Samantha Ronson was arrested in Baker, California, last week for a DUI after she was pulled over by cops and she has now officially been charged as of today.
In case you missed it the 33-year-old ex-girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan was pulled over on her way back from Las Vegas a 10:30 am for speeding and when she was given a field sobriety test she failed.
When she was originally pulled over she refused to take a non-mandatory breathalyzer on the scene so the officer decided to arrest her ant take her to a local station which is when she was forced to give a test. She blew over the limit.
Now she has been charged with the DUI and is facing two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and having a blood-alcohol level of .08 or above according to the LA Times.
None of this stopped Ronson from continuing her life though because over the weekend she was in Chicago playing with her band, the Undertakers, and she stopped by a tattoo shop to look for ideas to cover the heart on her left hand. The same heart that matches one of Lohan’s tattoos.
Since the arrest Ronson has completely ignored it on her Twitter account and acted as if nothing has happened.

Most people probably don’t know who Estella Warren is, I know I sure didn’t when I heard her name, but she is a Canadian actress/model and she sure knows how to party because last night she got arrested for a bunch of things according to TMZ.
It all went down last night just before midnight in Los Angeles when Estella was driving around under the influence, in her drunken state she crashed into three parked cars before driving away.
A police car spotted this and decided to pull her over, this didn’t settle too well with Estella because when the officer was arresting her for a DUI she resisted arrest and kicked him. Yep she kicked him. Then when they managed to settle down she was placed in handcuffs.
It didn’t all end there though because when she was in the police station and waiting to be booked she somehow managed to get out of her handcuffs and tried to make a run for it out the back door of the station although they managed to catch her.
When she was being booked for the second time they charged her with felony escape, assault to a police officer, a hit and run and of course the DUI. A police officer told TMZ that “she was really hammered.” Way to state the obvious. Her bail was set at $100,000.
I don’t know who she is, but after looking through her images on Google, I sure hope this arrest raises her profile so we get to know more of her. It’s probably wrong that I’m even thinking that.

Rick Springfield was arrested in Los Angeles on Sunday night on suspicion of driving under the influence, TMZ reports that it all went down at around 8pm.
The 61-year-old singer was pulled over the police for a traffic violation but when they got to his car they could smell nothing but alcohol so they decided to give him a few sobriety tests.
Naturally since he was incredibly drunk he failed these tests and then he his blood alcohol test came in at a .10, the legal limit in California is a .08.
As you can see above this is his mugshot from the incident, he was booked and released not long after the the arrest happened. This is kind of sad.

Over the weekend it was revealed that Tiger Woods has a new girlfriend and that her name is Alyse Lahti Johnston, who is in the mug shot below and is 13 years younger than Tiger at just 22-years-old, but now it’s reported she’s not into him a whole lot.
Alyse, who is the daughter of an executive of IMG, apparently isn’t looking for anything but a good time from Tiger and she definitely isn’t looking for a relationship. A source tells RadarOnline:
“She sent a BBM to a mutual friend of ours saying she didn’t consider herself Tiger’s girlfriend. They were just having a good time hooking up, she is a really nice girl, smart and super friendly. And she’s also a bit of a wild child. She definitely likes to have fun.”
In fact she’s so much of a good time that she was busted on a DUI last October but she pretty much got away with it because she was only charged for reckless driving and the case was closed on January 21 of this year. At the time of arrest she told police that she hadn’t slept for four days and had only eaten an apple two days before the arrest. She also said she had two tiny glasses of wine six hours before it. When asked on a scale of 0-10 as to how sober se was said she replied with “fucking 10.”
I guess it goes to have a powerful daddy and attorney because she basically got away with her DUI even though she was pretty much busted drunk. Does anyone else see the similarities between this girl and Tiger Woods‘ ex-wife Elin Nordegren?

You might remember Megan Hauserman from appearing in nearly every single VH1 reality show about looking for love, money or her stint on Charm School in which she got in a fight with Sharon Osbourne and tried to sue her. Well now she has gotten arrested for a DUI.
Megan was driving through Miami the other night at 3:15 AM when she was pulled over by cops because she was speeding and going between lanes.
Cops say that when they pulled her over she had watery and bloodshot eyes, a strong smell of alcohol and she was talking like I was all weekend – a drunk. They then made her take a breathalyzer test and she blew a blew a .102 so they took her ass to jail.
After 24-hours she was released to jail, and just to make this all the funnier she was heading to a strip club when she was pulled over, you see Megan Hauserman is currently working in a strip club now that her reality fame is gone.

Bow Wow shot himself in the foot on New Years Eve because he got drunk and then behind the wheel of his Lamborghini, he then decided to tell the world on Twitter.

22-year-old Bow Wow, who was driving in his Lamborghini with Chris Brown (20-years-old) in the passenger seat, took to his Twitter account and told people that he was driving home from from LIV nightclub in Miami.
Face numb im whippin the lambo. Tispy as fuck. Just left @livmiami.
Im fucked up!!! Ohhhh damn. Y i drive the lambo. Chris (Brown) might have to drive after next spot.
He then deleted both of these tweets and wrote “”Apologize for that tweet. it was stupid and immature. not a way i want to kick my #2010 year off. i got too much good stuff lined up. my bad.”
See Twitter can come in handy for things, one of them being the police could arrest douche bags like Bow Wow for drink driving and admitting it.

The Bachelor winner and loser Shayne Lamas has terrible luck because she has been taken into custody on suspicion of DUI charges.
The 24-year-old who won the 12th season of The Bachelor and then broke up with Matt Grant soon after was arrested on Saturday night in Venice, CA.
In a statement to E!, she says… “Early Saturday morning, after consuming one drink, I willingly drove through a mandatory check point on my way home with complete confidence of passing. However, the breathalyzer indicated that I was over the legal limit of blood alcohol content and was arrested onsite. I take full responsibility for my lack of judgment. I have always strived to be a role model for my friends, family and fans and have never nor will ever condone drinking and driving. I apologize for all those I have disappointed, including myself.”
One drink, really? Maybe she did have one drink … she just drank a whole picture of beer perhaps? Shayne Lamas is due in court on December 9th.

Well the LAPD sure were busy last night, on top of visiting Orlando Bloom‘s robbery they removed Mischa Barton from her home.
Mischa was removed from her West Hollywood home by the Los Angeles Police Department because of some “medical issue”.
Officer April Harding said “we responded to her home last night on a medical issue, we assisted with it. She was removed from her home.”
When asked if Mischa was cooperative the officer said nothing but a simple “I guess.” No other details where released because of California privacy laws. Although a source told Us Weekly that the actress called the police herself because she was having a “freak out.” Whatever that means.
You may recall that Mischa Barton was charged in February 2008 with DUI and marijuana possession. She was sentenced to 36 months probation, told to attend alcohol education classes and pay a fine.
Fishy, something tells me this isn’t the end of this one.

Someone was enjoying their 4th of July weekend just a little too much! Former “Three’s Company” star Joyce DeWitt was arrested on Saturday after failing a field sobriety test at a checkpoint.
She was driving in El Segundo, California on the 4th, when she drove past a police barricade. An officer approached the actress and she smelled like booze. This prompted the officer to have her pull over and exit the vehicle. He asked her to perform the standard field sobriety tests and she failed.
She was then arrested and taken to jail, where she later posted the $5,000 bail.
