Things between Madonna and Guy Ritchie are not getting any better after he turned down her $31 million offer to settle things out of court, maybe she wanted to settle because the Kabbalah bosses aren’t happy with the divorce.
The couple who officially announced they are getting divorced two weeks ago, are fighting over where their two boys Rocco and David are going to live and bee educated.
Madonna wants the boys to live with her and Lourdes (her daughter from a previous relationship) in New York City but Guy wants the two boys to stay and study in London, England
J Randy Taraborrelli, a biographer for the signers said that “they are not even speaking to each other. They communicate only through lawyers”.
Taraborrelli says that a friend of Guy’s told him, “I do think it’s going to get nasty. He and Madonna are very angry now, no doubt about it, [but] they are willing to put that aside for their children. But I do think that if one sees the other linked up with a new partner so soon, it will make everything a lot more complicated for everyone involved. Madonna was never very fond of Guy’s pals. She found them uninteresting and dull. She even used the word “common” to describe them. And for his part, Guy always felt the conversation was forced and pretentious with many of Madonna’s friends.”
Meanwhile the couple are also fighting over their staff, they are both demanding the staff give statements about the others behavior.
Only yesterday it was confirmed that Madonna and Guy Richie are getting divorced, it was obvious one of them would speak poorly of the other, well she is already taking digs at her ex husband.
The singer who is always open about her opinions dedicated the song Miles Away to the “emotionally retarded.”
“This song is for the emotionally retarded,” Madonna announced to the 20,000-plus crowd at the lastest stop on her “Sticky and Sweet” tour. “Maybe you know some people who fall into that category. God knows I do.”
“Miles Away,” which Madonna earlier confessed to Elle magazine was inspired by her relationship with Ritchie, includes the lyrics, “I’m alright, don’t be sorry, but it’s true/ When I’m gone you’ll realize/ That I’m the best thing that happened to you… I guess we’re at our best when we’re miles away.”
The pop icon opened her show with the single, “I’m Not Sorry,” telling the audience slyly, “That’s right, I’m not sorry.”
The stage is set for a bitter divorce. The couple is said to be worth $521 million - and no prenuptial agreement was signed before their 2008 wedding.
This doesn’t surprise me at all, typical Madonna.

David Duchovny and his wife Téa Leoni have separated, according to a statement she just released.
Earlier this month, Duchnovny had “successfully completed the rehab program,” for sex addiction. Duchovny was then spotted with Leoni at the Czech Street Festival in Manhattan.
“In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months,” the statement says. “The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children.”
Duchovny, 48, has been married to actress Leoni since 1997. They have two children, daughter Madelaine West, 9, and son Kyd, 6.

Has there ever been a bisexual reality television star as unlucky in love as Tila Tequila?
Apparently not. The sexpot has been dumped by Yahoo! heiress Courtenay Semel after several months of exchanging bodily fluids in very public displays of affection. There’s no word on who the lucky lesbian is that snagged (or is it stole?) the ultra-moneyed Semel, but she was spotted holding hands with the brunette pictured below before entering a bar in West Hollywood.
According to one report, Courtenay broke off the relationship after cheating on Tila. Ouch! Whatever will Tila do now? Should she try to sign on for MTV’s A Shot at Love 3? Or should she take a long pause before giving out any more “keys” to her heart?

 Controversy continues to swirl around The Playboy Mansion, as vehement denials are now coming from the Playboy camp that Hugh Hefner’s “number one girlfriend” Holly Madison is leaving the Mansion to run away with magician/ladies’ man Criss Angel.
“I really don’t know where this stuff comes from,” stated Kevin Burns, Executive Producer of “The Girls Next Door, “Holly has not moved out and has no plans to do so. She is very much busy supervising and editing Playmate shoots at Playboy Studios West. She’s also been working with my company on several new ideas for Playboy-themed TV shows and specials.”
Burns also denies the report in The Dirty gossip blog about Holly’s alleged romance with Criss Angel. “Holly’s trips to Vegas have been ‘mini-vacations’ to hang out with friends and to scout for the magazine,” Burns stated, :”She’s just having a good time.”
Holly herself blasted the rumors on MySpace, claiming “Hef and I are not breaking up…We are Partners In Crime. LOL, Kendra came up with that one. We are wrapping up season five of The Girls Next Door and are looking forward to filming a season six.”
However, there is another side to this tale. Just this past week, The Vegas Eye spotted Angel and Holly rather cozy on a couch during a night out in Sin City. So, what’s the real deal going on? Is Angel just pursuing Holly, who remains loyal to Hef? Or is Holly milking the speculation to boost ratings for the 5th Season Premiere of The Girls Next Door on October 5th?

Hollywood Crap linked with Holly Madison: Is She Staying Or Going?
Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton are again going their separate ways, a rep for the actress stated.
“Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have amicably ended their engagement,” said Nicole Perna. “They appreciate your respect for their privacy in this matter.”
The couple’s relationship originally started in 1993, and lasted about a year and a half.

Serial daters Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong have broken up.
The couple started dating back in May, with Kate even introducing Lance to her son. A source told UsWeekly,
“There was no drama or ugliness – They just decided to end things. There is no hatred, just sadness.”
In the short time they were together, the 29-year-old actress was seen with the 36-year-old cyclist at many of his races and events, including his three-day Lance Armstrong Livestrong Summit in Columbus, Ohio this past weekend.
It was at the conference that Hudson and Armstrong decided to go their separate ways.
Salma Hayek and French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault have called off their engagement.
“We are sad to announce the engagement of Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault has been canceled. There will be no further comment.”
The couple met in Venice in May 2006. Their daughter, Valentina Paloma, was born in Los Angeles last September.
Pinault is the CEO of PPR, the luxury-brands empire that owns Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and Balenciaga.
