It’s no secret that Chelsea Handler enjoys a good party so it come as no surprise that she got kicked out of a men’s bathroom last week.
Page Six report that Handler was partying it up at a party held by her boyfriend Andre Balazs on a docked boat in New York when she was caught in the men’s bathroom allegedly doing coke.
Balazs, who owns hotels, held a party for the Standard Hotel employees on the boat and Handler must have gotten friendly with one of the attendees because a source say “a bouncer caught her and ‘a dude with gold shoes’ in a stall in the men’s bathroom and ushered them both out.”
Handler, who started the night off by drinking vodka on the rocks, hasn’t been shy about her past drug usage and even wrote about it in her biography. In one story she even wrote about how she and her gynecologist popped a few ecstasy tablets on a boat ride. Maybe she has something about doing drugs on boats?
“She was not kicked out of the men’s room — that is a fabrication.” He rep, Stephen Huvane, said. Despite the fact that he originally denied she was at the party.
Since this story broke she hasn’t updated her Twitter account. Who knows whether this is true or not, but seriously a celebrity allegedly doing drugs? Color me shocked.
Amy Winehouse‘s family say that there was no illegal drugs of any sort in her body at the time of her death last month according to the toxicology report.
While there was no illegal drugs in her system there was alcohol but it is undetermined if this played any part in the singer’s death, if you remember it was rumored she died from alcohol withdrawals so I guess this squashes that theory.
TMZ report that Scotland Yard have yet to receive the toxicology results from the coroner but Amy’s family have released a statement through a rep.
The statement starts out saying “toxicology results returned to the Winehouse family by authorities have confirmed that there were no illegal substances in Amy’s system at the time of her death. Results indicate that alcohol was present but it cannot be determined as yet if it played a role in her death.”
“The family would like to thank the police and coroner for their continuing thorough investigations and for keeping them informed throughout the process. They await the outcome of the inquest in October.” They finished up saying.
Now I don’t want to be cynical or anything but if you notice they only say there was no illegal drugs, it is uknown as of yet if there was any legal drugs such as painkillers in her system.
X17 just posted a video of what they claim to be Lindsay Lohan hanging outside Hal’s Bar & Grill in Venice Beach which is all well and good but they claim to have caught her buying a suspicious bag of white powder.
In the video you can see Lohan and a friend examining the bags from two different guys and then eventually handing over money for it before she lights up and has a smoke while chatting to friends.
X17 have now updated their story saying that Lohan’s rep, Steve Honig, called them and gave his disapproval of the story but refused to comment about it.
Honig is furious though and has spoken to RadarOnline and gave a statement saying that X17 “Knowingly and consciously making inferences about Lindsay that are completely untrue, and creating a fictitious story to get more people to visit their site. We were not given a chance to comment on this story before it went up, and no effort was made to gather the facts about what actually occurred. When I addressed this with the agency, they told me ‘we’re not the New York Times.’ They have made a horrific mistake; the worst part is, they know it but don’t care.”
As for what was in the bags? It wasn’t drugs, apparently it was just sea jasper, a meteor, rose quartz and quartz – all of which are legal. A friend of Lohan had bought them in a shop down the street.
At first the video does make it seem like she is buying drugs but honestly we all know Lindsay isn’t the smartest cookie in the jar but would she be stupid enough to buy drugs on the streets in broad daylight?
Outkast’s Big Boi was arrested in Miami yesterday on charges of drug possession according to the Miami-Dade County Corrections Department.
TMZ reports that Big Boi, whose real name is Antwan Patton, was caught carrying the drugs by customs and border patrol dogs as he got off a cruise ship in Miami.
His drug choices were ecstasy pills, MDMA powder and Viagra (which he didn’t have a prescription for), he was then booked into jail and held on $16,000 bail.
The rapper who is most known for being one half of Outkast immediately posted the bail and has since been released, he also released a statement through his lawyer, Daniel Kane.
“While Big Boi was traveling with his group and friends, a small amount of contraband was found in the collective luggage, I am confident when the entire facts are aired Big Boi will be completely exonerated,” the statement reads.
This all comes one week after Outkast announced plans to start working on a new album.
Ever since the awful news that Amy Winehouse passed away on Saturday afternoon at her home in London there has been tons of different stories about what may possibly have happened so it’s hard for me to whittle them all down. I’ll start with the latest from TMZ that confirms Amy died alone in bed.
