of her holding a beer and riding a motorcycle without a helmet.
“Real Housewives” husband Russell Armstrong may have committed suicide because his secret gay sex life was about to be exposed in a tell-all book.
“Not only was it going to come out that Russell was bisexual, but there were people on the record that were going to talk about the kind of sex he liked,” a source revealed. “He was into S&M-type stuff; choking, roughhousing and slapping.”
Russell’s estranged wife, Taylor, claimed she discovered Russell was frequenting a gay website on his computer and that he was using trips to the gym as an excuse to have homosexual trysts. An insider said, “He was spending a lot of time at the gym, but his body wasn’t changing, which she [Taylor] claims led her to believe he was meeting with men he’d met off the website and not spending time working out.”
Armstrong’s attorney, Ronald Richards, said there could be a larger book being made about all of the housewives that would maybe mention Russell. Richards told the NY Post, “I would have known if there was a book about Russell Armstrong, because he would have had me deal with it.”
Meanwhile, Radar also reports Russell was an abusive husband, reportedly sending Taylor to the hospital after hitting her a few weeks ago. The website says the reality husband had a dark and violent past, including paying off a dentist to keep quiet about a fight he had with an associate — who needed reconstructive mouth surgery after being punched by Armstrong.
Russell’s family blames the show for his death and is considering a suit against Bravo.
Armstrong was found Monday after he hanged himself in a bedroom of a friend’s L.A. home.
This whole thing is just getting out of control. Everyone needs to shut up and let Russell’s real family — Taylor and her daughter — grieve in peace.
French film actor Gerard Depardieu was caught short on a Paris to Dublin flight and chose not to bother going to the toilet before relieving himself, says airline CityJet.
“I will only confirm that he, in effect, urinated in the plane,” a spokeswoman for the Air France-KLM subsidiary said on Wednesday, confirming a report on Europe 1 radio, which interviewed a passenger who witnessed the incident.
According to the passenger, who was not named, the 62-year-old was visibly inebriated and tried to stand up before take-off, when passengers are asked to wear seatbelts, declaring: “I want to piss, I want to piss.”
When a stewardess asked him to sit and wait 15 minutes until the jet took off and reached cruising altitude, he said he could not wait. “And there and then he stood up and did it on the floor,” she told the French broadcaster.
“We could see he had been drinking. The stewardess was dumbfounded,” she added. “No-one said anything. It all happened with courtesy. Mr Depardieu sat back down and the plane returned to the parking area to be cleaned.”
Anderson Cooper could barely contain himself while talking about the incident.
For some odd reason, there is nothing as infectiously hilarious as watching someone try and fail to keep a straight face.
‘The Ridiculist‘ is the recurring segment on AC360 in which host Anderson Cooper reports on the sublimely absurd stories of the day.
Linda Hoganhas implied that her ex-husband, Hulk Hogan, carried on an “intimate relationship” with his best pal out of the ring, Ed “Brutus Beefcake” Leslie.
Hogan already has to deal with rumors that he and his daughterBrooke Hogan are in an incestuous relationship, and now he’s going to have to respond to rumors that he and Brutus Beefcake were gay lovers.
Linda appeared on Matty P’s Radio Happy Hour when the host went through a series of questions from fan emails; at one point, he asked Linda if her ex and Beefcake carried on “an intimate relationship.”
“Wow, I don’t know how to answer this, so I don’t end up getting a lawsuit,” she said, laughing. “A little bird told me, ‘Yes they think they did.’”
Howard Stern has fired back at troubled comedian Andy Dick, who went on an anti-Semtic rant on the Greg Fitzsimmons show on Tuesday, calling Stern “a shallow, money-grubbing Jew,” reports Radar.
Dick also reportedly said of Stern, “I have no problem with his big fat hook nose … and his money-grubbing, miserly Jewishness.”
Dick told Fitzsimmons that Stern “used to be a really great friend” but is furious with the self-proclaimed “King of All Media” after he hung up on him during a call-in appearance with Charlie Sheen earlier this year, and took shots at him with co-host Robin Quivers afterwards.
Stern was told about Dick’s comments by one of his listeners while on air, but wasn’t surprised Dick would sink so low.
“Yeah, well that’s where people like to go,” Stern said. “It kind of points out where people’s heads really are … And let me point this out there isn’t a moment in my life I don’t know that, that is what in is people’s heads … It always comes down to the Jew. And scumbags like Andy Dick, and I hadn’t head this yet, but I know what’s in their heads anyway.”
Stern continued telling Dick to get his act together, telling his listeners, “I guess Andy’s downward spiral continues, and now he’s blaming me for all his problems … Stop looking for handouts you fucking wacko, stop waiting for the Jew to give you a job!”
Salma Hayek, known for her mind-blowing body, covers Allure’s September issue to talk about her most talked-about asset, her boobs.
“My boobs, they’re not bad, by the way. I’m not complaining about them.”
The actress, who has garnered critical acclaim playing the decidedly less-sexy role of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, explained that in the beginning of her career, she was pigeonholed by her figure.
She felt that she had to tailor her look to the suit Hollywood’s demands. But she assures, “I was not dressing like that in Mexico.”
The actress, 44, wed French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault (his family is worth $11.5 billion) in February 2009, and the duo share daughter Valentina, who turns 4 next month.
And the “Puss in Boots” star doesn’t apologize for the super-luxe, globe-trotting life she gets to lead. “I never understood the point of being privileged if you don’t get to have the privileges,” Hayek said.
Still, while Hayek loves yachts, private jets, expensive clothes and more, there’re one indulgence she hasn’t shelled out for: Plastic surgery or other cosmetic procedures.
