Rumors have been flying that Elin Nordegren has been talking to an attorney and is planning on divorcing Tiger Woods soon after the Christmas holidays. These rumors have a bit more credibility now that Elin was spotted yesterday, minus rings, filling up at a Florida gas station on her way to a Christmas party with her mother and children in tow.
In addition to Tiger’s many other mounting problems, child protection investigators visited the home of the troubled couple on Friday with Orange County Sheriff’s deputies. Capt. Angelo Nieves of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department confirmed to RadarOnline.com:
“Our deputies met with members of the Department of Children and Families. But all details are being kept secret.”

The hateful war between Kate and Jon Gosselin has just took another dive because he has apparently emptied their joint bank account.
According to Radar Online , the same day that Jon appeared on Larry King saying how he wants things to go nicely with Kate … he went to the nearest bank and withdrew almost their entire balance.
Yes he didn’t take the whole balance, Jon took over $200,000 for himself and left Kate with only $1000. According to sources, Kate uses this money to pay bills and food for the kids. It is also said that Jon broke court rules by taking money out of the bank account because it was supposed to be untouched (other than the bills).
Kate’s lawyers immediately flipped their shit and sent Jon and his lawyers a letter telling him to put the money back straight away but they never got a response, so now her lawyer is expected to go to a court in Pennsylvania to ask Jon be held in contempt and also put the money back.
I’m not a fan of either of these people but somebody needs to get Jon Gosselin and hang him.
Hugh Hefner and his wife Kimberly Conrad haven’t been together for over 10 years, but they have never divorced. Hugh has decided to set Kimberly free.
On Friday, Hefner filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court seeking to dissolve their marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The docs say they were married on July 1, 1989 and have been separated since January 12, 1998.
Hefner had been supporting Kimberly and their two sons, who have been living in the house next door to the Playboy mansion.
But things got rocky this year when Hef sold that house, and then Conrad sued Hef — accusing him of screwing her out of more than five million bucks.
In the docs, Hugh is asking the judge to set spousal support at $20,000 per month — justifying such a small amount by saying he’s already given Kimberly close to $12 million since their 1998 separation.

Just when you thought you may have heard the last of her, someone goes and lets her talk on a microphone.
Eminem’s ex-wife has launched a scathing attack against the rap superstar in a new radio interview, describing him as a “horrible person” and dubbing him a flop in bed.
Eminem and Kim Mathers split for good last year (2008), after a second attempt at marriage.
During an interview with Detroit, Michigan station WKQI, Mathers insists another reconciliation is out of the question. She rants,
“I can’t stand him. He’s an absolutely horrible person and he gets worse every day. I vomit in my mouth whenever I’m around him or I hear his name. There’s nothing left in me for him. Nothing at all.
He’s not very well endowed. If you’re going to have sex with Marshall, make sure you have a little blue pill, because otherwise it does not work.”
It couldn’t have nothing to do with her…. nahhhhh! Honey, this isn’t the way to get those support payments increased!
The former couple has a 13-year-old daughter together, named Hailie Jade.

