Lindsay Lohan is almost finished her stint at the Betty Ford rehab center but she isn’t willing to finish quietly because the other day she was caught partying while living at her sober living house and now she is accused of battering one of the staff members.
Let’s start back last week when Lindsay’s roomates in the sober house decided to have a little party and the booze started flying, but they were caught and got into trouble. Lindsay was supposedly liquor free though so she gets off with that one.
But instead of just apologizing for breaking her curfew Lindsay got all up in the face of one of the employees and then police were called “hand-to-hand battery”. Apparently the staff member isn’t going to let this one fly because she is demanding Lindsay be prosecuted. If this happens then her ass could be sent back to jail, yeah as if that is ever going to happen – look how many times she’s gotten off so far.
Lindsay is telling a different story, of course, as she is saying that while she did push the woman it was in self defense because the woman was “unfairly scolding her” and then “put her hands on Lindsay.” Standing up for herself, Lindsay says she just pushed back.
What a mess, only Lindsay Lohan could end up in a huge fight at the rehab facility that she is about to graduate from and then face another jail sentence for it. Does this bitch ever learn?

Leona Lewis does have some bad luck, she was attacked and slapped by a man during a book signing a few weeks ago and now she has been attacked by an “evil cat”.
Leona, who is an animal lover, said that a cat jumped up on her the other week and started to viciously scartch her and wouldn’t let go when she tried to shake it off. She says…
“A cat jumped on me the other week. They scare me. It hissed and scratched my legs – I didn’t know what to do! So I got up and shook my leg, but she was stuck to it. It was an evil cat. I don’t like evil cats.”
I feel bad but I laughed my ass off at this, she really doesn’t have the best of luck does she? Although while I did chuckle at it, she still remains boring as hell. But this story is the reason I am terrified of cats.
Lindsay Lohan is currently in court to see whether or not she will be heading back to jail or rehab, but we will get to that later when the verdict comes in. For now let’s talk about somebody trying to murder Michael Lohan.
According to TMZ, Michael was attacked by a man in his 50′s or 60′s outside his home in Santa Monica last night and he cut his throat with a knife.
Michael told the police that an hour before the attack he received a threatening phone call and then when he went out to get some cigarettes the a man came up behind him and so started the attack.
The older man was wearing an all black track suit, he first started to choke Michael before pulling out some kind of shank and sliced Michael’s neck and arms.
Michael then fought the older man off, who ran away. Police came to the scene and began taking statements and stuff, they thing the motive behind the attack is because the man didn’t want Michael to show up at Lindsay’s court hearing today.
I know I shouldn’t laugh at any kind of violence but I did.
It’s probably not the kind of thing he’s used to hearing, so it’s little wonder Brad Pitt was left dumbstruck when a drunken guest at a party laid into him — for being ugly.
The Hollywood hunk, who has umpteen best looking man in the world titles to his name, was at HBO’s party after the Golden Globes when he was confronted by the cheeky woman.
Our spy at the Beverly Hills Hilton said:
“Brad was enjoying a cocktail and chatting with friends at party when this woman, who was clearly drunk, approached him. She went on and on about how the aging make-up in The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button made him look ugly as a dog’.â€
In the movie, Brad plays a man who ages backwards, and spends much of the film with prosthetics on his face to make him look older.

