Nicolas Cage‘s troubled son, Weston Cage, was arrested yesterday along with his wife, Nikki Williams, for felony domestic assault just days after they were both released from rehab.
TMZ first reported the news that cops were called to the couples home in Los Angeles at around 7:30 am yesterday after they received a call reporting that a person was screaming for help inside the home, police took both of them to a local station for questioning.
Now it’s been revealed that they’ve both been booked on felony domestic violence after she allegedly attacked him with a bottle and cut his arm with it as well as punching him and threatened to jump off the balcony. Apparently the cops decided to book Weston because they believe he was also violent.
This comes just a few days after they were both released from rehab, he went in not long after his infamous altercation with his trainer last month and she then followed him. Weston has posted the $50,000 bail that was on him so he has been revealed but he left her behind and she is still in custody, Weston told TMZ’s photographer to “never get married”.
Nothing says happy fourth of July quite like beating each other up and getting arrested, does it?
Former KISS guitarist Vinnie Vincent was arrested in Tennessee yesterday on charges of assault and now more details are emerging – which includes 4 dead dogs.
Vinnie, whose real name is Vincent Cusano, was arrested by police for assault against his wife after he allegedly smacked her in the face and then she was held on $10,000 bail. TMZ reports that as well as smacking her in the face he also dragged her through a pile of broken glass and when police arrived to the scene they found 4 dead dogs lying around.
His wife, Diane, claims that the couple had an argument over another woman that Vinnie was talking to and when the argument escalated a plate got smashed and then he hit her on the face and dragged her through the glass from the plate.
Diane finally managed to escape the house and drive herself to the police station where she made the complaint against him, when police arrived to the house they found four dead dogs in sealed containers. She told them that the dogs were “killed by one of their aggressive dogs.”
Wow that is all some crazy shit going there, TMZ says that animal services have been contacted to investigate the dead dogs.
Rihanna is featured in the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine and she is opening up about the pain she went through with Chris Brown and why she eased of the restraining order against him. She also talks a bit about what we all love to hear about most – sex. Here is excerpts from the interview:
On easing the restraining order: “That’s my decision, It doesn’t mean we’re gonna make up, or even talk again. It just means I didn’t want to object to the judge. We don’t have to talk ever again in my life,I just didn’t want to make it more difficult for him professionally. What he did was a personal thing – it had nothing to do with his career. Saying he has to be a hundred feet away from me, he can’t perform at awards shows – that definitely made it difficult for him.”
On the pain after the whole incident: “I put my guard up so hard,’re gonna make up, or even talk again. I didn’t want people to see me cry. I didn’t want people to feel bad for me. It was a very vulnerable time in my life, and I refused to let that be the image. I wanted them to see me as, ‘I’m fine, I’m tough.’ I put that up until it felt real.”
On sex: “I like to take charge, but I love to be submissive, being submissive in the bedroom is really fun. You get to be a little lady, to have somebody be macho and in charge of your shit. That’s sexy to me. I work a lot, and I have to make a lot of executive decisions, so when it comes to being intimate, I like to feel like I’m somebody’s girl. I like to be spanked. Being tied up is fun. I like to keep it spontaneous. Sometimes whips and chains can be overly planned – you gotta stop, get the whip from the drawer downstairs. . . . I’d rather have him use his hands.”
On being completely single: “I’m not dating. I’m not sexing, I’m not even sexting. It’s on complete nil… You think you’re disappointed? Try being in this body… When you’re not with the person you want to be intimate with, a picture is the next best thing. Well, Skype is safer. But a picture lasts a long time. When you’re alone, and those horny moments come up, pictures can be very handy… I haven’t gotten a dick picture in a long time. I think people are a little afraid. It can turn out bad.”
On one hand I really wish this whole Rihanna and Chris Brown thing would be put to rest but on the other hand I completely understand why she talks about it and wants to help other people with domestic abuse. As for her sex life talk I really wouldn’t mind testing to see how truthful all of that is.
