TMZ are reporting that Oksana Grigorieva‘s latest claim under oath is that Mel Gibson beat her up while they were having sex – and there was no safe word because she didn’t know it was going to happen.
Oksana never made a claim like this before so it seems random but anyway, she claims that when they were doing the dirty Mel beat her up because he was having problems getting it up and that’s the only way he could do it.
TMZ claims they have gone through the court file and the only bit of physical violence that pops up is when he hit her on January 6th, none of this sex beating stuff.
I’m gonna call bullshit on this allegation, but then again you never know what goes on behind close doors – especially the bedroom door. See people if anyone ever mentions a bit of slapping each other in the bedroom make sure there is always a safe word. That’s my words of wisdom for the day.

Britney Spears and her team are fighting back against reports from Star Magazine and Radar Online that her boyfriend, Jason Trawick, beat her up and gave her a black eye.
Jason Alexander, the man who Britney had a 55-hour marriage to back in 2004 tells the new issue of Star they claim that Jason beat up Britney after she accused him of cheating with a teenager and also claims that she was pregnant with his baby.
RadarOnline then posted an audio of a phone call that was supposedly between Britney and Jason, but TMZ called in an audio expert that said the voice in the video is not the singer. Now an official statement has been released on her website and it says…
Every aspect of the story published by Star Magazine is completely and utterly false and Star Magazine was informed of the falsity of this story before it was published. The statements attributed to Jason Alexander are a complete fabrication as Britney has not had any form of communication with Mr. Alexander in years. The audio recording posted on Radaronline this morning purporting to be between Britney Spears and Jason Alexander is so obviously fake as to be laughable. Suffice it to say, that Jason Trawick has never laid a hand on Britney. This is just another example of the irresponsible nature of the tabloid media relying on shoddy sources and false information for the sole purpose of selling magazines, without regard to the truth and without regard to who they hurt in the process. These irresponsible statements are defamatory and Britney Spears’ legal team will be taking legal action against all of the appropriate parties.
Britney Spears is planning on suing both Star and RadarOnline. I’m going to go and call bullshit on this one myself, what are your thoughts on it?
Fernando Flores, a former bodyguard of Britney Spears, went to the Child Protective Services back in June and accused her of abusing her children. Since nothing came of that, he is now filing a lawsuit against her accusing her off the same thing and also sexually harassing him
TMZ got their hands on the lawsuit, which says Britney “repeatedly made unwanted sexual advances” at him by exposing herself while in her house. He also says that Britney has been watching Legally Blonde too much because she tried the bend and snap on him. The suit says…
“She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].” The lawsuit goes on, “The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust.”
Another part of the lawsuit says that…
“After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up.”
He also says that she often engaged in sex acts in front of her, although it doesn’t say exactly what these sex acts consisted of and apparently one time after exposing herself, she turned around and said “you know you liked it.” Priceless.
As for when she abused her children, the lawsuit says one time she demanded Flores take of his belt and then she beat her child, Preston, with it. He also claims that she fed the kids crabmeant despite their fish allergies and when someone tried to help she shouted “mind your own fucking business.”
What a bunch of bullshit.

Lindsay Lohan is featured on the cover and in the October 2010 issue of Vanity Fair magazine, she gave an interview right before she headed to jail and as always it’s full of denial and placing the blame on to everybody else.
On denying abusing drugs: “I’ve never abused prescription drugs. I never have—never in my life. I have no desire to. That’s not who I am. I’ve admitted to the things that I’ve done—to, you know, dabbling in certain things and trying things ’cause I was young and curious and thought it was like, O.K., ’cause other people were doing it and other people put it in front of me. And I see what happened in my life because of it.”
On her alcohol addiction: “If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [SCRAM] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I’m taking and my father says I’m taking—so that says something, because I was fine.”
On the people she used to hang around with: “So many people around me would say they cared for the wrong reasons. A lot of people were pulling from me, taking from me and not giving. I had a lot of people that were there for me for, you know, the party.”
On wanting her career back: “I don’t care what anyone says. I know that I’m a damn good actress. And I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible but that’s what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes. I want my career back. I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It’s not fun anyway.”
On moving to Hollywood when she was young: “It was very go-go-go and I had a lot of responsibility; and I think just the second I didn’t have structure anymore I was 18, 19 with a ton of money and no one really here to tell me that I couldn’t do certain things … And I see where that’s gotten me now, and I don’t like it.”
If you smell terrible right now it’s not your co-worker farting, it’s just the strong stench of bullshit coming from Lindsay Lohan‘s mouth. Until this girl takes some responsibility for her actions she will always be fucked up.