Anne Heche has it in for her ex-husband and let it out last night in an interview with David Letterman.
“Oh gosh, can you say ‘lazy ass’ on television?” Heche asked, referring to Coley Laffoon, the father of her 7-year old son, Homer, to whom she pays monthly child support.
That the the feud was still on was made clear, when Letterman asked what Laffoon does for a living.
“He goes out to the mailbox and he opens up the little mailbox door and goes ‘Oh! I got a check from Anne! Oh my God! I got a check from Anne! Yay!’
“He wants me to come and watch him run around in his little white shorts playing soccer. Honestly, I don’t want to come to rehearsal and watch you run around in your tight shorts like trying to pretend you know how to play soccer. I divorced you! I don’t want to hang around with you Thursdays and Saturdays, and maybe on Sunday.”
Laffoon, who filed for divorce in February 2007, didn’t take his ex’s words kindly. Lafoon, an employee with Los Angeles real estate company Hilton & Hyland, told Usmagazine.com,
“After coming home from showing two different clients two different condominiums, I was disturbed to see Anne taking out her personal frustration on the father of her child on national television. I wish Anne Heche could see that public bullying isn’t good for the soul or positive for her child. It’s mean.”
The actress, 40, even went so far as to chastise Letterman for getting married.
When Letterman asked why Laffoon continued hanging on, Heche had a ready answer: “I’m so fantastic.”
Hugh Hefner’s estranged wife is suing the Playboy king, claiming he owes her more than $5 million.
Kimberly Conrad married Hef back in 1989. They had a prenup. Approximately 9 years later they split but never divorced. When they separated, they signed an amendment to the prenup which guaranteed Kimberly a ton of money.
For 10 years, Kimberly has been living in the house next to the Playboy mansion with their two sons. Everything was going swimmingly, until Hef decided to sell the house this year. According to the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Hef allegedly announced he was not going to honor the agreement anymore and she had 9 months to get out of the house.
“I was surprised and saddened to learn of press reports that Kimberly Hefner, from whom I have been separated for over 10 years, has apparently filed suit claiming that I owe her $5 million.
Because neither I nor my attorneys have seen the suit I cannot comment on any of the specific allegations. However, contrary to what has been reported, I have always honored all of my obligations to Kimberly, and in fact I have provided her with substantial funds in excess of the agreed upon amount, and well in excess of any amount suggested or required under California law.
I am quite confident that when all the facts are known it will become clear that all of my financial obligations throughout the marriage have been generously dealt with.”
The money issues are complicated, but the bottom line — Kim says Hef owes her more than $5 mil.
In her first appearance since the news of her separation from husband Dean Sheremet, singer LeAnn Rimes introduced a song with a few timely comments about broken hearts.
She told the audience of the Deer Valley Music Festival in Utah,
“You probably know it’s inevitable that in a relationship, sometimes you will have your heart broken at some point.
Sometimes, you might say that you can’t do anything and sometimes, you want revenge. Sometimes, you say, ‘You’re not worth it.’ But sometimes, you don’t, and that’s when you leave it in God’s hands and know that he will take care of it.”
Sheremet made his comments via Twitter, telling his friends and fans, “Thanks to everyone for all the support through a very difficult time!”
The marriage of Rimes’ ‘Northern Lights’ costar Eddie Cibrian suffered a setback as well. After months of public speculation that Rimes and Cibrian were having an affair – and a grainy video suggesting the couple out on a date – Cibrian and his wife separated.
“They were so young when they got married, she was 19, he was 21. Maybe they just grew up and they weren’t in the same place anymore. I don’t think that’s unusual considering how young they were when they got married, and the business they’re in.”
Two years after an affair with a local television reporter ended his marriage, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigo was spotted getting close with another on-air journalist – one who has reported on the mayor in the past.
L.A.’s NBC Channel 4 broke the story Monday, posting photos of Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and Lu Parker in a local bookstore. Parker is a general assignment reporter and weekend anchor for KTLA-TV Channel 5. She is also a former Miss U.S.A.
Officials at the station confirmed that Parker and the mayor have been dating since March, the L.A. Times reported, and added that Parker will no longer cover politics.
Two years ago, the mayor’s affair with a reporter and anchor for the local Telemundo affiliate ended his 20-year marriage, the Times reported. Villaraigosa and his wife separated. Their divorce isn’t final yet.
The mayor’s spokesman had no comment on Villaraigosa’s current relationship, the Times reported.
The moral of this story is… um, nothing. He will obviously never learn.
Mel Gibson’s girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, is pregnant with his child.
Sources say Gibson has already told his estranged wife, Robyn, and their children about the news. We’re told Oksana is in her second trimester.
Robyn filed for divorce on April 13.
By the way, Oksana is living in a house Mel got for her. And guess what else? Until recently, Oksana was living in a house purchased by songwriter/producer David Foster, with whom she also had a relationship.
A second Russian beauty with the name Oksana is being linked to Mel Gibson, but unlike the previous woman, Oksana Pochepa actually claims to be in love with the actor.
The pop singer-model says she’s the woman seen cavorting with the ‘Braveheart’ star on a beach earlier this year, The Sun reports.
“This is serious and I hope that our union will be real and strong and long-lasting.”
We are different people, but Mel is a grown man and knows precisely what he wants and me too — I know what I want.”
Gibson’s impending divorce from Robyn Moore, his wife of 28 years, has spurred much speculation that a “Russian musician called Oksana” was the other woman in the actor-director’s life. Earlier, there were reports pointing to Russian classical pianist Oksana Kolesnikova, but she has denied all allegations.
“The only explanation is that the names Oksana have been confused. It is a very popular name in Russia.”
The Gibsons have cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
In a statement released by the couple, they say the following: “Throughout our marriage and separation we have always strived to maintain the privacy and integrity of our family and will continue to do so.”
There have been reports that the two have actually been separated for three years, having gone their separate ways following Gibson’s 2006 DUI arrest. The infamous bust was accompanied by an anti-Semitic rant by Gibson.

