Mel Gibson has got to be feeling pretty good today after Judge Scott Gordon ruled that he does not pose any threat to his daughter and will not lose his visitation rights.
Oksana Grigorieva has previously stated that Mel is an ongoing threat to her and baby Lucia, and the resulting custody battle was not looking good for him after the “leak” of several tapes where he displayed some pretty serious anger issues.
Mel’s ex-wife, Robyn Gibson, was a huge help in making sure the Judge did not rule against him. Robyn stated that at no time neither during nor after their 28 years of marriage was he ever physically abusive to her or their children. I wonder how bad Mel is feeling about leaving his wife for the attention whore that is currently trying to destroy his life?
I’m not sure who will win the Parent of the Year Award this year, but we can safely rule out Alec Baldwin.
Emmy award-winning actor Alec Baldwin was taken to a hospital Thursday after his 14-year-old daughter called 911 saying he had threatened to take pills during an argument on the telephone, a law enforcement official said.
Baldwin’s daughter, Ireland, told authorities that she was worried about her father after he said, “I’m tired of this. I’m going to take some pills. I’m going to end this,” the official told The Associated Press, quoting from an official report on the matter.
Authorities came to the “30 Rock” star’s Central Park West apartment after his daughter called 911 at about 12:10 a.m. Thursday, the official said. The official wasn’t authorized to speak publicly on the matter and spoke on condition of anonymity.
Ireland called authorities after the two ended their phone conversation and she couldn’t reach him again, the official said.
Baldwin, 51, was released from the hospital in an hour and took no alcohol or pills, spokesman Matthew Hiltzik said. “This was a misunderstanding on one person’s part. Alec was quickly released from the hospital; he’s completely fine and will be at work today,” Hiltzik said in a statement. “If there was a real problem or concern, he wouldn’t have been released from a hospital within an hour,” Hiltzik said later Thursday.
In 2008, Baldwin blamed a bitter custody battle with ex-wife Kim Basinger in part for the anger and frustration he was feeling when he berated their daughter in a phone message leaked earlier to the media.
In the message, Baldwin called Ireland a “rude, thoughtless little pig.” He was apparently upset that she had missed his phone call. Baldwin said he apologized to Ireland. He said the message was wrong and “horrified” him.
Truly a pathetic way to deal with a child. Baldwin is a fine actor but he’s rather hysterical and famous for idle threats.  Back in 2004, he told a national television office that he’d leave the country if George W. Bush was re-elected; Bush was and Baldwin didn’t.

Janine Lindemulder, former porn star wife of Jesse James, was recently released from a six month stint in prison for tax evasion, and has now decided to publicly attack Jesse and wife Sandra Bullock over custody of Janine and Jesse’s daughter, five year old Sunny James.
On Good Morning America yesterday, Lindemulder made several statements in regards to Sandra Bullock, whom she seems particularly pissed off at. She stated,
“What would give her the right to take away my daughter? This is my daughter. I’m the best mother I can be.”
Oh, and Janine’s new husband is also a convicted felon.
Bullock has written a letter to the judge that will be hearing the case, mentioning Janine’s drug use and accusing her of neglecting Sunny James:
“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert, never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition Sunny will be in. While in Janine’s care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use.”
This one looks like it could get pretty ugly, and I believe that running to the press to plead her case was a pretty stupid move on Janine Lindemulder’s part. Making this a public fight will only turn people against her.

