Linda Evangelista went to court yesterday to sort out a custody arrangement between her and the father of her 4-year-old son.
While Evangelista and her people have denied that 49-year-old PPR chief, François-Henri Pinault is the father, the court confirms he is.
Due to a misunderstanding, Pinault did not show up to court, his lawyer David Aronson said. “We had understood that it was to be a brief, telephone conference, to bring Magistrate Troy up to date on what the status was,” Aronson explained.
Pinault owns Gucci, Bottega Veneta and Yves St. Laurent.
The wealthy CEO and Evangelista conceived their son in early 2006, when Pinault was reportedly separated from Hayak, whom he married in 2009.
Pinault has a 4-year-old daughter with his wife, Salma Hayek, and two children from his first wife.
Denise Richards is adding another little girl to the group. The 40-year-old actress just adopted a baby girl domestically.
Cause we need more kids around this family mix.
“Eloise Joni Richards is named after Denise’s mom (Joni), and Denise and her daughters Sami and Lola chose the name Eloise,” the rep said. “Denise and Eloise’s big sisters couldn’t be happier and feel incredibly blessed.”
Richards has two girls from her marriage to Hollywood bad boy, Charlie Sheen: Lola, 6, and Sam, 7.
Richards recently revealed she’s writing a memoir.
“I get into the good stuff about my marriage, because people have only read the rotten stuff,” she said, referring to her marriage to Sheen. “So, you know, there was a beautiful love story between he and I and then it went the way it went.”
Sounds like Charlie has a chance in winning Denise back.
Bristol Palin has a new memoir coming out, “Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far.”
The 20-year-old single mom writes in her new book of losing her virginity to boyfriend Levi Johnston on a camping trip after getting drunk for the first time on too many wine coolers.
She awoke in her tent, alone, with no memories of what had happened as Johnston “talked with his friends on the other side of the canvas.” She had vowed to wait until marriage. And she had lied to her parents about where she was going.
After that night, Palin vowed to her mother, Alaska governor Sarah Palin, that she’d abstain from sex until marriage. She continued to have sex and at 18 became pregnant.
“I’d just made a complete fool of myself and given my family the middle finger,” she says after learning Johnston was cheating on her. His side of the story will be told in his upcoming book, “Deer in the Headlights: My Life in Sarah Palin’s Crosshairs,” due for publication this fall.
Bristol’s memoir, co-written with Nancy French, is due out next week.

Lily Allen now has two things to be smiling about – first of all she got married to Sam Cooper over the weekend and secondly her rep announced that she is pregnant again.
Lily and Sam tied the knot at St. James the Great Church in Gloucestershire, England, on Saturday – 7 months after he popped the question to her last Christmas during a vacation. During the wedding he announced the news that the pair are expecting a baby together.
A source who attended the wedding tells US Weekly “It’s true. Sam announced it during his [wedding] speech, they are over the moon — this is the best possible news on the best day.”
Meanwhile French designer Delphine Manivet, who designed Lily’s dress also confirmed the news by saying “It’s beautiful that she is pregnant, and I am very happy for her. She is very happy about that – it is something wonderful, for me, and for her too, when you’re pregnant you want to show that, but also be respectful, so the dress was perfect for her for that moment.”
This isn’t the first time that the couple have been expecting a baby together though, Lily suffered a miscarriage back in November when she was six months pregnant with a baby boy. She also lost a baby a couple of years ago.
Because of this a friend close to the singer told the Daily Mail “Lily’s scared, there’s a long way to go – but the happiness outweighs the fear.” I’m sure she is definitely scared about being pregnant again but hopefully she takes care of herself and rests up this time.
Lily hasn’t wrote anything on her Twitter yet regarding the wedding or the baby news but she did put up the day before “Oh great, I have a massive spot on my nose.”

Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany welcomed their second child together on May 31st according to her rep, who confirmed the news to Us Weekly earlier on today.
