Heather Bormann, 29, of Cleveland, a charter bus driver who got into a scuffle with Matthew Fox early Sunday morning, is giving her side of the story.
She told the Cleveland Plain Dealer in a Monday interview that she was attacked by Fox, who is in Cleveland to film I, Alex Cross, when she refused to let him on a bus that was reserved for a private party.
The mother of three said she did not realize it was Fox until after he was in police custody.
“He smelled like a liquor cabinet, like a bar,” Bormann explained. “I told him, ‘Sorry, buddy, this is a private party. You have to get off my vehicle.’ I told him three times. He never said a word. He just looked at me.”
She said Fox starting “swinging on her,” which left bruises on her arms, right leg, thighs and chest. Bormann said when he would not stop, she punched him in the mouth, sending him stumbling back. An off-duty police officer then got involved. Bormann says she is pressing charges against the actor, who has not commented on the incident.
Most people probably don’t know who Estella Warren is, I know I sure didn’t when I heard her name, but she is a Canadian actress/model and she sure knows how to party because last night she got arrested for a bunch of things according to TMZ.
It all went down last night just before midnight in Los Angeles when Estella was driving around under the influence, in her drunken state she crashed into three parked cars before driving away.
A police car spotted this and decided to pull her over, this didn’t settle too well with Estella because when the officer was arresting her for a DUI she resisted arrest and kicked him. Yep she kicked him. Then when they managed to settle down she was placed in handcuffs.
It didn’t all end there though because when she was in the police station and waiting to be booked she somehow managed to get out of her handcuffs and tried to make a run for it out the back door of the station although they managed to catch her.
When she was being booked for the second time they charged her with felony escape, assault to a police officer, a hit and run and of course the DUI. A police officer told TMZ that “she was really hammered.” Way to state the obvious. Her bail was set at $100,000.
I don’t know who she is, but after looking through her images on Google, I sure hope this arrest raises her profile so we get to know more of her. It’s probably wrong that I’m even thinking that.
Former KISS guitarist Vinnie Vincent was arrested in Tennessee yesterday on charges of assault and now more details are emerging – which includes 4 dead dogs.
Vinnie, whose real name is Vincent Cusano, was arrested by police for assault against his wife after he allegedly smacked her in the face and then she was held on $10,000 bail. TMZ reports that as well as smacking her in the face he also dragged her through a pile of broken glass and when police arrived to the scene they found 4 dead dogs lying around.
His wife, Diane, claims that the couple had an argument over another woman that Vinnie was talking to and when the argument escalated a plate got smashed and then he hit her on the face and dragged her through the glass from the plate.
Diane finally managed to escape the house and drive herself to the police station where she made the complaint against him, when police arrived to the house they found four dead dogs in sealed containers. She told them that the dogs were “killed by one of their aggressive dogs.”
Wow that is all some crazy shit going there, TMZ says that animal services have been contacted to investigate the dead dogs.
Steve-O made a trip to Canada yesterday and I’m guessing he’s going to regret it big time because as soon as he was going through customs he got arrestedfor an assault he committed 8-years ago.
The Jackass star landed at Calgary International Airport on Sunday when custom officers noticed that there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest over an incident in which he assaulted an unknown person with a weapon back in 2003.
The victim and weapon of choice are both unknown at the moment but what is known is that he was put behind bars before standing in front of a judge . He was then released on $10,000 bail which he had to pay in cash.
Steve-O is due back in court in May which is when we will get the full details of the assault. This isn’t his first time landing in trouble with the law either he was also arrested again in 2003 for allegedly swallowing a condom full of drugs in Sweeden.
Justin Bieber found himself in trouble with the law over the weekend after he was accused of hitting a 12-year-old boy during a game of laser tag. But now it’s been revealed that Bieber was the victim of homophobic bullying.
He didn’t actually hit the kid according to witnesses, who tell police that during the game of laser tag the 12-year-old kid kept targeting Bieber and wouldn’t stop shooting him so Bieber eventually told him “that’s enough” to which the kid said “what are you gonna do it about it, faggot?”
The kid then called Bieber a faggot again and put his hand out towards him, that is when Bieber pushed his hand away. The father of the kid called up the police and falsely reported assault. Police are still investigating the incident but say they know Bieber did not instigate it.
Because of this Justin Bieber is now going to take part in anti-bullying campaign which has been targeting homophobia. He is apparently telling friends that even though he is a straight teenager, he didn’t realize how hurtful the comments are.

Kentucky‘s very first Miss Latina has lost her crown after police say she went on a royal rampage.
The twenty-two-year-old Daniela Gaskie was arrested last week in Richmond, Kentucky. Police say she got angry with a gas station employee and stabbed him in the neck with a Sharpie®.
Police say then Gaskie ran across the street to a pharmacy and started beating on her car. When a pharmacist came out to ask why the woman was hitting her car, police say the beauty queen started beating up the pharmacist.
All class.
She has been charged with assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Jerry Lewis has logged over 60 years in showbiz and has seen it all, but what really gets his goat are the current crop of young and troubled celebutantes who seemingly take their charmed lives for granted.
Enemy No. 1: Lindsay Lohan, a name that set Lewis off during a no-holds-barred rant on ‘Inside Edition‘ this week.
“I’d smack her in the mouth if I saw her,” he offered the interviewer when asked what he’d do if he saw Lohan. “I would smack her in the mouth and be arrested for abusing a woman!”
Another day another lawsuit for the Lohan family, this time it’s Michael Lohan being accused of assault for the second time in under a month.
Last month Lohan was accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend Kate Major, that ended up coming to a happy ending, but now he is being accused of assaulting former ‘Rock of Love’ star Cindy “Rodeo” Steedle.
According to TMZ, Rodeo filed a police report in New York which claimed that Lohan assaulted her when they were working together on a reality show.
In a letter that Rodeo wrote she said that after she confronted Lohan about not getting paid he “became violent and raised his hand” and then “brushed his hand on my lower bottom.” She also says she has been living in fear for the life of her child and herself because Lohan has been threatening her on the phone and through emails.
He of course denies this and simply says “anyone in the house will tell you that she is lying. I’d rather touch a hot stove, rather than her.”

