The last we heard from Bones actor David Boreanaz he admitted cheating on his wife of 9 years, Jaime Bergman, now he is being sued by an actress for sexual harassment.
Gloria Allred represented the woman that David cheated with back then and now she is once again going to meet him in court because she is representing Kristina Hagan (the woman in the photo above), the woman who alleges he harassed her while she was an extra on Bones.
The lawsuit claims that on August 21, 09, he started to send her sexually inappropriate texts and then in September they were driving in his car together when he started to tell her he was the boss and “could make things happen” for her. What a typical Hollywood come on line, she should have known there and then.
He then parked his car and “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away. [He] unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated.” When September 29 came around he took her into his trailer and yet again tried to kiss and fondle her, then he “masturbated in front of her.”
She also claims that David repeatedly told Hagan he was looking for a good acting role for her but of course never got her shit.
I’m not defending David Boreanaz or anything, if this is true then he deserves to have the book thrown at him, but seriously how stupid and desperate must this Kristina Hagan chick be? He used every typical Hollywood pick up line in the book, then after the text messages and first incident of fondling her while jacking off – she should not have gone back to him for a third time.

Mel B and her husband, Stephen Belafonte, are being sued by a real estate agent because he says they assaulted him.
The couple along with one of their employees are being sued by Amado Aguirre for $1 million because they allegedly assaulted him last December.
Amado says that he was taking pictures of a home he was hired to appraise when the trio came out and thought he was a paparazzo which is when they started to intimidate and “physically injure” him which resulted in neck and back injuries as well as a broken hand.
He is looking for $1 million in punitive damages, $35,000 in medical expenses, $350,000 in damages, $100,000 for loss of future earnings and $10 for lost earnings that day.
I guess she lives up to the name Scary Spice.

Switzerland have announced that Roman Polanski won’t be extradited to the U.S. and he has also been released from house arrest. The Justice Ministry released a statement today saying…
“The reason for the decision lies in the fact that it was not possible to exclude with the necessary certainty a fault in the US extraditionary request.”
Polanski fled the U.S. back in 1978 after pleading guilty to raping a 13-year-old girl but he was arrested last September when honored with a lifetime achievement award in Switzerland, he was then held in custody for two months before placed under house arrest since December. But he is now a free man.
I hope the police in Los Angeles are keeping their eye on Lindsay Lohan, if she knows that Roman Polanski won’t be extradited then she might just book a one way ticket to Switzerland. For a vacation of course.

I’ve lost count of how many times Lindsay Lohan has been sued for either not paying her bills or stealing stuff, today we have another lawsuit against Lohan.
Tough as Nails boutique in Los Angeles filed a lawsuit today against Lohan accusing her of not paying them a bill costing $16,880. They say that Lohan shopped in the store between November 2009 and February 2010 and racked up a bill of $17,060 but she somehow managed to convince them that her manager would pay the bill.
Her manager did pay the bill but only $180 of it, now the owners of the store they believe Lohan had no intention of getting her manager to pay the entire balance. They also say that they relied on her “well known status as a movie actress with substantial income.”
What the hell? If this happened back in 2004 then I would have sympathy for the store but Lohan had been accused of stealing crap a bunch of times before this happened so why on earth would they give her store credit?
Lindsay Lohan must keep her legal team in business with all these lawsuits they have to deal with every month.

The Child Protective Services are about to be knocking on Britney Spears‘ door because there is new allegations that she beats up and abuses her kids.
The CPS were approached by Fernando Flores, a former bodyguard for Britney who also accused her of sexually harassing him, and he told them that they should investigate Britney for child abuse. A source says…
“Britney doesn’t mean to be a bad mum. But Flores feels she has so many issues she can’t be trusted around her boys. He claims the first really shocking incident was when she came marching into the pool house at her mansion and demanded his belt. He handed it over but then followed her into the main house and claims he witnessed the alleged incident.”
On top of accusing her of hitting the boys with a belt, he also says that she fed them with shellfish but the problem with that is that they are allergic to it and became sick.
Britney Spears of course denies this, I myself don’t believe it especially considering he only recently accused her of sexually harassing him – I guess somebody is in need of money because he is suing her and then sells his story straight away.

From one on-set accusation to the next, this time taking the stage is Heidi Montag who is alleging The Hills creator Adam Divello sexually assaulted her.
Heidi, who recently showed off her plastic body, claims that DiVello touched sexually assaulted by touching her ass cheeks and lower back and Spencer Pratt is not happy.
A source said “tension on The Hills set has escalated in the last few weeks and Spencer and Heidi are close to bringing legal action against the show. Adam can get away with it with [Audrina Patridge and Kristin Cavallari] but not with Heidi! He is a pervert and a creep. The other girls dont feel they can’t defend themselves because they are afraid they will lose their job. Heidi Montag will not tolerate sexual assault in the workplace!”
Apparently rumors have been going for years about DiVello’s behavior and his relationship with The Hill’s former main girl Lauren Conrad and his inappropriateness with her but no lawsuit was ever filed nor any complains to MTV.
But Lauren denies this in a statement saying “Similar to most of my fellow MTV cast mates, I am in utter shock at the allegations made against Adam. Not only are they completely absurd, but they are 100 percent without merit. Adam is a true professional and a wonderful person to work for.”
Normally I would actually consider a possibility that these rumors are true but let’s face it, this is Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt ,they will do absolutely anything for any publicity and to make their fame last longer once The Hills ends. As for that source sounds they totally suspicious in their wording, I would if it is one of Speidi?

