Heather Bormann, 29, of Cleveland, a charter bus driver who got into a scuffle with Matthew Fox early Sunday morning, is giving her side of the story.
She told the Cleveland Plain Dealer in a Monday interview that she was attacked by Fox, who is in Cleveland to film I, Alex Cross, when she refused to let him on a bus that was reserved for a private party.
The mother of three said she did not realize it was Fox until after he was in police custody.
“He smelled like a liquor cabinet, like a bar,” Bormann explained. “I told him, ‘Sorry, buddy, this is a private party. You have to get off my vehicle.’ I told him three times. He never said a word. He just looked at me.”
She said Fox starting “swinging on her,” which left bruises on her arms, right leg, thighs and chest. Bormann said when he would not stop, she punched him in the mouth, sending him stumbling back. An off-duty police officer then got involved. Bormann says she is pressing charges against the actor, who has not commented on the incident.
Nicolas Cage may be investigated for child abuse after he reportedly caused injury to his 5-year-old son during his drunken stupor, resulting in his arrest.
According to the police report obtained by TMZ, Cage’s wife Alice Kim told the police the couple were arguing “due to his intoxicated state” and Cage “fell while holding their son. The fall caused the 5-year-old to suffer a minor abrasion to his left knee.”
But a witness to the incident had a different version of the story. The man is reported saying he saw “Mr. Cage pull the male child to the ground by his hand.”
The report states that a child abuse detective was notified and the police wanted to interview Cage’s son, Kal-El, but Kim would not let them.
Radar Online is reporting that the child abuse detective determined that no further investigation was merited, but noted that a representative of Child Protective Service may be contacted and an investigation could be launched.
On the night in question, the Oscar winner was reportedly “very drunk” on a New Orleans street when a taxi driver allegedly witnessed the couple quarreling loudly. The cabbie reportedly called the police when Cage pushed his wife.
Cage is said to have taunted cops into taking him into custody, repeatedly refusing their request to quietly go home and asking, “Why don’t you just arrest me?” The officers ultimately obliged, charging Cage with disturbing the peace and domestic violence.
Kim reportedly denied any physical violence occurred, and said she did not wish to press charges and she also stated that “her husband was not attempting to injure her, but instead he was attempting to get her to follow him.”
Reality TV star Dog the Bounty Hunter bailed out Cage by posting a bond of $11,000.
It would appear Sean Penn‘s notorious temper has rubbed off on his on-again, off-again girlfriend, model Jessica White, who got busted over the weekend after getting into a fight with another woman over a taxi at a New York City nightclub, the New York Post reports.
White, a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, was released after being charged with misdemeanor assault after allegedly yanking a 28-year-old woman’s hair and hitting her in the face.
According to reports, White has a history of violence. She allegedly smashed a girl’s car with a baseball bat over an argument.
White has been dubbed a “firecracker,” and is apparently known for having a bad attitude and chain-smoking on sets, according to the report.
Like his girlfriend, Penn also has a history of outbursts. In February, he was sentenced to 300 hours of community service and three-years probation for kicking a photographer.
Natalie Mejiam, one of the singers from Girlicious, got busted for cocaine possession back in March but her court case has only happened now and as predicted she got off with it.
When she was pulled over, along with a guy named Peter Asencio, she was found to be carrying more than a dozen individual packages in her purse so they were both arrested for possession of coke.
When she appeared in court she pled guilty to drug felony charges but the judge has let her off with it and she has received no punishment at all. The only thing she has to do is stay out of trouble for the next 18 months and then the charge will be wiped from her record.
It must feel good to be a celebrity and know that you can basically do anything and get off with it.

Kentucky‘s very first Miss Latina has lost her crown after police say she went on a royal rampage.
The twenty-two-year-old Daniela Gaskie was arrested last week in Richmond, Kentucky. Police say she got angry with a gas station employee and stabbed him in the neck with a Sharpie®.
Police say then Gaskie ran across the street to a pharmacy and started beating on her car. When a pharmacist came out to ask why the woman was hitting her car, police say the beauty queen started beating up the pharmacist.
All class.
She has been charged with assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Lindsay Lohan could soon be back behind bars because her probation has just been revoked and a judge has released a bench warrant for her arrest because she recently failed her drug test after testing positive for cocaine.
Judge Elden Fox released the warrant for her arrest but he has placed it on hold until Friday at 8:30 AM because she has been ordered to appear in court. She might spend 30 days in jail.
In other news TMZ also say that Lindsay failed two drug tests, one we know is cocaine and the other one we now know is for amphetamines.

There’s even more drama for Montana Fishburne, the 19-year-old daughter of ‘CSI’ and ‘The Matrix’ star Laurence Fishburne.
According to TMZ, she was arrested last February after allegedly beating her boyfriend’s ex. The victim claims to have sustained “significant injuries” during the rumble.
The LA City Attorney’s Office reportedly charged Fishburne with battery, and will be adding charges of false imprisonment and assault with a deadly weapon.
The news comes after reports surfaced last week (via E! Online) that Montana was arrested in 2009 for alleged prostitution. Following the incident, she narrowly missed jail time by taking a work program and two years probation.
Fishburne pleaded no contest to criminal trespass in Hollywood, and the court dropped charges of “solicitation and loitering in a public area for the purpose of prostitution,” E! writes.
Montana is set to star in a porn video for Vivid Entertainment, NYDailyNews.com reports. Vivid, which also distributed Kim Kardashian and Kendra Wilkinson‘s sex tapes, will release the video on August 18.
In a Vivid Entertainment press release, Montana, who is also known as “Chippy D,” revealed that she was inspired by Kim Kardashian’s rise to fame after the release of her sex tape.
Last week, she spoke to PEOPLE about the upcoming video and the effect it may have on her father. “I hope it’s not hurting him. It wasn’t done to hurt him,” she said. “But I think it will take time and talking through the issues. Eventually, I hope he will be proud of me.”
“[My dad] is very upset,” Montana told TMZ earlier.
Maribel Delgado, who won the sixth season of ‘The Bachelor,’ was arrested Thursday morning and charged with drunk driving in Tampa, Florida.
She reportedly was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. She refused a blood alcohol test, and was later released on $500 bail.
This isn’t her first run-in with the law. Less than two hours after the ‘Bachelor’ finale aired in 2007, Delgado was arrested for a misdemeanor assault on her fiance, Byron Velvick. She admitted she punched him in the face, cutting his upper lip, and that alcohol was a contributing factor.
Delgado was arrested again in 2008 for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. She was released from the Val Verde County Correctional Facility after Velvick posted her bond.
Velvick and Delgado ended their relationship in December 2009.

