There’s even more drama for Montana Fishburne, the 19-year-old daughter of ‘CSI’ and ‘The Matrix’ star Laurence Fishburne.
According to TMZ, she was arrested last February after allegedly beating her boyfriend’s ex. The victim claims to have sustained “significant injuries” during the rumble.
The LA City Attorney’s Office reportedly charged Fishburne with battery, and will be adding charges of false imprisonment and assault with a deadly weapon.
The news comes after reports surfaced last week (via E! Online) that Montana was arrested in 2009 for alleged prostitution. Following the incident, she narrowly missed jail time by taking a work program and two years probation.
Fishburne pleaded no contest to criminal trespass in Hollywood, and the court dropped charges of “solicitation and loitering in a public area for the purpose of prostitution,” E! writes.
Montana is set to star in a porn video for Vivid Entertainment, NYDailyNews.com reports. Vivid, which also distributed Kim Kardashian and Kendra Wilkinson‘s sex tapes, will release the video on August 18.
In a Vivid Entertainment press release, Montana, who is also known as “Chippy D,” revealed that she was inspired by Kim Kardashian’s rise to fame after the release of her sex tape.
Last week, she spoke to PEOPLE about the upcoming video and the effect it may have on her father. “I hope it’s not hurting him. It wasn’t done to hurt him,” she said. “But I think it will take time and talking through the issues. Eventually, I hope he will be proud of me.”
“[My dad] is very upset,” Montana told TMZ earlier.
The Hit for Haiti exhibition match at Indian Wells started out great with a well played women’s doubles match. The men’s doubles match was a dream match between Andre Agassi, Rafael Nadal, Pete Sampras, and Roger Federer.
Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi got into a very uncomfortable confrontation halfway through the set, and the match was very tense the rest of the night.
Agassi started teasing Sampras about not being loose and not having fun, so Sampras decided to have fun by imitating Agassi’s walk. Agassi then fired back at Sampras for being cheap because he tipped a parking valet attendant only one dollar at some point in the past.
Sampras was visibly upset the rest of the night, and the match became very tense and turned a fun charity event into a catfight between two legends.
Agassi and Sampras seem to still be bitter rivals, and definitely have some issues to work out. This is a far contrast between Federer and Nadal. They were unforunately caught in the middle of Agassi and Sampras’s fued, but handled themselves with true class during the event.
This is one of the most uncomfortable situations I have ever seen on live TV.
Agassi started it! Given the event was for charity, I would think they could have put the attitudes on a shelf for the day.

Tennis legend Andre Agassi used crystal meth in 1997 and will describe the experience in his forthcoming autobiography, according to a publicist at Knopf, which is publishing the book on Nov. 9.
The admission will also appear in excerpts of the book that are scheduled to appear in two magazines, Sports Illustrated and People, later this week.
“Those excerpts contain revelations about Andre’s use of crystal meth when he was a tennis player,” said Paul Bogaards, director of media relations at Knopf, a division of Random House.
The information was first made public on Tuesday morning via the Twitter feed of Richard Deitsch, a writer for Sports Illustrated. “FYI: There’s an off-the-charts book excerpt from Andre Agassi in the forthcoming SI: He admits to taking crystal meth during his career,” said the message, posted at 10:36 a.m. and apparently removed shortly thereafter.
One of the most beloved players in the annals of the U.S. Open, Agassi retired in 2006 after 20 years in professional tennis, having won eight Grand Slam championships, 60 singles titles, and a total of $31 million. His career record was 870-274. Agassi, 39, often made news for his brash style and high-profile romantic relationships. He is married to tennis great Steffi Graf, and they have two children. He is also an acclaimed philanthropist whose school in Las Vegas for underprivileged kids has become a national model.
In writing the book, Agassi worked closely with Pulitzer Prize-winning writer J.R. Moehringer, author of “The Tender Bar.”