It’s been over a year since Nicollette Sheridan was fired from Desperate Housewives, most people assumed it was fighting between the girls that caused her to be written of the show. This is not the case because she says creator of the show, Marc Cherry, hit her across the face.
Apparently on September 24, 2008, she questioned something in the script but this didn’t go down well at all with Cherry who then took her aside and slapped her across the head and face. When she went to her trailer he apparently ran after her to “beg forgiveness.”
Nicollete has now filed a lawsuit against Cherry asking for more than $20 million, she says that when she complained to ABC about his behavior he unfairly fired her from the show.
The lawsuit also says that he created a hostile work environment by “behaving in an extremely abusive and aggressive manner.” She also claims that he yelled at crew and other cast members including Teri Hatcher, who allegedly complained to ABC about him but Cherry’s response was simply “I hope Teri Hatcher gets hit by a car and dies.” ABC say they have yet to see Hatcher’s complaint but they found Nicollette’s complaint to be without merit.
So this is why Desperate Housewives became so shitty, all the good stuff was going on behind the cameras and not in front of the camera.

Sandra Bullock has already listed her Facebook status as single, as we all know once you change your status on Facebook then it is official!, now it is reported she is on the lookout for divorce lawyers.
TMZ are reporting that Bullock and her reps have started to look for high-end divorce lawyers but Lance Spiegel is the front runner to be hired.
Lance has worked for Charlie Sheen, Heather Locklear and Michael Jackson in the past, I can only imagine what his fees are like.
As for Jesse James, apparently he too has started to look for divorce lawyers but insists he will not imitate the divorce. His reps are apparently asking attorneys if they’d like to take on the case.

Lindsay Lohan must really be hurting for cash because she has launched one of the most ridiculous celebrity lawsuits I’ve ever heard of – she is suing E-trade for using a milkaholic baby called Lindsay in one of their ads.
Lohan believes that the ad is a parody on her life because the ad features two babies talking when the girl asks if the “milkaholic Lindsay” was over. So let’s get this straight Lohan thinks an ad featuring a boyfriend-stealing-milkaholic baby called Lindsay is based on her. Actually it does sound exactly like Lohan, only take away the milk part and put in alcoholic.
Stephanie Ovadia, a lawyer for Lohan, said “Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit. They used the name Lindsay. They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”
I don’t know whats funnier the fact that she is pretty much agreeing with us all that all she is known for is an alcoholic or the fact that she is so self-important that she believes her name can be used as single-name recognition such as Oprah, Beyonce or Madonna
A rep on behalf of the company who produced the ad said that Lohan didn’t even pop into their heads when they were making the commerical and that they used the name Lindsay because it’s a popular name and one of their employees is called that.
Lohan is asking for $50 million in exemplary damages and another $50 million in compensatory damages, I would like to know what exact damages this has caused her? I didn’t even know about the commercial until this lawsuit was filed. If you asked me a few years ago if Lindsay Lohan could go by single-name recognition I would have said yes but now I would laugh at you. Check the video out for yourself here.

We’ve heard this a thousand times so you know how it goes… boy convinces girl to let him take naked photos of her, boy and girl break up, boy either threatens or leaks the photo so girl tries to sue. Let’s welcome Lara Bingle to the stage, a model who is suing Brendan Fevola over leaking a nude photo of her.
In the photo, which you can see below, Lara is taking a shower while she tries to cover her boobs with her right hand. The photo was apparently taken back in 2006 when she and Brendan were having an affair, it was published in Woman’s Day magazine on Monday.
The Australian model and Australian football player started their affair back in 2006 but she denies that she knew he was married and had children. Since then he has been traded to a different football team for poor behavious after he repeatedly became a drunk mess out in public.
Her manager, Max Markson, said “Lara Bingle is taking legal action against Brendan Fevola for breach of privacy, defamation and misuse of her image. Lara was 19 when the photo was taken. It’s evident from the photo it was taken without consent, without permission and totally without taste, Taking the photo was wrong and Brendan Fevola’s decision to distribute the photo was when he broke the law.”
The editor for Woman’s Day said that they published the photos because “it was going to come out at some point anyway,” I love that her response is basically like oh well they are going to come out sooner or later so we should make the money.
Brendan Fevola does sound like a douche but I don’t really know how Lara Bingle could prove that he leaked the photo. I’ve said ti a million times – if you don’t want naked photos leaking then don’t take them or at least make sure the photos get deleted before you leave the hotel room.