The Child Protective Services are about to be knocking on Britney Spears‘ door because there is new allegations that she beats up and abuses her kids.
The CPS were approached by Fernando Flores, a former bodyguard for Britney who also accused her of sexually harassing him, and he told them that they should investigate Britney for child abuse. A source says…
“Britney doesn’t mean to be a bad mum. But Flores feels she has so many issues she can’t be trusted around her boys. He claims the first really shocking incident was when she came marching into the pool house at her mansion and demanded his belt. He handed it over but then followed her into the main house and claims he witnessed the alleged incident.”
On top of accusing her of hitting the boys with a belt, he also says that she fed them with shellfish but the problem with that is that they are allergic to it and became sick.
Britney Spears of course denies this, I myself don’t believe it especially considering he only recently accused her of sexually harassing him – I guess somebody is in need of money because he is suing her and then sells his story straight away.
Jesse James appeared on ABC’s Nightline last night and he claims that he was abused as a child which is part of the reason he ended up cheating on Sandra Bullock.
Jesse claims that being abused by his father as a child left him with abandonment issues which resulted him cheating on his wife because he was ashamed of his abuse. He says that this is another reason he went to seek help in rehab, not just for his cheating on Bullock.
On his dad’s abuse: “I was a terrorized kid, I was petrified of my dad … It wasn’t so much getting the sh– beat out of me or getting my arm broken or getting kicked or whatever or punched, it was the in-between time. It was the fear of that happening again. I grew up with a huge amount of shame and fear and abandonment on my shoulders from a very young age, and I think, you know, the way my mind rationalized [cheating], ‘Well, you know, I might as well do whatever I can to like run her off, ’cause she is going to find out what I am anyway and leave me anyway.’ The struggle within myself for the things that I did … to damage marriage and my life and everything else, it’s all me. I’m doing it because, you know, I’ve basically never felt good enough for anyone.”
On his sex addiction: “I don’t think I have a sex addiction where I’m running around trying to have sex with everyone and I can’t stop. I think I do things to sabotage myself, including having extramarital affairs, texting, over-working myself, injuring myself, doing stunts and stupid things. I do a lot of things in my life that I shouldn’t be doing that aren’t conducive to being a good husband. The affair is just one of them.â€
His father, Larry James, flat out denies these allegations. As does his former stepmother, Janina James Coan, who says that she was appalled by Jesse making these claims. Janina was involved with Jesse’s father since he was 6 but they later divorced, she says the reason he had broken bones is because of his motor-crossing. She also said his father was a lovely person and never did anything to hurt him.
She then says they had a fallen out when he was 16 because his dad found out that Jesse and a friend robbed a Fotomat, his dad then called the cops on him which resulted in Jesse ending up in juvie. But again she denies that his dad abused him.
If Jesse James is making these accusations up then he is even more of a pig than I thought, these aren’t the sort of things you just throw around. If he is telling the truth then it still doesn’t excuse his cheating on Sandra Bullock. Now that he’s given his side of the story he should just fade out of the limelight, but I doubt he is going to let that happen.
In order to shoot down the accusation from Tito Ortiz that she’s addicted to OxyContin, Jenna Jameson got drug tested at the American Toxicology Inc. in Las Vegas on Tuesday.
Tests administered Tuesday by American Toxicology Inc. in Las Vegas, show Jenna’s urine tested “negative” for the ten major drugs they were screening for … a list that included cocaine, weed, meth and oxycodone — the major ingredient in OxyContin.
As previously reported, Tito was arrested Monday for felony domestic violence. After he was released, Tito claimed the incident was triggered by Jenna’s addiction to OxyContin — a claim Jenna vehemently denied.
Now, after receiving the results of the test, Jenna is reaffirming her claim telling us, “I am definitely not addicted to OxyContin or any drug.”
Jenna’s powerhouse attorney Ronald Richards added, “The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances.”
Richards continued, “Statements made by anyone to the contrary are completely impeached by the results from this prestigious testing facility.”
The women of Desperate Housewives have released a joint statement in regards to Nicollette Sheridan‘s recent allegations that series creator Marc Cherry smacked her over the head and then fired her for wanting to report him to ABC Executives, and guess what they are standing right by him.
Eva Longoria, Felicity Huffman, Teri Hatcher and Marcia Cross issued the statement last night announcing that they are standing by their paycheck boss and say the set is a very happy environment.
“It would be irresponsible of us to let the public believe that being a part of this show from its inception has been anything but a blessing. We have no first-hand knowledge of what Nicolette may or may not have experienced, but we would never characterize our set as a hostile environment. It is, in fact, the opposite. The friendships and support that Marc Cherry, the cast, the crew and the producers have shared for the past six years have made this a wonderful job that we are grateful for every day.â€
Teri decided being a part of just one statement wasn’t enough because she then issued her own statement, probably because Nicollette singled her out and said that Marc also abused her. Here is what she had to say:
“While my adoration and respect for the classic and dynamic chemistry of the characters of Susan and Edie is indelible, I’m honored to stand with Eva, Felicity and Marcia, as a group and clarify that our set environment is nothing less than an amazingly positive experience. I have never felt discriminated against. In fact, I have felt heard and respected by Marc and other executives in regards to both my professional and personal needs.”
I knew it was only a matter of time before they all released a statement giving their dying love towards Marc Cherry, there is no way in hell they would have spoken out about him or said the allegations are true. They only care about their paychecks and if they did speak any bad words they would have been next to be axed.