“I’ve never had anything done on my face,” Hayek insists. “I’ve never had dermabrasion or peels or injections of any kind, nothing.”
Courtney Stodden, the 16-year-old who married actor Doug Hutchison (he’s 51) in June, wore a very familiar red bathing suit for a photoshoot.
“Just completed my session; Court does Pam! XO’s,” Stodden tweeted Monday, along with a picture of her looking like she walked straight off the set of “Baywatch.”
Her high-crotch bathing suit and bicep accessory (mimicking Anderson’s tribal tattoo in the same area) were all part of her transformation.

“I love these steamy mornings that allow you to erotically roll out of bed in nothing but your cheeky string bikini. Mmm, how electrifying!” she wrote on Saturday.
Brooke Hogan is sick of people who criticize her for her decision to unveil a nude photo in front of her father recently: leave me alone!
“Im SO sick of people saying me and my dad are in some perverted relationship,” she Tweeted on Saturday morning, days after revealing the photo in Miami. “Go home and do your own thing! Stop picking on me!”
The problem? Hulk Hogan didn’t have an issue with his daughter posing completely nude for PETA. In fact, he embraced it.
When Brooke brought her dad along to the unveiling of the photo, Hulk was actually photographed with the shot.
“Dancing With The Stars” co-host, Brooke Burke and longtime boyfriend David Charvet were reportedly married Friday in St. Barts.
Burke began dating Charvet, who starred on “Baywatch” and the original “Melrose Place,” in 2005 and they were engaged in 2006. Engaged for FIVE years.
The couple has two children together: Rain, 4, and Shaya, 3. Burke also has two children, Neriah, 11, and Sierra, 9, with ex-husband Garth Fisher.
The “Dancing With The Stars” Season 7 winner revealed in Redbook’s July 2011 issue that while their family keeps her more than busy, she and Charvet try to make time for themselves too.
“David and I make sure to escape once a week. So maybe on a Sunday night, we’ll go out to dinner at a favorite Malibu restaurant. Or at home we get the candles, the music — the whole deal — and we close the bedroom door. We have a rule in our house that you have to knock on closed doors. Someday the kids might be like, ‘I smell the candles, I hear Maxwell playing…’ but thank God they’re not old enough to figure that out yet.”
And just in case any of her followers didn’t understand her shorthand the first time, another follow-up tweet: “Just got married in greece I love being a wife!”
The “American Pie” actress wrapped filming for “American Reunion” just a few days prior and had been vacationing with Lilleund, a Danish businessman, when he popped the question.
I would imagine that she put more thought into her plastic surgeries.
In a new interview with ABC’s Nightline, Corey Feldman says that the biggest evil in Hollywood is a group of high-powered pedophiles who go after child actors.
Corey, who has admitted to being molested, went on to say that he blames one particular child touching Hollywood mogul for the death of Corey Haim.
“The number one problem in Hollywood was, is and always will be pedophilia,” he said. “It’s all done under the radar… But it’s the big secret.”
The Lost Boys actor said he was “literally surrounded” by pedophiles at the age of 14, but didn’t realize “until I was much older what they were and what they wanted.”
Feldman blamed his friend Corey Haim’s death at age 38 in 2010 on the abuse suffered at the hands of one particular “Hollywood mogul” he refused to name. “There was a circle of older men that surrounded themselves around this group of kids,” he said. “They all had either their own power, or connections to great power in the entertainment industry.”
Feldman said that Haim’s substance addiction was also a “symptom” of the molestation he experienced earlier in life.
“There’s a lot of good people in this industry, but there’s also a lot of really, really sick, corrupt people in this industry,” Feldman said. “There are people… who have gotten away with [pedophilia] for so long that they feel that they’re above the law. And that’s gotta change. That’s gotta stop.”
A stalker was arrested outside Sharon Stone‘s home Thursday.
A man in his 50s was found “yelling and banging” at the gate of the 53-year-old star’s Hollywood Hills house and was detained by police.
A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson confirmed: “Today at around 10:30am the LAPD West unit responded to actress Sharon Stone’s house for a man yelling and banging at the gate. He was detained for mental evaluation.”
No one was hurt in the incident, and it is not known if Sharon — who has been in New York filming ‘Gods Behaving Badly’ with Alicia Silverstone and Christopher Walken — was at home at the time.
Earlier this year the ‘Basic Instinct’ star obtained a permanent restraining order against “mentally ill” Bradley Gooden, who entered her residence earlier this year claiming it was his house.
He has also claimed he is the son of U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, and believed she had purchased the home for him to live in.
Mark-Paul Gosselaar, who’s best known for his role as Zack Morris in NBC’s “Saved by the Bell,” is engaged just months after his divorce from his first wife was finalized.
The 37-year-old actor announced Wednesday that he is getting married to advertising executive Catriona McGinn, reports People magazine.
Celebrity jeweler Neil Lane said he proposed with a five-carat cusion-cut diamond ring.
“He couldn’t wait to propose,” Lane told People. “He was so excited to have found the woman of his dreams.”
The ring was custom designed by the actor’s friend.
Gosselaar and Lisa Ann Russell, who have two children, son Michael, 7, and five-year-old daughter Ava, filed for divorce in June after almost 14 years of marriage.
Their divorce was finalized in May.
The actor and his McGinn stepped out together publically last year, when they attended a “Disney on Ice” event in Los Angeles with his children.
In March, a source told All Headline News that the two were spotted together in a romantic weekend getaway at a private resort in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.
Gosselaar currently plays attorney Peter Bash on the new TNT legal series, “Franklin & Bash,” which has been renewed for a second season.
