Lauryn Hill is a bully, or so says one of her ex-band members who has filed a lawsuit against the singer who says that she bullied and verbally abused him.
Jay Gore, who was the guitarist for Hill’s 2007 European tour, filed legal papers asking for more than $20,000 and claiming that she not only stiffed him out of money but totally bullied him and other staff during the tour.
Gore says that the work environment was hostile at the best of times and that she would constantly berate him and other staff every night after a show.
“After shows, Hill would demand that the musicians and road support personnel attend meetings where she would engage in a person-by-person critique and berating. At one point, Hill made a statement in front of the tour personnel to the effect that ‘I can’t believe I am paying you fools, you should be paying me.’” The lawsuit says.
“We believe there are other musicians who have been mistreated by Ms. Hill in a similar manner who are reluctant to stand up for their rights and this lawsuit gives them a voice as well.” Says his lawyer, Nicholas Andrea, in a statement to TMZ.
Lauryn, who gave birth to her sixth child last month, hasn’t made any comments about these claims but judging from the past I’m going to guess these accusations aren’t too far from the truth.
$20,000 seems a bit excessive to me though, what do you think about this?
Leighton Meester filed a lawsuit against her own mother, Constance, after she claimed that her mother had been using money the actress sent for her sick brother for personal reasons including Botox. Now her mother claims her daughter beat her with a bottle.
Leighton’s mother filed a counter-suit claiming that the Gossip Girl actress threw her to the ground and repeatedly hit her with a bottle back in December. This is like an episode from the TV show she stars on.
TMZ reports that the counter-suit states that at 2:00 AM on December 11, 2010, Leighton attacked her mother with a bottle and then had to be pulled off her by her brother, Lex.
As for the lawsuit Leighton filed regarding the money, Constance says it’s true she sent her the money but it wasn’t for her brother it was more a repayment for the money she spent helping out Leighton’s career.
It’s hard to believe what is true and what isn’t true especially when there is no written contracts. This is all crazy, I can only imagine what Christmas dinner will be like.
It looks like we have another greedy parent of a celebrity on our hands because Leighton Meester is suing her own mother over money because Leighton claims her mother spent money on herself when it was meant for her sick brother, Lex.
TMZ , who first reported about the lawsuit, says that Leighton’s mother, Constance, refused to work so Leighton took it upon herself to send $7,500 a month to help take care of her brother, who has sever medical issues.
The lawsuit claims that Constance used the money for personal expenses, which included plastic surgery, botox and hair extensions, instead of using the money for Leighton’s younger brother.
Constance apparently threatened to sue Leighton if she didn’t up the monthly payments to $10,000 a month for the rest of her life because she says they had an oral contract. Leighton calls bullshit on this and has decided to sue her mother.
“This whole thing’s been really tough on Leighton, her only concern has always been taking care of her brother. Leighton’s really close with her brother and her dad – her parents are divorced. Leighton’s a sweet girl – she cares about work, friends and family.” Says a source who spoke to People .
This isn’t the first time Constance has been in trouble with the law – a woman filed and won a restraining order against her earlier this year after she harassed her and then back in the 1980′s she was convicted of helping smuggle marijuana into the U.S. and that’s when she gave birth to the Gossip Girl actress in a halfway house in Texas.
Some say that imitation the best form of flattery but Kim Kardashian definitely doesn’t believe in this phrase because she has decided to launch a lawsuit against Old Navy because they used a Kim look-alive in a recent television ad campaign.
On the left is Kardashian’s doppelganger and on the right is the real Kim. TMZ report that Kardashian filed a lawsuit against the clothing company claiming that “they intentionally used a look-alike in an effort to dupe the public into thinking Kim was affiliated with Old Navy.
Kim even took to her Twitter page to write about her look-alive, whose name is Melissa Molinaro, she said “@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy’s Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?”
Kardashian claims that the ads have damaged her finances so much that she asking them from anywhere in the range of $15 to $20 million. Seriously how delusional and desperate is she?
These ads have been on TV for months so I don’t understand why exactly she is only launching a lawsuit now, maybe to get a bit of publicity? I wouldn’t be surprised. Here is the video for you to see for yourself:

Earlier this year Pamela Anderson decided to sue her ex-boyfriend for $1 million because he never gave him a condo in Las Vegas that he promised her but now she is being countersued by him for $22.5 million because he says she didn’t come through with helping promote.
Laurence Hallier‘s company built the Panorama Towers in Las Vegas and signed a deal with Anderson back in 2006 that would have her promote the sale of condos by doing several personal appearances and in return she would be given one of the condos. But he says she never bothered her ass showing up to any of the appearances.
He is now blaming her on the failure to sell a bunch of condos so he has decided to sue the Baywatch star for $22.5 million which he says is equal to the losses from the unsold units. He also says that Leonardo DiCaprio got his condo because he was so effective in helping promote that he sold over 100 condos.
Anderson sued him for $1 million because she claimed that if he never gave her the condo then he promised to just give her the money in cash but he says she is not entitled o this money because she didn’t come through with her end of the bargain.
What a mess, there’s no way in hell she can afford $22.5 million considering she has been in money troubles for the past few years.
Anytime I find myself reading about Andy Dick it’s because he is in some kind of trouble and this time it’s no different because he is being sued by a man for rubbing his genitals in his face and the whole thing was caught on video.
If you skip to about 3:20 in the above clip you can see Andy climbing up beside the man in the audience and then lifting up his skirt and rubbing his crotch at the mans face at a comedy club in Dallas.
Now TMZ are reporting that the man, whos name is Robert Tucker, is now suing Andy for this incident that happened way back in December 2010. The lawsuit says that since this happened he’s “been harassed and ridiculed by the workers he supervises as well as his management peers.”
Surely if he was going to sue Andy Dick he would have done it closer to the time this all happened? Anyways he is suing for unspecified damages, which means he will probably get a shit load of cash.

So there was a sex doll of Miley Cyrus being sold but if you were hoping to get your hands on one you’re too late because they are completely sold out and they may not be able to make anymore because Miley is apparently considering legal action.
The sex doll was called ‘Finally Miley’ and was made by Pipedream Products, who boast that the doll has “3 achey love holes”, but as I said above it’s all sold out after going on sale in some sex shops and on Amazon.com for $27.49. Kevin Johnson, who works for the company, says:
“We are completely sold out already — it’s been on the market for less than 48 hours. We haven’t received a cease and desist letter from her attorneys yet, but I have seen those rumors circling online. That probably means it will happen soon enough.”
Miley isn’t the first celebrity to have a sex doll made of her because Beyonce, Britney Spears, Pamela Anderson, Lady GaGa and more have all had dolls made up but most of them have been removed for “legal reasons”.

Less than a month after announcing that they are getting divorced things have already gone sour between Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz because according to TMZ he’s taking to court over custody.
When she filed for divorce she asked the judge for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their 2-year-old son Bronx but this doesn’t sit too well with Pete. He has now filed legal documents asking the judge for joint physical and legal custody of Bronx.
In her original filing she also asked for spousal and child support as well as asking the judge to make Pete pay her legal fees but yet again this isn’t sitting too well with Pete and he is asking that they both pay their own legal fees.
I knew this divorce wouldn’t go too smoothly, especially considering her father is Joe Simpson and he will do anything for a quick buck. I wouldn’t be surprised if this custody battle starts going in the direction that Halle Berry‘s did.
TMZ are reporting that Oksana Grigorieva‘s latest claim under oath is that Mel Gibson beat her up while they were having sex – and there was no safe word because she didn’t know it was going to happen.
Oksana never made a claim like this before so it seems random but anyway, she claims that when they were doing the dirty Mel beat her up because he was having problems getting it up and that’s the only way he could do it.
TMZ claims they have gone through the court file and the only bit of physical violence that pops up is when he hit her on January 6th, none of this sex beating stuff.
I’m gonna call bullshit on this allegation, but then again you never know what goes on behind close doors – especially the bedroom door. See people if anyone ever mentions a bit of slapping each other in the bedroom make sure there is always a safe word. That’s my words of wisdom for the day.

Brett Favre just got fined $50,000 for sexting Jen Sterger but he is back in hot water and once again it’s to do with him being a sex fiend, this time he is being sued for sexual harassment by two women.
Good morning American reports that two former massage therapists for the New York Jets, Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole, both filed a lawsuit against Favre, the Jets and Lisa Ripi, a woman who hires massage therapists for the team.
Scavo claims that the NFL star treated her like a “hanging slab of meat” and that he once text her and another, unidentified, woman asking if they would be up for a threesome because he is all alone. A lawyer for the two women says the reason they are filing a lawsuit is because after this was all brought to the attention of Ripi they were never offered work again.
The lawsuit then goes on to say that Ripi wrote “for sure feel horrible that u had to go thru that [with] a pervert…however I truly wish you would’ve come forward at the time it happened. I’ve been up there 13 years without anything that happened to me on tmz…cause it was handled internally the way it should be.”
Which to mean basically means she would gladly stand by while all these women are harassed, and possibly raped, but they better keep their mouth shut because if they say anything – they will be fired.
This is all hearsay at the moment but lets face it – we all know this kinda stuff goes on behind the scenes in the world of sports. These athletes have so much power when it comes to shutting up the women which is why they don’t really care about harassing them. I’m willing to bet more allegations will come out in the future.