The rep said that the birth took place at the couples home in New York City via a scheduled home water birth in a birthing pool, they also decided to name the baby girl Agnes Lark Bettany. Yes, Agnes.
Speaking about the news, the rep added that “everyone is healthy and doing well. The family is very excited.” Agnes joins the couple’s son, 7-year-old Stellan, and another son that Connelly had before marrying Bettany, 13-year-old Kai.
I don’t know if I’m more shocked at the fact she gave birth at home in a birthing pool or the fact that they named their baby daughter Agnes. What year is this again? Agnes reminds me of people around my grandmothers age.
Anthony Weiner is in the middle of “weinergate” after nude photos that he sent of his wiener on Twitter showed up online, and now to add to his scandal he and his wife are expecting a baby.
Weiner and his wife, Huma Abedin, are expecting their first child together according to sources who tell the New York Times that she is in the early stages of her pregnancy.
Most people expected the couple to split up following the scandal that has been going on recently but during a news conference the other day he said “we will weather this, I love her very much, and she loves me.”
I guess congratulations are in order for them, hopefully things go more smoothly for them if she is indeed pregnant.

Lauryn Hill is adding yet another member to her ever growing family because she has announced that she is pregnant with her sixth child and will be taking time off.
Lauryn was playing a gig over in Detroit over the weekend when she told fans “I’m going to be taking time off to give birth.” This makes it the sixth child that she and Rohan Marley, son of Bob Marley, will have together.
Lauryn, who already has Zion, 13, Selah, 12, Joshua, 9, John, 8, and Sarah, 3, will now have to push back the release of her second album again because of this career break. Her fans have only been waiting since 1998 for the follow up to her debut The Mis-Education of Lauryn Hill.
Kim Kardashian‘s name has been all over the place today because first of all OK! Magazine reported that she was pregnant with soon to be husband, Kris Humphries, baby but she has since denied this.
OK! have the headline “I’m Having A Baby!” on the cover of their new magazine but since this started exploding all over the internet she took to her own website to deny the reports, she writes:
This is crazy! I am NOT pregnant! Magazines can be so tricky with their wording! The inside states that one day I want a baby! But I’m not pregnant! I can foresee lots of crazy, made up stories coming out in the near future and I certainly don’t have time to shut down every rumor. But believe that if you hear it from me, it will be true. Otherwise, don’t always believe what you read, dolls.
Then in other news it’s reported that Kim and Kris, I still find it weird that her fiance’s name is the same name as her mother, will marry in just two months despite only being together for six months. Apparently they want to do it all before his basketball season starts up again so they can have a honeymoon.
Then in the last piece of news TMZ are reporting that Kim will drop the Kardashian from her name and take on Humphfries as her last name which might piss off her mother, Kris Jenner, who recently told Popeater that “I don’t think she should take his name and be Kim Humphries … She needs to be Kim Kardashian because she’s worked so hard to get where she is.”

The First Lady of France, Carla Bruni stepped out earlier today and we can’t help but see signs of a growing baby bump.
French President Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife have yet to confirm that they are expecting, but Sarkozy’s father, Pal, let the cat out of the bag for the couple.
He was quoted saying, “The two do not want to know the gender in advance, but I’m sure it will be a girl and as beautiful as Carla.”
There has been speculation of a possible baby for some time now, but it looks like Bruni is running out of time to keep things under wraps.
The baby will be the first for the couple, but the fifth child for the pair. Bruni has a son from a former relationship and Sarkozy has three sons from previous marriages
The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services has determined Mariah Carey‘s twins are in a healthy and safe environment, TMZ reports.
The DCFS launched an investigation after receiving an anonymous tip that the singer drank a beer while breastfeeding in the hospital shortly after giving birth last month. Sources tell TMZ that the DCFS determined there is no merit to the investigation.
Carey told social workers that she did drink a Guiness-but only after a hospital staffer told her that drinking a dark beer would help her with lactating. She never hid the fact she consumed the beer and it was determined she did nothing wrong.