Remember a couple of weeks ago when Paris Hilton was busted for pot in Africa, but let go because she claimed it was her friend’s stash? Well, she needed a friend yesterday when she was caught with a bit of weed in her purse (less than a gram) and briefly detained on the French island of Corsica.
Earlier today it was reported that Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil had been arrested for suspicion of DUI in Las Vegas. Now it turns out that when he was pulled over, the Vegas police were already looking for him.
Sometime late last night a woman reported that Vince had smashed her camera after she took a photo of him. Cops went looking for Neil and when his car was spotted they pulled him over, which then led to the DUI arrest.
Vince Neil’s fourth wife told TMZ that Neil has been sober for three years, and that she is going to pay the $2,000 bond to get his ass out of the slammer today.
Looks like someone’s got some explaining to do.

Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford was arrested in Plano, TX this morning for possession of marijuana, and has already bonded out of jail.
The 24-year-old was busted for possession of marijuana under 2 ounces just after midnight while sitting outside Ringo’s Pub in Plano. The amount of marijuana he was arrested for is astounding.

Are you f**king kidding me? They let him go already for this? Man, it must be nice being a celebrity. Anyone else would be looking at some hard time. Why didn’t they just cut his hands off and ass rape him on the spot? I mean, he’s obviously a huge druggie.
Now Dr. Drew Pinsky is going to be begging Chace to spend some time in Celebrity Rehab. He should do it. Marijuana is one of the biggest problems in the world. If not for weed, there would be no wars or violence against women.
It’s okay though, because this will work out for Chace in the long-run. All he has to do now is get busted a couple more times for inconsequential crap and then do something absolutely insane that splashes his name all over the headlines. Like getting busted smoking a joint while filming a sex tape with three midgets and a donkey. Stay with me, this’ll work.
After saying that he will sue anyone who tries to release the tape, he can make a side deal with Vivid Entertainment to make an assload of money upon it’s release. As soon as it comes out, he can say that he really didn’t know what he was doing at the time of the filming because he is addicted to the evil giggly weed. Then he just needs to go to rehab, come out clean for a couple days, and voila! All is forgiven by the adoring masses.

Remember a few weeks we told you about a judge being pissed with Lindsay Lohan and demanded she show up to court today or else she will go to jail? Well guess what she didn’t show up and the judge has issued a warrant for her arrest.
Lindsay is currently in Cannes and used the excuse that she lost her passport as well as blaming everyone but herself as to why she didn’t complete her probation classes or show up to LA today, this did not fly with the judge at all so a warrant has been issued.
The judge hasn’t issued an order so that when Lindsay does land she will be arrested straight away, she has to hand herself in. But she can pay bail of $100,000 to remain free until the next court hearing as long as she drinks no alcohol, wears a tracking bracelet and has random drug tests. All of which is basically Lindsay’s idea of hell.
Lindsay only completed 10 of her 13 required classes and this pissed the judge off who said she could go to jail for 180 days. TMZ says that the French police say there has been no report of Lindsay’s missing passport, despite her lawyer telling the judge she reported it on Tuesday.
Oh and just to show how much Lindsay Lohan actually gives a shit, she was spotted partying it up in Cannes last night and I guess she will do the same tonight. The judge needs to throw this girl in jail, if anything maybe it will do her good and realize she needs to grow the hell up.

American mixed martial artist and former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz has been arrested for domestic violence at the home he shares with former porn star Jenna Jameson.
TMZ reports that when police arrived to the couple’s home today, Jenna Jameson had “visible injuries”. If someone that well trained knocks you around a bit, you’re damn sure to have some visible injuries.
Tito and Jenna aren’t married, but they have been together since 2006 and have twin boys, Jesse Jameson Ortiz and Journey Jett Ortiz. Yes, Jesse James and Joan Jett. Sigh.

The ‘Goonies’ star hit up T-Man Tattoo in Studio City just as family and friends were laying Haim to rest in a Toronto-area chapel. Feldman decided not to go to the service to respect the family’s wishes of avoiding a media spectacle.
T-Man owner Howard T said that he and Feldman are long-time friends and that the actor is actually coming back in today (Wednesday) to have more work done on the tattoo.
“I used to play in his band. I knew he was coming in. I have worked on him before. In fact, he is coming back in again today to get more work done.”
Aside from getting inked, Feldman also took a moment on Tuesday to self-publish an open letter to his fallen friend, calling the loss “so much more painful than I could have ever imagined.”
In other news, the California attorney general’s office said Wednesday that it has arrested a suspect in an alleged prescription drug ring that Atty. Gen. Jerry Brown said provided illegal drugs to Haim.
