Kevin Smith Is Kind Of A Douche

Kevin “Silent Bob” Smith is a jerk. But at least he admits his mistakes.

While filming “Dogma” in 1999 with co-star Alanis Morrisette, he ditched her when they were approached by a mugger.

The two of them were walking in L.A. after working on the movie when he feared they were going to be attacked by a mugger.

He said, “While I didn’t immediately push Alanis into the dude and run away, I separated myself from her. The chivalrous thing would have been putting myself between her and harm’s way, but I thought, ‘She’s a tough broad. I’m running and hoping that she’s smart enough to run too.’”

He then realized that he wasn’t going to get her in the sack after that. He added, “I could tell that i I had had any shot of getting together with her, it went out the window that day.”

Duh. Thank you Captain Obvious. I guess chivalry is dead. Man up, dude!
