I’m no legal adviser by any means, but I don’t think you should curse at the Judge during your bond hearing.
The only thing more childish then DMX’s scoff at proper court etiquette, is the Miami Judge demanding the rapper’s lawyer tell his client the witty comeback he came up with after DMX dropped the F-Bomb and stormed away from the video feed hearing.
The artist, born Earl Simmons, was handcuffed outside of a Wall-Mart store in Miami August 14th on a Arizona bench warrant issued for the New York native after he skipped a pretrial conference on four counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of marijuana.

Earl Simmons, better known as DMX, was arrested.
  DMX has been arrested at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on outstanding warrants. Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Aaron Douglas says the rapper, 37, was taken into custody Wednesday morning after arriving from Florida. DMX (real name: Earl Simmons) is being held on a $1,075 bond for driving with a suspended license and a $10,000 bond stemming from previous drug charges.
Douglas says DMX had failed to appear in court and warrants were issued. He is expected to appear before a judge late Wednesday. His lawyer in Phoenix, Cameron Morgan, declined TO comment.
The musician/actor has had a recent string of run-ins with the law. He was arrested Friday in Miami on charges of attempting to purchase cocaine and attempting to purchase marijuana.
Way to give rappers a bad name, dude.
Interestingly, country music star Glen Campbell had a song, recorded before Simmons/DMX was born, called “By the Time I get to Phoenix.” It had nothing to do with getting arrested, though. But, five years ago Glen Campbell was arrested — in Phoenix — on drunk driving and hit and run charges.
Clearly, the lesson here is that, if you’re a popular singer who commits crimes involving your vehicle and intoxicating substances, you should stay the hell out of Phoenix.

KPNX in Arizona reports that rapper DMX’s home in Maricopa County, Arizona was raided yesterday by the Sheriff’s Department and 12 distressed pitbulls were removed. DMX was not at home at the time. A large cache of weapons was found in the home as well.
DMX’s criminal history includes a 2002 guilty plea to animal cruelty charges.
Murray Richman, DMX’s attorney, said the incident was all the cause of the Arizona heat - someone reported that the dogs were at risk because of the extreme temperatures. He told TMZ,
“Earl [Simmons, a.k.a DMX] has a caretaker, who obviously wasn’t taking care. Earl loves those dogs.” Richman added that DMX isn’t even in Az and hasn’t been there for several months because he’s off working on a project.
So there were no reports of dogfighting, but 12 pitbulls in distress? Smells a little fishy to me.

Rapper Snoop Dogg has been banned from the UK.
Snoop Dogg has been barred from entering the UK - ever again. The rapper was slapped with the ban after he and his minders were involved in a “mini-riot” at London’s Heathrow airport last month.
The incident occurred when the 34-year-old - real name Calvin Broadus - and several other men were denied entry to a British Airways’ first-class lounge. A brawl ensued and seven officers were left with minor injuries, including cuts and bruises. One suffered a fractured hand.
The hip-hop star has already been given a police caution for the incident and was banned from flying with British Airways. According to reports, he has now been told his criminal record in his native America - which includes drug and gun offences - bars him from returning to Britain.
Perhaps DMX’s arrest was a subtle homage to the master?

Rapper DMX was arrested after causing a ruckus when told to put on his seatbelt on an overseas flight.
Police arrested DMX after the rap star refused to put on a seat belt and became abusive on a flight from New York to London, authorities said Monday. DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, received a caution and was released after his American Airlines flight landed at Heathrow Airport on Saturday, police said on condition of anonymity in line with departmental policy. A caution means a person has accepted responsibility for the offense, and a record will be made.
The 35-year-old rapper completed a 70-day sentence late last year in New York City after pleading guilty to violating his parole following a 2004 incident in which he crashed his sport utility vehicle through an airport security gate.
He was behind the 1999 hit single “Party Up (Up in Here).” His last album was “Grand Champ” in 2003, but he is working on another album, to be released this summer.
Shocking. Who would ever suspect a rapper would comport himself in any but the most gentlemanly manner? Then again, who wouldn’t get irate when being told to put on a seatbelt? Who did that bitch think she was, anyway?
