Michael Jackson was married and his wife is demanding all of his property — this is according to a woman who just filed a petition in L.A. County Superior Court.
Nona Paris Lola Ankhesenamun Jackson, who lives in London, asks
“that all my husband’s properties, monies and assets must be transferred to me immediately and my husband’s body must be returned to the coroner’s body [sic] or the mortuary immediately.”
Of course, there is no evidence this woman had any relationship whatsoever to Michael Jackson. She’s had an active court case since December of last year, claiming she was married to the singer.
Nona also claims all of Michael’s children are hers and that she didn’t authorize them to live with Katherine Jackson.
She now claims, “Though he died to this earth he lives with my father [Satan the Devil] Khalid Lucifer.”
The doc says “For any questions, I can be contacted at [email address removed] or leave my children alone.”
First they sell t-shirts and charge admittance to Jackson’s funeral, now this.

Rihanna had a big date with Chris Brown today … along with a judge, a few lawyers and a courtroom full of onlookers.
Chris Brown has copped a plea in his assault case. He won’t do jail time. He’s also been ordered to completely stay clear from Rihanna.
He’ll spend 180 days probation in Virginia which is where Brown lives – it’s equivalent to Caltrans or graffiti cleanup.
He gets 5 years probation for FELONY assault. He’ll get supervised probation. He’ll have to come back to court every three months.
He must also enroll in a domestic violence counseling program.
He got off entirely too lightly… this kid will not learn a thing! Didn’t Chris say the truth will come out in court? Pfft!!

Michael Jackson is being sued again, this time by Sheikh Abdullah Bin Hamad Bin Isa Khalifa, an Arab prince, who says he gave Jackson $7 million, a Rolls Royce worth over $260,000 and built him a recording studio as an advance for two albums, a stage show and an autobiography.
The king of pop claims the money was only a gift and doesn’t owe the sheikh anything, but in a statement read to a judge in the London High Court’s the sheikh said “I would never pay anybody millions of dollars for nothing in return.”
The sheikh also claims that the money raised by the music would benefit the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Meanwhile it seems Jackson might not even attend the court hearing if he and his legal team have their way. Apparently the singer is too sick to travel and wants to give his testimony by video link from the United States.
His lawyer Robert Englehart said “it would be unwise for him to travel, given what’s he’s got now.” But the sheikh’s lawyer, Bankim Thanki, said the evidence was very unsatisfactory” and Jackson’s illness could be treated with a bandage “if the diagnosis is positive.”
Thanki added that “it’s not the first time a sick note has been presented by Mr. Jackson,” which is very true, Jackson has a habit of getting sick during court trials.
Oh, Martha Stewart is being sued also. Is it me or does a different celebrity get sued everyday?

Ryan O’Neal turned up for court this morning with son Redmond to face drug charges but spent less than 5 minutes inside the Malibu courthouse.
Judge Lawrence Mira agreed to move the case to January 9 to allow Ryan’s lawyer Mark Worksman more time to prepare his case.
The father son duo were arrested back in September after Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies made a probation visit to their Malibu home and found them in possession of methamphetamines.