Carey’s husband, Nick Cannon, talked about the whole ordeal to Piers Morgan on CNN last week. “Child Protective Services actually came to me,” Cannon said, “And said that they were here to see me because there had been allegations that there was drug and alcohol use during the stay in the hospital.”
“It all started when a nurse suggested to my wife that if you drink Guinness, the dark beer, the yeast improves breastfeeding,” Cannon added. “I don’t know if someone heard that [and] were saying my wife was drinking beer. People will do anything to try to conjure up a story.”
Time to catch up on the latest happenings in the ongoing divorce saga between Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger, today TMZ are reporting that Maria is the person who leaked the news that he had a secret love child.
According to sources when Maria found out that Arnold had fathered Mildred Patty Baena‘s son she was furious and hysterical so she wanted to hold a news conference herself announcing the news. But her friends managed to talk her out of this and they all eventually came up with the idea to leak details of the scandal to the media.
TMZ also says that Maria apparently found out about the love child only in late April or at the start of this month and Arnold is meant to be upset that she would talk to her friends about the scandal, he also knows she is the one behind the leak.
Meanwhile yesterday Jane Seymour told CNN that she wouldn’t be surprised if there was more secret love children out there, here is what she had to say:
“I was not even remotely surprised. The moment I heard it, that there was an announcement of their separation — he was obviously jumping the gun before everyone else told the world of the news. From what I gather, I think there will be lots of information coming people’s way. I heard about two more [out of wedlock kids] somebody else knows about. I even met someone who knows him well.”
Now after that Maria is said to have hired a private investigator to look into the double life that he lead before she gets ready to battle him in the divorce court, which could cost him hundreds of millions. RadarOnline reports that she hired the private investigator to look for more love children that might be out there as well as looking into if he has any money stashed away that she might not know about.
It looks like this divorce might end up being a pretty entertaining to watch unfold in front of our eyes, not that divorce is entertaining but when someone is a love rat I do like to see them get their comings.
The baby boom continues in Hollywood this time in the form of Lost alum Evangeline Lilly because she and her boyfriend, Norman Kali, have welcomed a baby boy according to US Weekly.
No official announcement was made for Evangeline’s pregnancy but she was spotted with a pregnancy bump about a month ago and now she has already given birth to the boy. This is the first child for the couple who met on the set of Lost when he was working as a production assistant for the show.
Evangeline recently said she planned on taking a break from the business, here’s what she said “I’m definitely planning on taking a break for a little while, I consider acting a day job — it’s not my dream; it’s not my be-all, end-all.”
Congratulations to the couple, hopefully she finishes her break soon because I actually like her.
Rebecca Black is back in the news today after rumors that she was pregnant started flying around the internet over the weekend but the 13-year-old singer took to her Twitter account to deny them all.
Rebecca became an internet sensation for her song and video, ‘Friday’, and as we all know when this happens there is bound to be a million rumors circulating about you.
E! Online reports that a CNN iReport picked up the story which added more fuel to the pregnancy story but she quickly denied by saying “I thought it was May 15th…not April Fools Day. I’m absolutely NOT pregnant.”
Oh and just an update with her video for Friday, it has now ranked up over 141 million views on YouTube.
Alicia Silverstone and her husband, Christopher Jarecki, gave birth to their first child last Thursday and it has been confirmed it was a baby boy.
They named the baby Bear Blu Jarecki and he was born at 7:50 a.m. and weighed in at 7 lbs., 15 oz. Alicia took to her blog to confirm the news, here is what she says:
My husband and I welcomed our 7 lb 15 oz baby boy Bear Blu Jarecki into the world on May 5th at 7:50am (PT). We are all three in love! I’m so grateful to this community for all the love, support, good wishes and happy vibes you’ve sent me during my pregnancy…it has been wonderful. Thank you all!
Bear, seriously? I hate laughing at baby names but seriously where the hell do these celebrities pull some of them from? Either way congratulations to the couple I guess.