Hugh Hefner is being sued by Playboy shareholders over living the high life and not selling the company at a reasonable and profitable price.
A Playboy shareholder claims that the company is falling apart and Hef has intentionally sabotaged two potential deals in the past six months to sell off the company at a decent price.
TMZ reports:
In the lawsuit, an investment company that analyzed Playboy’s business sent a note stating “we think the wildcard here is Hugh Hefner.” The note continues, “If you were Hugh Hefner, 81, would you give up the parade of busty blonds, the fancy mansion and the reality TV show for a payout.?”
The suit goes on … “Hefner has continued to live the good life and make sure everyone knows it. Hefner remains in the limelight, showing up at media events and at the Playboy mansion … with his girlfriends by his side.”
They are claiming that Hef is running over them by not grabbing the profit while he could. They are seeking unspecified damages.
Of course he’s living it up, wouldn’t you at that age?

Simon Monjack, husband of the late Brittany Murphy, has decided that Warner Brothers are to be blamed for the death of his wife and is now planning a lawsuit against them within the next few days.
Even though the L.A. County Coroner have not released the official cause of death, Monjack is putting all the blame on Warner Bros saying that two weeks before her death the studio decided to fire her from the sequel to animated movie Happy Feet (she voiced the role of penguin Gloria in the original movie).
Monjack claims that she was beyond devastated and he and Murphy’s mother, Sharon, both believe that this caused the 32-year-old to take a heart attack. One month prior to Warner Bros deciding not to bring her back the actress was also let get from a movie called The Caller, which was shooting in Puerto Rico, because Monjack had been difficult on set and showing up drunk.
 To this he says, “Every story needs a villain, and everyone has decided it is me, the reports about the Puerto Rican set are fantasy. I was never, ever drunk there. It’s a cruel town, Warner Brothers relied on conjecture and hearsay about the Puerto Rico film for why they canceled Brittany’s role in Happy Feet. You’re disposable as an actress or actor.â€
The original Happy Feet grossed over $380 million but Monjak says they were lowballing his late wife by offering her $10,000 a day, with five-day minimum and maybe some box office bonuses if the movie did well.
Warner Brothers have now issued a statement to TMZ, “Any claim that Warner Bros. Pictures was somehow responsible for Brittany Murphy’s tragic death is demonstrably false, reprehensible, and defamatory. Despite press reports to the contrary, Warner Bros. Pictures and Ms. Murphy never entered into any deal for “Happy Feet 2,” and thus, there was not a contract to cancel.”
I don’t think that Simon Monjack should be suing Warner Brothers over Brittan Murphy‘s death, what do you think? Does he stand a chance?

After being released from jail on house arrest, Roman Polanski thinks that photographers are invading his privacy. So, he’s suing them for $700,000.
In an fight to avoid extradition to the U.S. for child molestation charges, the shamed filmmaker retreated back to the comfort of his “Milky Way” chalet on December 4th.
Hordes of photographers came by the chalet upon his release to get photos of him when they snapped this juicy piece of privacy invasion. His finger now wants $699,999 of the money for infliction of emotional distress.
He has filed the case in Paris, which is known for its leniency on the rich and famous. The case will go to court on January 12, 2010 in Paris.

Tom Cruise has just been accused of trying to wiretap a magazine editor, through the use of private dick, Anthony Pellicano.
It all started when Michael David Sapir published a story in his magazine, “Bold”, asking for proof that Tom Cruise is gay. With a reward of $500,000, I would’ve said he boinked my boyfriend in front of me.
That story drudged up someone emailing Sapir claiming they had some sort of video of the actor. Sapir then issued a press release to that effect.
Cruise denied the allegations and his lawyer Bert Fields, sued Sapir for $100 million in damages. Sapir is claiming that Cruise hired Pellicano to wiretap his phone during the course of the lawsuit. In the new lawsuit, Sapir is suing Cruise, Fields, Matchtinger LLP and Pellicano.
Sapir is seeking $5 million in damages. This reeks of that cult that Tommy’s been messin’ with. Don’t you think? It sounds like they’d use some Gitmo tactics on ordinary citizens. Just like the government.

Nutty internet sensation and reality star Tila Tequila is being sued by her former boyfriend, San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman.
Merriman claims that Tequila was attempting to ruin his career when she made allegations that he physically abused her via her website in November, and that she illegally used his his “Lights Out” trademark and images of him.
Tila also stated that Merriman uses illegal drugs and sleeps with minors after forcing them to take drugs.
In the lawsuit, Merriman claims that Tequila admitted to making false claims against him. The District Attorney’s Office refused to file charges based on Tequila’s original claims, stating that there was not enough evidence to prove a crime had been committed.
The NFL linebacker is seeking an injunction from trademark and copyright infringements, and statutory damages of up to two million dollars.
