Demi Moore Writing Hollywood Memoir

After almost 40 films, a stint on ‘General Hospital,’ a nude and pregnant Vanity Fair cover, and two notable marriages to Hollywood heavyweights, Demi Moore is ready to tell all, the Associated Press reports.

Demi Moore Writing Hollywood Memoir

Think she’ll finally admit to plastic surgery? No, I didn’t think so either.

Moore’s agent Luke Janklow, confirms that his client, one of this generation’s most successful and talked-about actresses, is indeed meeting with different publishers in New York about penning a memoir. Though Janklow refused to comment further, an autobiography from Demi Moore would sure cause riptides in Hollywood.

Moore is best known for her movie roles in ‘St. Elmo’s Fire,’ ‘Ghost,’ ‘A Few Good Men,’ and ‘Indecent Proposal,’ among others. In 2003, she raised eyebrows with her fabulous-over-40 bikini body in the second installment of ‘Charlie’s Angels.’ With a memoir coming out, secrets from the sets of these movies co-starring Robert Redford, Patrick Swayze, Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, and others might be revealed.

The publishing world would also eat up a behind-the-scenes peek at her ten-year marriage to action star Bruce Willis and the birth of their three children, Rumor, Scout, and Tallulah. A no-holds-barred view into her current life with husband actor/social networking guru Ashton Kutcher would push sales and grab public interest. Not to mention the unique relationship between Willis and Kutcher… A quick look at her fling with Scientology (if she discussed it) and her current relationship with Kabbalah could also be compelling.

While the content of her memoir is still being discussed behind closed doors, there’s not doubt a Demi Moore tell-all would be a hot commodity in Hollywood. They might even make it into a movie.

Jodie Sweetin Lied, Still a Drunk

Jodie Sweetin is finally coming clean — about not really coming clean. Despite her claims that she had kicked her drug habit, the ‘Full House’ star admits she’s was just lying to everyone.

Jodie Sweetin Lied, Still a Drunk

In her new tell-all book ‘unSweetined,’ Sweetin says she relapsed but kept booking gigs to make quick money to pay for her drug addiction.

“I was back to partying like I was at my worst, spending seven hundred dollars a week on meth [and] coke.” she wrote. She even reveals downing a bag of coke right before one of her interviews.

In an excerpts (via Huffington Post), Sweetin writes that during her sobriety college tour at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin,

“I thought for sure that one of the professors would take one look at me and kick me out. But none did. They wanted to hear about the trials and tribulations of Jodie Sweetin, or at least the Jodie Sweetin I had created by appearing on Good Morning America and talking to People magazine.

The relapse started one day, just a few months after my GMA spot, when I got a random phone call from a friend who I used with and who occasionally sold me drugs. I invited her to my place. I was in an apartment at the time. I knew it was a really bad idea to invite her over but I wanted to test myself, I guess. We hung out, played cards. I told her I hadn’t done meth in a while. One thing led to another and just like that, I was back.”

“I was living a complete lie. But unfortunately, guilt doesn’t make you stop. I talked about growing up on television and about how great my life was now that I was sober… The little bit of coke that I had done before the speech wasn’t enough to make me forget how bad I felt for doing what I was doing. The guilt was eating away at me. I was struggling to keep it together, but no one realized that. I finished. They applauded. Standing ovation. Just how I liked it. And it was over.”

Sweetin admits she returned to her room tired but made time for one more hit. “I was just so tired. Tired of lying. Tired of pretending to be someone that I wasn’t. I took a deep breath and walked out of the lecture hall. I went back to my hotel room and buried my face in my hands. I couldn’t keep doing this. It had to end.But not today. I wiped away the tears and finished the baggie of coke.”

Sweetin’s book will be released on November 3. See more former child stars on Inside TV.

Judy Garland Biography ‘Get Happy’

The Weinstein Company has grabbed the film rights to Gerald Clarke’s Judy Garland biography Get Happy.

Despite her seemingly cheery appearance on stage and screen, Garland’s life was a rollercoaster of addiction, self-esteem issues and manipulation by those around her. And though she won just about every award in the entertainment arena (including an Oscar, a Golden Globe, Grammys and Tonys), Garland struggled with her looks and attempted suicide several times.

She also suffered through five marriages and financial trouble, and died, aged 47, in 1969. Garland is best remembered for her appearances in the likes of The Wizard Of Oz and A Star Is Born, and for her amazing singing voice.

Clarke, meanwhile, is also responsible for the book that formed the basis for the Oscar-nominated Capote script, so chances are it’s a thorough read that should make for a solid film. But what will daughter Liza Minnelli think?
