Hell hath no fury like a diva kept waiting!
The notoriously red carpet-tardy Mariah Carey was reportedly ticked off when the tables were turned at the Cannes Film Festival premiere of her film “Precious” on Friday night, when director Lee Daniels showed up nearly an hour late.
We hear the songbird – who plays a frumpy Harlem-based social worker in the flick – was forced to wait at her French digs, the Hotel Martinez, until Daniels arrived, which made her more than just fashionably late to walk the red carpet.
“Can you imagine Mariah Carey waiting for anyone?” wondered our incredulous source, adding, “Both Mariah and (co-star) Lenny Kravitz were pissed off. They thought it was disrespectful.”
At the film’s after-party at Greenhouse, however, nearly everyone’s good humor was restored.
“Mariah seemed to be in a great mood at the after-party. She introduced her hubby Nick (Cannon) to Lee and chatted to him for a while. She was really sweet to everyone there, but you could see there was tension between her and Lee, and Nick didn’t seem that pleased, either.”
But if the singer was annoyed, she didn’t show it, gamely staying at the fete for nearly an hour to chat with co-star Paula Patton, her hubby Robin Thicke and Ne-Yo.
Thankfully, Mariah got over any lingering anger by the following evening, when she attended a private dinner for the cast and crew of “Precious” at Nikki Beach. She and Daniels appeared to be on good terms; Mimi even hugged the director, congratulated him on a job well done and told him how pleased she was to be in his movie.
When we reached out to Daniels for comment, he seemed a bit puzzled by any animosity on Carey’s part. “I was not late,” he insisted. “I believe you have been misinformed.” He hastened to add, “I had the best time of my life though.

You know what I really hate? When celebrities in Hollywood start thinking they are way more famous than they actually are and now Hayden Panettiere has fallen into that group.
Apparently while she was attending a fundraiser to help benefit the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific Foundation in Honolulu over the weekend, the 19-year-old turned into a demon bitch.
Hayden who has split with her ex boyfriend and Heroes costar Milo Ventimiglia, because he couldn’t handle her partying, started to scream at photographers to “back up.” Then when a television reporter tapped her on the shoulder and asked “may we talk with you, Hayden?” She turned around and screamed “don’t you ever touch me!”
She wasn’t done yet though, a couple of minutes later she flipped again and screamed “you all make my life miserable,” then refused to answer any questions before walking into the event.
It seems like Hayden has become like Katherine Heigl who also stupidly thinks her star power is A-List. Honestly though, do these people not realize there is another 1000 cute little blond girls just waiting for them to slip up so they can take their roles.

We all know that Katherine Heigl has never been one to keep her mouth shut when it comes to her opinions, but it now seems people in Hollywood are starting to hate her.
Apparently the bosses and crew working on her new movie Five Killers, which also stars Ashton Kutcher, are getting very tired of her diva ways – before filming has even begun.
Sources who are working on the film say she and her mother (who happens to be her manager) are difficult and “extremely unprofessional.”
A member of the crew says Katherine “had a appointments with us – from camera tests to fittings – that she just hasn’t shown up to and has been making herself unavailable, she and her mother even had the audacity to request that wardrobe people go to her. We accommodated that request and she flaked on the meeting.”
While another source on the film adds that “no one on the crew likes her, she has a sense of entitlement that is really off-putting. Many directors that she’s worked with in the past DO NOT want to work with her again.”
Some of these directors are probably from her movies 27 Dresses, where she reportedly “refused to film any scenes until her pregnant assistant ran around and got her a Coke Zero. She refused to eat lunch next to anyone or have anyone speak to her once the cameras stopped rolling.”
Or the directors could be from Knocked Up, which she said the movie was sexist, despite it raising her pay check from $300,000 to $6 million. But then again, adding a third director, it could be from Grey’s Anatomy which she has made known she wants to leave the show and even caused uproar when she was nominated for her second Emmy in as many years but withdrew her name by saying she didn’t feel there was any “material that was worthy to submit,” which upset the writers.

You know, I have always thought she comes across as a complete and arrogant bitch, and like the source said Katherine Heigl gives off a complete “sense of entitlement.”

Kate Hudson shocked party goers on Thursday night with her “nasty and rude” demeanor when she arrived at the Gramercy Park Hotel for the Bravo premiere party for Rachel Zoe‘s new show, “The Rachel Zoe Project,” in “an absolutely foul mood,”
“She was almost indignant waiting for a friend to arrive.” When the friend came, Hudson and pal got in an elevator headed to the rooftop party, but the actress became incensed when there were too many people around her.
“In the elevator she kept screeching, ‘I’m freaking out! It’s too much!’ while waving her arms around.” When she arrived at the roof, Hudson shunned the press line, claiming, “I don’t do that,” before going into a corner and demanding a bodyguard.
She perked up when Kevin Connolly came over and flirted with her, before she left for the Rose Bar.
A rep for Hudson said, “This is all ridiculous and completely untrue. Kate did go to Rachel’s party to celebrate her new show, had a great time and left with the group of girlfriends she came with.”