I always say it must be nice to have the life of Kevin Federline because he does nothing and gets a ridiculous amount of money for it. Well today it would suck to be him because he is being accused of not paying rent and leaving damages in his home both totaling over $100,000.
According to TMZ the people who own Federlines rented place say he suddenly disappeared and never paid the last 6 months in rent and when they went to look at the place, they say it was in bits. According to the owners some of the damage includes:
- Gutters full of cigarette butts and empty beer bottles
- A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island
- Permanent spit marks on exterior paint
- Broken light covers
- Bent light posts
- Broken tiles
- Dead trees and plants due to failure to water
- Drawings all over the walls
- A room that was turned into a studio (without the owners’ permission)
- Broken dishwasher … with broken baskets
- Dismantled smoke detectors
- Front driveway oil-leak damage
- Master bathroom windows tinted (without owners’ permission)
They also say he never returned the garage door opener and are threatening to take him to court if he doesn’t pay up. He is probably ringing Britney Spears right now asking for some money.
Speaking of Britney and courtrooms, she is apparently ready to take Federline back to court to demand full custody of their two children, Jayden James and Sean Preston.
Britney was recently granted an extension on the 50/50 custody they currently share, but sources say she is worried about the way Federline is raising the children and she wants to do decide what schools they go to.
A source said “The boys are used to Kevin’s foul-mouthed, lazy, unemployed dancer friends, who either live at the house or hang out there. Britney doesn’t want the boys growing up thinking that kind of lifestyle is acceptable.â€
Who do you think should get the kids, Brtiney Spears or Kevin Federline?
Remember the good old days when we would be getting new pictures of Britney Spears running around to McDonalds at about midnight? Those days are long gone.
However sometimes we do get some news with her, like today – we find out that she and ex-husband Kevin Federline (now known as K-Fat) will continue to share 50/50 custody.
The biggest trailer trash couple of our time will continue their custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James for the rest of the year at least.
Under the terms of the court order, Britney gets to keep the kids while she continues her Circus tour and if K-Fat wants to tag along she must pay for his hotel expenses.
Also in as well as getting the $20,000 that Britney pays him in child support, he gets an additional $25,000 when the kids are outside of California.
Britney Spears should totally stick Kevin Federline in a motel 8, that would show the judge whether or not he wants to see the kids so badly.
Debbie Rowe called the police to her horse ranch in Palmdale, CA yesterday, when two photographers were subsequently cuffed.
One of the photographers was busted for not having a driver’s license and the other for riding on top of the first guy’s car while it was still moving.
And… TMZ was their to capture the whole thing on tape. Do you suppose the two arrested belonged to them?
In case you aren’t annoyed with Debbie Rowe enough, she’s currently battling Katherine Jackson for custody of Michael Jackson’s children. Apparently, $4million wasn’t enough.
Michael Jackson‘s ex-wife Debbie Rowe was in a feisty mood on Sunday. While leaving a restaurant in Lancaster, Calif., Rowe snapped back at a photographer who was peppering her with questions about the custody of her kids with the late pop star.
“Are you ready to fight for your children?” one reporter asked repeatedly. After he got a little close, Rowe lashed out: “Are you ready to get your butt kicked? Don’t f—-in’ touch me!”
Rowe, the biological mother of two of the children, told a NBCLA reporter last week that she’ll fight for custody. She’s planning on seeking a restraining order against Michael Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson. “I am stepping up. I have to,” Rowe said.
She’s fighting to get custody of the three children left behind by Jackson: Michael Joseph Jr. (12), Paris Michael Katherine (11) and Prince Michael II (7). Prince Michael II was born to an unidentified surrogate mother. Rowe said during the interview that she doesn’t want to split the children up, and though she doesn’t expect to gain custody of Prince Michael II since he’s not her biological child, she’d be willing to accept custody of him.
Rowe, now 50, surrendered her parental rights during her divorce from Jackson in 1999.
In Jackson’s 2002 will, he requested that his mother be named guardian of the children, and also specifically states that Rowe should not get any inheritance. “I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson,” Jackson’s will states.
There will be a custody hearing on July 13 to determine whether Jackson’s mother will remain guardian to the children.
An attorney for Rowe said on Monday that she is backing out of plans to attend the pop star’s memorial service on Tuesday. Marta Almli said her attendance would be “an unnecessary distraction” and that Rowe will “celebrate Michael’s memory privately.”

Katherine Jackson filed a petition Monday asking the court to appoint her as guardian of Michael Jackson’s three children.
According to TMZ, the petition states the kids have “no relationship with their biological mother,” Debbie Rowe.
She is also petitioning to take over the children’s estate. Its value is listed as “unknown” in the filing.
The filings do not state whether Michael left a will.
A hearing has been set for Aug 3.
Michael has two children with ex Rowe –Prince, 12, and Paris, 11. His third child, Prince Michael II, 7, was born to a surrogate (the mother’s identity was never revealed). The court filings Monday list her whereabouts as “unknown.”