Chris Goodman, one of Amy’s close friends and her rep, spoke to TMZ and said that Amy was found dead in bed by a security guard who had been looking after her. Goodman says “she was in her bedroom after saying she wanted to sleep and when he went to wake her he found she wasn’t breathing. He called the emergency services straight away. He was very shocked. At this stage no one knows how she died. She died alone in bed.”
Meanwhile there is rumors that Amy went and bought drugs from a well-known dealer in Camden the night before she died and then went on a binge doing cocaine, ecstasy and ketamine. A source says “it was an ecstasy overdose. She could do cocaine until the cows come home. But this was obviously a dodgy pill.”
Now it must be noted that the drug story hasn’t been proven and her autopsy results aren’t in yet so the exact cause of Amy’s death is still unknown but according to the Daily Mail report that during a preliminary police investigation there was no drugs found in her home, instead the Daily Mail claim that Amy went on a drinking binge.
They report that Amy, who has long suffered with her addictions to alcohol and drugs, was upset after she and her on-off boyfriend, Reg Traviss, broke up so she decided to have a drinking binge with vodka.
Amy’s mother has spoken about her daughter’s death and she said that she seen her the day before she died when Amy told her she loved her. She says “they are the words I will always treasure, I’m glad I saw her when I did.” She also apparently thought what we all thought and said “it was only a matter of time.”
As celebrity reactions in on Twitter, the most touching is probably Russell Brand‘s blog. Part of what he wrote is “Now Amy Winehouse is dead, like many others whose unnecessary deaths have been retrospectively romanticised, at 27 years old. Whether this tragedy was preventable or not is now irrelevant. It is not preventable today. We have lost a beautiful and talented woman to this disease. Not all addicts have Amy’s incredible talent. Or Kurt’s or Jimi’s or Janis’s, some people just get the affliction. All we can do is adapt the way we view this condition, not as a crime or a romantic affectation but as a disease that will kill.” You can read his full blog here.

Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane recently checked himself into a rehab center in Los Angeles to battle his addiction with painkillers his rep has confirmed.
The 38-year-old actor is nearly finished a 30-day stint in the rehab center and will soon return to the Grey’s Anatomy set, which started back filming on July 19th. His rep released a statement to RadarOnline saying:
“Actor Eric Dane voluntarily checked himself into a treatment facility to help him get off of pain medication that he was prescribed for a sports injury that he suffered over the recent hiatus. He reports back to work next week. Business as usual.”
Just two weeks ago it was revealed that his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, is pregnant with their second child so Dane apparently told a close friend that he has far “too much to lose” and that he “things spiraling out of control and decided he needed to get some help.”
Its good that he realizes that he needed to get help especially considering his wife is pregnant.
It’s been revealed that Bob Dylan had to battle his way through a heroin addiction back in the early ’60s after an unheard interview with the singer was found.
Dylan’s friend, Robert Shelton, was interviewing the singer on his private plane back in March 1966 when the conversation about his heroin addiction was brought up. Here’s what the singer had to say:
“I kicked a heroin habit in New York City. I got very, very strung out for a while, I mean really, very strung out. And I kicked the habit. I had about a $25-a-day habit and I kicked it.”
Dylan then went on to speak about how that after he was labelled a genius for his music he started to feel suicidal, here’s what he said about that:
“Death to me is nothing … death to me means nothing as long as I can die fast. Many times I’ve known I could have been able to die fast, and I could have easily gone over and done it. I’ll admit to having this suicidal thing … but I came through this time. I’m not the kind of cat that’s going to cut off an ear if I can’t do something. I’m the kind of cat that would just commit suicide. I’d shoot myself in the brain if things got bad. I’d jump from a window … man, I would shoot myself. You know I can think about death, man, openly.”
According to PopEater these tapes are being used for a movie that is currently in production about Dylan’s life. I can’t say I’m really shocked by this, I mean after all what musician wasn’t strung out at some stage in their life back in the 60s and 70s?
Just yesterday it was announced that Whitney Houston is in an out-patient rehabilitation program for drugs and alcohol and now she has been given a ban from seeing Prince in concert because she is basically a mess.
TMZ reports that people working for Prince have gotten so sick of her drunken behavior and constant ticket demands so they have now banned her from attending his future shows.
