Chris Brown has finally decided to admit that he did indeed lose the head when he appeared on Good Morning America the other day and smashed a window, so he has apologized. Well kind of, his apology is basically blaming them.
Chris appeared on BET’s 106 & Park yesterday to say that before he went on air he and ABC agreed on what would be discussed during the interview but he says that they basically went off the talking points, ABC however say this is bullshit and there were not talking points offered. Here is what Chris has to say:
“First of all I want to apologize to anybody who was startled in the office, anybody who was offended or really looked disappointed at my actions because I was really disappointed in my actions. A lot of people don’t know what went down. When I do shows or I do interviews we always send out a talking points sheet and if the network or whomever doing the interviewing isn’t complying with what we want to do so we can equally accomplish a goal we usually back out until its a better situation. When we actually did this event everything was cool. We was suppose to perform, the talking points were positivity, creative, and everything that was sent to me, everything was about the album. So as the interview proceeded it was thrown off, i was kind of thrown off by it. I felt like they told us this so that they can just get us on the show just to exploit me. That’s what I thought. And so I took it very, very hard. I kind of kept my composure throughout the whole interview although you can see me upset. I kept my composure and did my performance and when I got back I let off steam in the back. I didn’t physically hurt anyone I didn’t try to hurt anyone. I just wanted to release the anger I had inside me cause I felt like I worked so hard for this music. And I love my fans and I love to be able to make positive music that I felt like people kept, just trying to take it away from me, take away from me. So yes, I got very emotional and I apologize for acting like that.”
Seriously this isn’t one bit surprising, of course he is going to blame other people on his own actions because that’s exactly what children do and let’s face it he acts like a child all the time.
Gilbert Gottfried made his return to Twitter last night for the first time after he got his ass fired by Aflac Inc over his ridiculous jokes about the Tsuanmi in Japan and he dished out an apology. Here is what he had to say for himself:
“I sincerely apologize to anyone who was offended by my attempt at humor regarding the tragedy in Japan. I meant no disrespect, and my thoughts are with the victims and their families.”
What do you think, is this apology acceptable or is he just trying to save his ass from even more backlash that he received on Twitter?
Though LeAnn Rimes‘ controversial interview in the October issue of Shape generated tons of press for the magazine, its editor-in-chief regrets putting the country singer on its cover.
In the interview, the singer opened up for the first time about why she cheated on husband Dean Sheremet with actor Eddie Cibrian, who was also married at the time.
“My relationship with Dean was great, but ultimately it wasn’t a fulfilling marriage for either of us,” Rimes, 28, told the mag. “I understand why people are disappointed in me, especially since I grew up as America’s sweetheart.”
In an e-mail obtained by TooFab, editor-in-chief Valerie Latona apologized to readers who felt that Rimes was a poor cover choice.
“You are all in good company…as you all agree Shape has made a terrible mistake in putting LeAnn Rimes on the cover,” Latona explained. “Please know that our putting her on the cover was not meant to put a husband-stealer on a pedestal-but to show (through her story) how we all are human. And this woman in particular found strength in exercise in what she said was her most difficult personal moment.”
Despite the magazine’s efforts, Latona acknowledges that “it did not come across that way…And for that I’m terribly sorry. I hope that we can do better the next time for those of you that will give us another chance.”
Melissa Smith, the second mistress of Jesse James to come forward has decided that she would like to make amends with Sandra Bullock so she sent a fax to Sandra’s agent which just happened to land in TMZ’s hands.
Now I haven’t used a fax machine for about 8 years, did I miss the memo that they are back in and email is out?, so I forget how they operate but I’m willing to bet that she didn’t accidentally dial up TMZ’s fax number at the same time she was sending the letter to Sandra’ agent, here is the letter:
Dear Sandra,
I’m sure your wondering why I’m writing this letter to you. I felt I needed to reach out to you and tell you how deeply sorry I am for everything that you’ve been through. And I know nothing I can say in this letter is going to make the pain of my actions go away. But I sincerely wanted to take a moment to personally apologize to you.
I know that this message will most likely go unanswered, but I want you to know that I am sorry for any hurt or pain that I have caused you. My actions of engaging with a married men are unforgivable. I never meant you any harm. I compromised my beliefs on several occasions and as a result, will never forgive myself.
I know that nothing I can say will take back the hurt that my actions caused. From the bottom of my heart, I hope you accept my sincere apology. Please contact me if you wish to discuss on the phone or in person.
My deeprest regrets,
Melissa Smith
If I was Sandra Bullock, I would arrange to meet Melissa Smith and then have someone accidentally run her over because the chances of that happening are greater than accidentally faxing this letter to TMZ.

Before the ratings for Monday night’s show are even announced, David Letterman already has a boost … from his studio audience. The crowd roared its approval for Letterman during Monday’s taping.
“Did your weekend just fly by,” Letterman joked with the crowd in his monologue before tackling a serious apology for his wife, Regina Lasko.
“She has been horribly hurt by my behavior, and when something happens like that, if you hurt a person and it’s your responsibility, you try to fix it,” Letterman told the crowd about wife Regina Lasko during his monologue.
“At that point, there’s only two things that can happen: Either you’re going to make some progress and get it fixed, or you’re going to fall short and perhaps not get it fixed, so let me tell you folks, I got my work cut out for me.”
Letterman was also apologetic for his staff in the midst of the scandal.
“I’m terribly sorry that I put the staff in that position. Inadvertently, I just wasn’t thinking ahead. And, moreover, the staff here has been wonderfully supportive to me, not just through this furor, but through all the years that we’ve been on television and especially all the years here at CBS, so, again, my thanks to the staff for, once again, putting up with something stupid I’ve gotten myself involved in.”
Call me cynical, but this scandal is sure coming at a good time for ratings.

Late Show’ host David Letterman apologized to Sarah Palin on Thursday and admitted the jokes about the GOP star and her daughter were in “poor taste,” but again denied he was ever talking about the former VP hopeful’s 14-year-old child.
Palin, in turn, appeared on NBC’s ‘Today’ show on Friday and asserted Letterman now has to “apologize to young women” the world over for his gaffe.
As you may have heard, Letterman’s Top Ten List on Monday, titled “Highlights of Sarah Palin’s Trip” to New York City, joked that there was “an awkward moment” for Palin when she attended a Yankees game when,
“during the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked up by (Yankee third baseman) Alex Rodriguez.”
The joke seemed to refer to Palin’s 18-year-old daughter Bristol, an unwed mother. But it was 14-year-old daughter Willow, not Bristol, who had been at the game.
“I would never, never make jokes about raping or having sex of any description with a 14-year-old girl. I don’t think it’s funny. I would never think it was funny.
I’m not necessarily proud of these jokes. We do stuff all the time and our objective here is to get a laugh, and thank God we don’t have to go to the Hague and the World Court to defend them. It’s a joke and that’s all it’s supposed to be.”
Palin told ‘Today’ she thought it was “a degrading comment about a young woman. And I would hope that people would star really rising up and not accepting this.” Adding, “it’s no wonder girls have such low self-esteem in America when a comedian can make a remark like this.”