In a new documentary, The Carter Documentary, Lil Wayne has said that he was raped when he was just 11-years-old. The rapper is drunk out of his head in a room of his entourage when he starts telling of the time when his “daddy” Baby took him into a room of a bunch of people and then told women to give him oral sex.
What’s even worse about this story is that when he is telling it and he is obviously upset, everyone in the room is just laughing at him. God what a depressing day for child molestation stories.
The internet is buzzing right now about Pleasure P, who is a former member of R&B group Pretty Ricky and is now a solo artist, allegedly been outed as a child molester.
Apparently the singer, whose real name is Marcus Cooper, was convicted back in 2006 but his lawyers covered it up. Leading to the rest of Pretty Rick kicking him out of the band and the record label Blue Start Entertainment supporting this. His former bandmates are also saying that Pleasure P’s lawyer put a gag order on them and they aren’t allowed to speak on the alleged case.
Now Laura Goldstein, the daughter of Pleasure P’s lawyer, exploded on her twitter page saying he has molested several children which included his 3-year-old nephew and 4-year-old niece. The reason she is speaking out on twitter is because apparently the singer has fallen way behind on his bills.
There is also court documents floating around that show his nephew was removed from his parents home and put into a shelter, the documents also say that he is not allowed near the child.
This is all true according to an email that blog site NecoleBitchie has received, the email comes from an unamed person who says they are close to the case and all of the accusations are true. The person says that by the time the trial happened Pleasure P had served 8 months in rehab and community service and that it is unclear if Laura Goldstein has ruined her fathers chances of getting money and if he could end up getting sued himself for breaking Attorney Client Privilege, or if it will be deemed public domain.
This person who sent the email also says it is about to get very ugly and there is more evidence to prove these molestation accusations.
Oh and Pleasure P, aka Marcus Cooper, he has an album called “Eighties Babies,”singles called “Nothing but a Number” and “Push It Baby.”
I have a feeling this is all going to either explode or disappear into thin air.

Anthony Michael Hall has landed himself in some very hot water, you see the former member of the 1980′s Brat Pack has been allegedly stalked his ex-girlfriend and attacked her.
Apparently the Breakfast Club actor was served with a temporary restraining order after he allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend, Diana Falzone, in her New York apartment. The order states that Hall must “refrain from assault, stalking, harassment… menacing, reckless endangerment and intimidation”.
Falzone, who is a radio DJ And relationship expert (yeah I laughed too), claims that Hall attempted to kick her apartment door down last week and when she let him in he banged her head against the wall. A spokesman for Anthony Michael Hall, who suffers from bipolar disorder, said they didn’t know about the restraining order but “all of the allegations are erroneous and will be addressed accordingly.”
Oh and for shits and giggles, the last relationship article that Diana Falzone wrote is titled “How Not To Date a Loser.”
Tila Tequila has filed a lawsuit for assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress against ex boyfriend Shawn Merriman.
Tila, who is 4’11 and 93 lbs claims that the 6’4″ 280 lb San Diego Chargers linebacker “grabbed her, shook her like a rag doll, threw her down and choked her” during an argument in September.
The San Diego D.A. declined to press criminal charges, and Tila Tequila is seeking unspecified damages.

Romain Chavent, Shauna Sand’s almost ex husband – has just been arrested for allegedly assaulting her again!
According to TMZ, Romain was busted Monday morning after an argument with Shauna Sand allegedly got physical. When L.A. law enforcement officials arrived, Sand had bite marks on her body and claimed Romain had pushed her around.
The one-time stepmom of Shayne Lamas is reportedly doing okay. Chavent was arrested on a felony domestic violence charge and held on $50,000 bail.
CSI: Miami star David Caruso has been hit with a bombshell lawsuit by Liza Marquez, the ex girlfriend he dumped while she was pregnant.
Liza filed a multi-count suit on David in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday. Counts include: Breach of Contract/Settlement Agreement, Fraud, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (Domestic Abuse).
Stunning allegations in the lawsuit include:
·Caruso asking her to terminate her first pregnancy and then telling her “I guess for now you’ll just be a birthing cow.â€
·Caruso accusing her of wanting to sleep with Billy Dee Williams
·Marquez discovering that Caruso has a huge 1970s porno stash hidden in his bedroom.
·Caruso “raising his hand†to Marquez while she was pregnant with their second child
·Third parties telling Marquez that Caruso described her as mentally ill.
Marquez says Caruso officially ended their relationship in October, 2007 when she came home from the hospital after giving birth to their second child and was served with a paternity action! She claims there was also a note from Caruso’s attorney, stating “reconciliation is not an option.â€
The couple stopped living together shortly before Marquez gave birth.
The PSA comes on the heels of several articles and polls that found many teens believed that Rihanna was partially to blame for the attack.

The video, which says it is “based on detectives notes,” reads and acts out almost verbatim from the police report documenting the alleged beating Brown inflicted upon Rihanna during Grammy weekend. In the video, two teens in a car are seen getting into an argument, which then turns violent as a narrator describes the incident.
Brown has been charged with two felonies for his alleged attack, and will be arraigned on April 6.
The video is aimed at raising awareness for violence among teen couples, using the famous celebrity case as a way to communicate their message.