On top of being drunk, and possibly on drugs, at every show she also wanted to get up on stage at most of the shows so they eventually let her up on stage at The Forum in Los Angeles and this is the result of that:
What a mess. In other news, Radar Online are reporting that Whitney’s is going back to the old days with her choice of drugs if Bobby Brown is to be believe. He is going around saying that Whitney is back on crack. A friend of Bobby said “It’s the worst it’s ever been. Whitney went on tour again, and that’s when the relapse occurred. Whitney’s shutting a lot of people out of her life. It is a dire situation.”
Let’s all get a prayer circle together and hope she gets herself together, but I honestly don’t see it happening for a long time.
Earlier today TMZ broke the news that Whitney Houston had checked herself in to an out-patient rehabilitation program but sources close to the singer said it wasn’t for drugs or alcohol. But now it’s been confirmed that it is indeed for drugs.
Whitney entered the program at her own will about 10 days ago to help battle her ongoing trouble with alcohol and drugs, a rep for the singer confirms it telling People:
“Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment, Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process.”
In the out-patient program Whitney is allowed out in public as long as she wears a montior on her. A source also said that part of the reason she entered this program is to help “cleanse” herself for a new movie.
Vanessa Hudgens was among the many celebrities who attended Coachella over the weekend but she is probably the one who got the most coverage after she spotted licking a white substance off her fingers. Many people assumed she was licking up some coke or ecstasy. Not the case according to her rep.
In between downing shots and beers Vanessa was seen sitting down and dipping her finger into a plastic bag when she took her finger out she was spotted licking up the white substance but her people are saying that the substance was just a bit of white chocolate.
I don’t know what to think, I mean her rep is hardly going to say yeah she was licking up the drugs but at the same time is Vanessa Hudgens really stupid enough to do drugs in the open for everybody to see? What do you think it really is?
Chris Brown seems to always find himself in some kind of controversy and now the latest, not long after his nude photos leaking, he was spotted by X17 (via Allie Is Wired) smoking something that looks like weed.
Not only was he smoking something that looks like weed but he broke another law – talking on his cellphone. I sure would like to know how he’s managing to drive because both of his hands are of the wheel.

It seems like Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino has watched the ending scene of Cruel Intentions a little too many times because he has apparently been caught snorting cocaine from his coke chain.
The Fork Party took these photos and video from last weeks episode of Jersey Shore in which The Situation robbed Pauly D’s ex-girlfriend and started getting freaky with her on the dancefloor. But it seems he was doing a bit more than just dancing.
While getting down on the dancefloor The Situation decided to examine his necklace with his nose and also gave the girl a little sniff of it, after that they both wiped their nose. Some people could say it’s coincidence and they both just have a runny nose but I’m willing to bet that they were indeed doing a bit of coke. Thoughts?
Just as the title says – Aaron Carter has checked himself into rehab. Although despite looking like a huge crack head he hasn’t checked himself in for drugs, his manager Johnny Wright said it’s for “emotional and spiritual issues.” Here is what he told E! News…
“Several months ago Aaron came to me to help him return to music and to restart his career. He has been in Orlando working on a new album and perfecting his live show and his physical body. Aaron, understanding the challenges and hard work it would take to get himself back to the top, requested to take some time before we started to heal some emotional and spiritual issues he was dealing with. Therefore he has chosen to enter a facility where he feels he will get the guidance and cleansing he needs that will help him on the music journey he’s about to take. He asks that everyone keep him in their prayers and that they respect his privacy at this time.”
I can’t say I’m too surprised over this news, the fact that he’s even bothering making a new album shocks me more than him going to rehab.
A.J. McLean from the Backstreet Boys is back in rehab for the third time because he was out of control, well that’s what a source tells TMZ.
A.J. was in rehab back in 2001 and 2002 for alcohol and cocaine abuse, no word on what substance he has been using this time around but I’m going to take a guess and say it’s the same.
Source say that during a Backstreet Boys cruise last month he appeared to be out of it the whole time and that it has been interfering with the joint Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block tour.
He took to his Twitter account on Sunday saying “Hey all wish me luck! This is gonna be an amazing year for me and all around me! I love u all and appreciate all the love and support” and then again on Monday writing “See u on the other side!”

Montel Williams was busted while trying to bring his marijuana pipe through Wisconsin airport yesterday. Milwaukee County Office say the TSA discovered the metal pipe in Montel’s carry-on bag when he was going through security because it set off metal detectors.
Montel has been open in the past about smoking marijuana for medical purposes and he says he needs it to help chronic pain from multiple sclerosis, which he was diagnosed with back in 1999.
He was then fined with $484 for possession of drug paraphernalia but after paying the fine he was let go on his merry way.