“Brad listened politely and explained that the make-up was essential to telling the story properly. The woman finally piped down for a moment, then looked closely at Brad’s face.
She then said, And you should definitely shave that goatee because it looks just horrible’, before marching off. Brad’s buddies cracked up laughing.â€
Meanwhile, Brad’s other half Angelina Jolie was overheard chatting with Drew Barrymore about kids.
Drew was heard to say:
“My biological clock is ticking so loud it sounds like a drum. I want kids so bad, but with no husband prospects around, I am thinking of adopting.â€
Angelina was then seen giving Drew her phone number and telling her she’d be happy to help if she does decide to adopt.
Thousands of Iraqis took to the streets Monday to demand the release of a reporter who threw his shoes at President George W. Bush, as Arabs across many parts of the Middle East hailed the journalist as a hero and praised his insult as a proper send-off to the unpopular U.S. president.
The protests came as suicide bombers and gunmen targeted Iraqi police, U.S.-allied Sunni guards and civilians in a series of attacks Monday that killed at least 17 people and wounded more than a dozen others, officials said.
Journalist Muntadhar al-Zeidi, who was kidnapped by militants last year, was being held by Iraqi security Monday and interrogated about whether anybody paid him to throw his shoes at Bush during a press conference the previous day in Baghdad, said an Iraqi official.
He was also being tested for alcohol and drugs, and his shoes were being held as evidence, said the official, speaking on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to talk to the media.
Showing the sole of your shoe to someone in the Arab world is a sign of extreme disrespect, and throwing your shoes is even worse.
Newspapers across the Arab world on Monday printed front-page photos of Bush ducking the flying shoes, and satellite TV stations repeatedly aired the incident, which provided fodder for jokes and was hailed by the president’s many critics in the region.
“Iraq considers Sunday as the international day for shoes,” said a joking text message circulating around the Saudi capital Riyadh.
Palestinian journalists in the West Bank town of Ramallah joked about who would be brave enough to toss their shoes at Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, another U.S. official widely disliked in the region.
Many users of the popular Internet networking site Facebook posted the video of the incident to their profile pages, showing al-Zeidi leap from his chair as Bush and Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki were about to shake hands Sunday and hurl his shoes at the president, who was about 20 feet away. Bush ducked the airborne footwear and was not injured in the incident.
“This is a farewell kiss, you dog,” al-Zeidi yelled in Arabic as he threw his shoes. “This is from the widows, the orphans and those who were killed in Iraq.”
Al-Zeidi was immediately wrestled to the ground by Iraqi security guards. The incident raised fears of a security lapse in the heavily guarded Green Zone where the press conference took place. Reporters were repeatedly searched and asked to show identification before entering and while inside the compound, which houses al-Maliki’s office and the U.S. Embassy.
Al-Zeidi’s tirade was echoed by Arabs across the Middle East who are fed up with U.S. policy in the region and still angry over Bush’s decision to invade Iraq in 2003 to topple Saddam Hussein.
The response to the incident by Arabs in the street was ecstatic.
Zac Efron, the star of the High School Musical films, is recovering today from an unprovoked attack that took place as he left a West End theatre with girlfriend and fellow film star Vanessa Hudgens.
Efron was leaving the Apollo in Shaftesbury Avenue when a middle-aged man – thought to be a deranged fan – began shouting and pointing at him.
The bespectacled attacker, who was carrying a laptop computer under one arm, was then said to have lunged forward and tried to grab his hair.
An onlooker said:
‘Some guy was just stood near the door where Zac and Vanessa emerged.
‘He just reached over and grabbed the side of Zac’s head. There was no provocation. It all turned into a bit of a mess.
‘He was shouting all kinds of things at Zac. Their security team eventually dealt with it. They had to bundle Zac into a car, but at one point it looked as though the man was going to be pushed into it with him.’

Girls Aloud were left shaken when a man evaded security to get into their backstage area on Sunday, August 3rd.
The drunken fan approached the British band minutes before they were due on stage in Cheshire, North West England, and shouted obscenities, before being escorted away by police.
A source told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper:
“It was all pretty dramatic. The girls were due up on stage in three minutes time when he ran up to them. He’d clearly had too much to drink.
Somehow he had got backstage, within yards of the group. Luckily their security team intercepted him before he was able to do anything untoward. But it took three burly guys to bring him down as he was getting really aggressive.
The girls were total troupers and despite being a bit shaken, they simply went out and gave a brilliant performance like nothing had happened.
Once they were safely onstage the decision was made to call the police. The man was later released without charge after “apologizing profusely”.
This is not the first time the ‘Biology’ group have had trouble with over-enthusiastic fans. In May, Sarah Harding was reportedly confronted by a female fan dressed as her in her dressing room. Last year, the band stepped up security after reportedly acquiring a naked lesbian stalker.
