Just yesterday news broke that Arnold Schwarzenegger And Maria Shriver had separated after she got tired of being basically being neglected by him and it’s reported that he already wants her back and is willing to change.
But first, Arnold was doing a speech during the 63rd Israel Independence Day Celebration in Los Angeles last night when he decided to take a moment to speak about the news of their separation. Here is what he said:
“I just spoke to Maria an hour ago before I came here. We both were saying the same thing – we’re extremely blessed to be surrounded by so many wonderful people, by so many wonderful friends. We both love each other very much. We’re very fortunate to have four extraordinary children. And we’re taking it one day at a time. The bottom line is we want to thank all the people for their great, great support.”
TMZ are reporting that Arnold has realized that he is the reason behind the whole separation and he is now willing to change his behavior, a source close to the couple said “Arnold has done a 180. He’s been really sweet to her since all this went down.”
But this is how it always goes, the person whose fault the whole break up is says they realize how they need to change and then when they do get back together the person goes right back to being what they were the whole time.
I guess time will tell if Maria is willing to take him back but apparently they were recently spotted at a hotel in Los Angeles for a special occasion.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver have announced they have separated after 25-years of marriage and being one of Hollywood’s most powerful couples. The couple released a joint statement that read:
“This has been a time of great personal and professional transition for each of us, After a great deal of thought, reflection, discussion, and prayer, we came to this decision together. At this time, we are living apart, while we work on the future of our relationship, We are continuing to parent our four children together. They are the light and the center of both of our lives.
We consider this a private matter and neither we nor any of our friends or family will have further comment. We ask for compassion and respect from the media and the public.”
Reasons for the separation were unknown at first but TMZ have managed to contact sources close to the couple who say that Maria has been sick of the marriage for sometime now because of Arnold basically being crazy.
The source says that Maria moved out of their home ins Los Angeles a couple of months ago after being unhappy for a few years from his craziness and him neglecting her. The source finished up saying “she’s a lost soul”.
Is it just me that finds this marriage ending kind of sad? I actually thought they would last, but I guess in Hollywood nothing lasts.

Crap hit the fan yesterday as Ashlee Simpson filed for divorce from her husband, Pete Wentz. He wasn’t thinking about divorce at all. Actually, he was making plans on how they would spend their Valentine’s Day together.
Yes, this is an old picture of the happy couple. She’s tramping it up for him as she always has. When they first got together, she flashed him her boobs and he said he was in love.
Everything in their little emo world fell apart yesterday, but not because Pete wanted it to. It started as a he said/she said thing. She said that Pete was erratic, and he called BS on that, saying that they just grew apart.
Pete also went on to say that this is not something he wanted and that he was totally blindsided in the divorce.

Well yet another celebrity couple bites the dust because Ashlee Simpson has filed for divorce from Pete Wentz after just two and a half years of marriage.
TMZ reports that Ashlee filed for divorce and cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason she wants to get rid of him, she is asking for joint legal custody and primary physical custody as well as asking for spousal and child support from him. They both released a statement saying…
“After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to file for divorce, we remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our No. 1 priority. We ask that everyone honor our privacy as we navigate this next phase of our lives.”
TMZ follows up by saying there was no third party involved in the split and the reason they are divorcing is because they grew apart. A source says that she basically wanted out of show business after giving birth to their son, but he wanted to keep on with torturing us by making music.
Seeing as how her father is Joe Simpson I’m going to guess that this divorce will start getting messy by the weekend.

After months of rumors that Katie Price and Alex Reid were heading for splitsville, just 11 months after they married in Las Vegas last year, she confirms it’s all true in a long ass statement.
On top of releasing a statement that will take longer to read than the length of her marriage, in which she basically blames him for everything, a “source” who is probably her says that she is living in fear that Alex might walk into their house at any minute. Take a deep breath and get ready to waste your day in work reading her statement….
“Alex and I have had a number of difficulties over the past few months. I accept that these were in part caused by my marrying too quickly – we all make mistakes and this was one.
However, Alex changed from the man I fell in love with and some of his behaviour became difficult for me to understand and caused issues. I have tried to help him with these issues but they have put a considerable strain on our relationship.
Our difficulties were also not helped by Alex becoming more fascinated by life in the media eye. Obviously I cannot be critical of someone wanting to do this and originally I tried to help him with his career by getting him contracts with my production company. If Alex wants to honour those contracts, the production company is more than happy to do so.

Ryan filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday, just a couple of weeks after they announced their separation. But don’t expect them to play dirty because she filed for divorce herself at the same time.

Yesterday it was announced that Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds joined the many celebrity couples who have fallen pray to the break-up curse of 2010 because they are getting divorced.
As with all celebrity divorces, more details and rumors are starting to come out pretty much every hour on the hour. This time Us Weekly are reporting that it is Scarlett who decided to pull the plug on the marriage.
The couple issued a statement yesterday saying that the split was civil but Us Weekly are reporting that Reynolds had been getting close to one of his exes for the past few months, in a “platonic” way of course.

Billy Ray Cyrus obviously isn’t up to date with this whole celebrity thing, when you are involved in a scandal you should expect to be asked about it so have your people tell the interviewer not to ask any questions.
Billy Ray appeared on WCOL’s Woody & The Wake-Up Call radio show in Ohio last week and stormed out of the interview because Woody Johnson brought up the divorce from Tish Cyrus.
Johnson was asking about the divorce to which Billy Ray said “Oh man. You know what bud? Woody Johnson. Woody Johnson. God bless America, God bless our troops. Woody Johnson, look at you, see ya man. It’s very rude.”
Johnson then wrote on his blog saying, “I’ve always liked Billy Ray Cyrus…and still do, actually, but was taken aback by his reaction to my question regarding the breakup of his marriage. I mean, it’s not like it wasn’t public knowledge, for crying out loud. If he shuts me down, fine. I respectfully moved on, but he did not.”

Yet another celebrity couple bites the dust if TMZ are to be believed because they report that Rachel Weisz and her fiancé, Darren Aronofsky, have called it quits.
Like with most Hollywood break-ups it seems that there is a third person involved and it’s apparently none other than Daniel Craig, with who Rachel worked with on their upcoming movie Dream House. A rep for the couple confirmed the split saying…