I didn’t even know that Jwoww was currently going through a legal battle with her ex-boyfriend, but she is and now it’s gotten to the stage that nude photos are being talked about. Of course this caught my interest.
Jwoww’s ex boyfriend, Thomas Lippolis, filed a lawsuit last week claiming that not only was he her boyfriend but he also acted as her business manager. While doing this he says he secured her $17,500 per episode of Jersey Shore as well as all of her other deals including personal appearances, a plastic surgeon and a tanning lotion company.
But he claims he never received a single penny from the Jersey Shore star and he filed a lawsuit demanding she pay him $350,000. But now let’s get to the good par – weeks before he filed a lawsuit against her, she had her lawyers send him a letter claiming that he had some nude photos and she wanted them back. The letter said
“It has come to [Jwoww's] attention that you may be in possession of certain photos of her that may be derogatory to her image and in violation of her contract with MTV.”
Jwoww want’s the photos back immediately but he hasn’t given them yet and she is claiming he never did any business deals for her.
Is it just me that’s hoping she doesn’t pay him any money so he sells the photos? That way we all benefit. He gets money, she gets publicity and we get nude photos of Jwoww.

Casey Affleck has settled the sexual harassment lawsuit that two women filed against him back in July, in the lawsuit they accused him of sexually harassing them while working on his documentary about Joaquin Phoenix, I’m Still Here.
Magdalena Gorka, a cinematographer, and Amanda White, a producer, both filed a lawsuit against Affleck back in July in which they asked for $2.25 million and $2 million respectively.
Both women left the production team during filming because of his alleged harassment. Gorka says that he crawled into her bed one night while she was sleeping, while White claims that he refused to pay her because she would not spend the night in a hotel room with him.
Affleck’s rep released a statement saying “The disputes between Flemmy Productions, LLC and Casey Affleck with Amanda White and Magdalena Gorka in connection with the film ‘I’m Still Here’ have been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties and the lawsuits are being dismissed.”
They will both receive a credit on the film but there is no word on how much the Affleck camp paid the women to drop the lawsuit. I never know what to think when somebody pays the other party off because either they are guilty and don’t want their name dragged through the gutter or else they are innocent and just want the case to disappear. Fernando Flores, a former bodyguard of Britney Spears, went to the Child Protective Services back in June and accused her of abusing her children. Since nothing came of that, he is now filing a lawsuit against her accusing her off the same thing and also sexually harassing him
TMZ got their hands on the lawsuit, which says Britney “repeatedly made unwanted sexual advances” at him by exposing herself while in her house. He also says that Britney has been watching Legally Blonde too much because she tried the bend and snap on him. The suit says…
“She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].” The lawsuit goes on, “The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust.”
Another part of the lawsuit says that…
“After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up.”
He also says that she often engaged in sex acts in front of her, although it doesn’t say exactly what these sex acts consisted of and apparently one time after exposing herself, she turned around and said “you know you liked it.” Priceless.
As for when she abused her children, the lawsuit says one time she demanded Flores take of his belt and then she beat her child, Preston, with it. He also claims that she fed the kids crabmeant despite their fish allergies and when someone tried to help she shouted “mind your own fucking business.”
What a bunch of bullshit.

Karissa Shannon is planning on suing Spencer Pratt if he releases the sex tape that she made with her boyfriend, Sam Jones. This is the sex tape that Spencer originally said was of Heidi Montag and Karissa, but now it seems the tape is actually of Karissa and her boyfriend.
Karissa’s lawyer sent off a threatening letter to Spencer warning him that if he doesn’t return the footage that he “stole” from her property then she will sue him for compensatory and punitive damages.
Spencer hasn’t replied yet except this on his Twitter account, “maybe if I threaten to release a solo sex tape, humanity will pay me $5million not to.”
I can’t pay you $5 million Spencer, but I will give you the $13 that’s in my wallet and the 5 sticks of gum I have left for you to never release a sex tape.

Michael Lohan has been allegedly selling nude photos of his now ex, Kate Major, and she isn’t happy about it at all so she got her lawyers to send him a letter.
Michael apparently sold the photos, which you can see below, to Kikster and is shopping more around. She says that she had no knowledge he took the photos. Her lawyers sent a letter to Michael saying…
“We have recently become aware that you are illegally selling or offering for sale one or more nude photographs of Ms. Major to kikster LLC and other websites.”
Michael Lohan of course denies selling the photos and says they were stolen.