Michael Lohan‘s fiancee, Kate Major, is accusing him of physically assaulting her during an argument they had on Monday afternoon.
Kate filed a domestic violence report with Police in Southampton Town, NY, saying that they started having an argument before he flew out to L.A. for Lindsay Lohan‘s court hearing.
She claims that during the argument he pushed her over a chair, which gave her a shoulder injury, he then kicked her in the face while she was on the floor.
Since he is his own publicist, Michael Lohan admits they had an argument over their TV show but he denies assaulting her. The Lohan family really is full of class aren’t they?

The problem is, her dentist claims the photo has been doctored.
Dr. Ross Sheldon is the dentist who fixed Oksana Grigorieva’s trashed grill after whatever the hell happened to cause the significant damage to her front teeth. He says,
“The nose is not hers. The lips are not right. It’s not a true and accurate picture. It has definitely been altered.”
The teeth are definitely hers, but the rest of the picture is very suspicious.
Sheldon also claims that she did, in fact, tell him that Mad Mel is the one who caused the injuries, but that his evaluation raises serious questions about her injuries. He did not see any evidence that Oksana was actually struck in the mouth at all. The dentist believes that she was possibly struck in the left temple, which caused her to bite down hard enough to break the veneer and chip the tooth. He claims that he witnessed bruising on her temple.
Photos taken at his office apparently show no such bruising. The medical charts indicate that there was no damage done to the soft tissue in Oksana’s mouth, which there would be if she had been punched there. There were only two small bite marks inside her lip, which led the dentist to his wacky chain reaction theory.

Mel B and her husband, Stephen Belafonte, are being sued by a real estate agent because he says they assaulted him.
The couple along with one of their employees are being sued by Amado Aguirre for $1 million because they allegedly assaulted him last December.
Amado says that he was taking pictures of a home he was hired to appraise when the trio came out and thought he was a paparazzo which is when they started to intimidate and “physically injure” him which resulted in neck and back injuries as well as a broken hand.
He is looking for $1 million in punitive damages, $35,000 in medical expenses, $350,000 in damages, $100,000 for loss of future earnings and $10 for lost earnings that day.
West Chester, PA police are reporting that “Jackass” star Bam Margera has been hospitalized after he was attacked by a woman wielding a bat outside his bar early this morning.
According to reports, there was a fight at Bam’s bar (called The Note) in West Chester. At some point a woman cracked him in the back of the head with a baseball bat, and Bam was taken to Chester County Hospital. The unidentified woman was arrested and charged with assault.
According to an LAPD report, actress Jodie Foster may have gone all medieval on a 17 year old boy that was taking pictures of her.
The father of the boy, who wishes to remain anonymous, stated:
“Jodie Foster attacked my son at the parking lot at The Grove. Jodie pushed and shoved him leaving scratches and bruises on his arm. My son was at The Grove with his girlfriend and they were going to see a movie. He saw Jodie Foster and is a big fan so went over and took a picture of her. She came after him, poked him in the chest and said, ‘Do you even have a mother you slime ball?’ He didn’t mouth back at all and was scared of her. At one point Jodie’s son even came over to my son and apologized. Her kids were really embarrassed.”
The police report states that the incident occurred on May 29th around 2:00 pm. The report charges Jodie with battery and bodily force, saying:
“Vict while at The Grove saw susp and began to take pics of susp with his camera then walked to the valet area of The Grove. Susp followed vict, poked him on his chest, grabbed vict by his left arm causing visible injury.”
I somehow find it hard to believe that if this happened she was completely unprovoked. Jodie Foster is definitely used to having her picture taken by now, I can’t really see her attacking a fan. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what comes of this.

In order to shoot down the accusation from Tito Ortiz that she’s addicted to OxyContin, Jenna Jameson got drug tested at the American Toxicology Inc. in Las Vegas on Tuesday.
Tests administered Tuesday by American Toxicology Inc. in Las Vegas, show Jenna’s urine tested “negative” for the ten major drugs they were screening for … a list that included cocaine, weed, meth and oxycodone — the major ingredient in OxyContin.
As previously reported, Tito was arrested Monday for felony domestic violence. After he was released, Tito claimed the incident was triggered by Jenna’s addiction to OxyContin — a claim Jenna vehemently denied.
Now, after receiving the results of the test, Jenna is reaffirming her claim telling us, “I am definitely not addicted to OxyContin or any drug.”
Jenna’s powerhouse attorney Ronald Richards added, “The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances.”
Richards continued, “Statements made by anyone to the contrary are completely impeached by the results from this prestigious testing facility.”
While Tiger Woods was playing in the Masters yesterday, an airplane pulling a taunting banner flew over head in Augusta.
Sounds like a country song.
Reportedly, the FAA performed a “ramp check” on the plane last night in response to a request from an FAA air traffic controller. An FAA spokesperson tells us the investigator found “a number of mechanical issues” and sent the plane back to the airport where it is based.
The owner of the plane told TMZ, the mechanical issue was over a worn-out tag on the seat belts and he’s currently searching for another plane so he can carry out his assignment.
I wonder if that’s why Tiger threw the tantrum? He had to know this wouldn’t be easy.