Sources claim there is no prenuptial agreement — they were married in 1980, before Mel Gibson amassed a fortune estimated at $900 million back in 2006. Under the laws of California, community property — which includes earnings — is divided 50/50.
The Gibsons have 7 children, but only one — Tom, who turns 10 tomorrow — is a minor. In Robyn’s legal papers, filed this morning in L.A. County Superior Court, she seeks joint physical and legal custody of Tom.
Robyn is also asking for spousal support and attorneys fees.
Robyn lists the date of separation as “to be determined.” This is important, because earnings generally cease to be community property when the couple separates. There could be a skirmish over this. We’re told the couple grew increasingly apart over the last few years, especially since Mel’s drunk driving arrest in 2006.
There have been reports that Mel has been involved with another woman, which the actor denies, but we’re told the reasons for the divorce go beyond any third party. I’m putting my money on the two bimbos pictures with Mel above.
The couple — who divorced in 2004 but reconciled last September after Barker’s near-fatal plane crash — called it quits “after a nasty fight broke out at his house last night and cops were called…[when] Shanna started freaking out and acting irrational.”
No charges were filed.
“Travis confronted Shanna about her having an affair with Gerard Butler while he was in the hospital recovering.”
Butler and Moakler were spotted getting cozy at the Hollywood opening of Shin Korean BBQ last October.
A source close to Butler insists, “They were always just friends. Nothing more.”

Linda Hogan’s lawyer held a press conference after the divorce hearing in Florida yesterday, when Hulk Hogan crashed the party and tried to verbally smack the lawyer.

In other news, Carmen says that she is going to be taking baby steps with her fiancé, Rob Patterson, by having a very long engagement with him – to make sure her third marriage doesn’t end in divorce.
Carmen who has already been married to Dennis Rodman and Dave Navarro says, “we both feel like there’s no rush. I think that when you have the past history that I have and you’ve been married and divorced quite a few times, it’s kind of nice to take baby steps, it’s good for me.”
She adds that she is keen to settling down and maybe putting her wild ways behind her, she says, “I definitely want to be a mom someday. I’ve done everything except for that. Soon – not right now – but soon.”
So, Carmen Electra who has been engaged with Rob Patterson since April says she wants to take the relationship slow – to avoid divorce. Sounds like she already has divorce in the back of her mind.
On Monday I posted that Madonna’s spokeswoman, Liz Rosenberg, told the Associated Press that her client would be paying Guy Ritchie anywhere from $76 to $92 million as part of their divorce settlement.
Well today there is yet another post on these two, this time Guy’s spokesperson released a “joint statement” from both Madonna and Guy saying that the previous statement is false.
The statement reads, “we have tried to maintain a dignified silence regarding the details of our divorce for the last few months whilst accepting the obvious media interest. A misleading and inaccurate statement, specifically in relation to the sums of money involved, was wrongly issued to AP this week. The financial details of the settlement will remain private, save to say that both of us are happy with our agreement. Our primary concern, like any co-parents, is the care and well being of our children.”
But according to other reports that suggest the reason Rosenberg released the original statement is because Madonna was furious Guy was being spoke about like a saint because he “refused any money.”

I totally believe the reports that Madonna had her spokeswoman release the statement saying Guy Ritichie was getting “one of the largest settlements” of all time because Liz Rosenberg has been representing her for years and she wouldn’t fart without Madonna’s permission, let alone release a statement.