Lindsay Lohan isn’t the only member in the family facing legal trouble because just last night her father, Michael Lohan, was arrested for three felony charges in West Hollywood, CA, one including domestic violence.
Michael’s girlfriend, who is unknown, called up police to file a report saying that last night they got into an argument which turned physical leaving her with some markings on her body. Police then arrested him and booked him on three felony’s; domestic violence, false imprisonment, preventing the reporting of victimization. A police spokesperson says:
“Mr. Lohan was arrested after we received a call around 9 p.m. regarding a domestic dispute, hHe was detained after he was spotted walking on the street near our station. He showed no signs of intoxication that I’m aware of and has been cooperative.”
While at the police station Michael started to complain of chest pains, not related to the incident, and he was then taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Bail was set at $200,000. Can’t say I’m one bit shocked. The Lohan family make me shake my head more than my own family, which I didn’t think was possible.
Mel Gibson has escaped serving jail time because he agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors in his domestic violence case, he will plead guilty to misdemeanor battery of Oksana Grigorieva and he will escape going to jail.
Mel will attend court on Friday where he will plead not guilty to simple battery, he is said to believe that if he did fight the case he would win but since he wants “protect” his loved ones he decided to accept the deal. Blair Berk, Mel’s lawyer, released a statement saying:
“I know from almost 20 years as a criminal defense lawyer that sometimes justice can come for a client at too high a personal price. That is particularly so for Mel, whose right to due process can only be exercised in this case with an enormous media circus attached. Mel’s priority throughout all of this has been that the best interests of his young daughter Lucia and the rest of his children be put first in any decisions made. It is with only that in mind that he asked me to approach the District Attorney with a proposal that would bring all of this to an immediate end.”
So let me get this if you decide to beat on your loved one and then plead not guilty to “simple batter” you can pretty much get away with it. This is sending such a good message to people out there. The only punishment that Mel is likely to get is maybe a few classes on domestic abuse. What a world we live in.
TMZ are reporting that Oksana Grigorieva‘s latest claim under oath is that Mel Gibson beat her up while they were having sex – and there was no safe word because she didn’t know it was going to happen.
Oksana never made a claim like this before so it seems random but anyway, she claims that when they were doing the dirty Mel beat her up because he was having problems getting it up and that’s the only way he could do it.
TMZ claims they have gone through the court file and the only bit of physical violence that pops up is when he hit her on January 6th, none of this sex beating stuff.
I’m gonna call bullshit on this allegation, but then again you never know what goes on behind close doors – especially the bedroom door. See people if anyone ever mentions a bit of slapping each other in the bedroom make sure there is always a safe word. That’s my words of wisdom for the day.

He’s such a classy act to put his diploma on Twitter. He may have self respect and decency to be proud of his accomplished which is fair enough at least he actually did the class but he obviously doesn’t have any respect for the woman he beat up otherwise why would he flaunt this for the world to see?

Britney Spears and her team are fighting back against reports from Star Magazine and Radar Online that her boyfriend, Jason Trawick, beat her up and gave her a black eye.
Jason Alexander, the man who Britney had a 55-hour marriage to back in 2004 tells the new issue of Star they claim that Jason beat up Britney after she accused him of cheating with a teenager and also claims that she was pregnant with his baby.
RadarOnline then posted an audio of a phone call that was supposedly between Britney and Jason, but TMZ called in an audio expert that said the voice in the video is not the singer. Now an official statement has been released on her website and it says…
Every aspect of the story published by Star Magazine is completely and utterly false and Star Magazine was informed of the falsity of this story before it was published. The statements attributed to Jason Alexander are a complete fabrication as Britney has not had any form of communication with Mr. Alexander in years. The audio recording posted on Radaronline this morning purporting to be between Britney Spears and Jason Alexander is so obviously fake as to be laughable. Suffice it to say, that Jason Trawick has never laid a hand on Britney. This is just another example of the irresponsible nature of the tabloid media relying on shoddy sources and false information for the sole purpose of selling magazines, without regard to the truth and without regard to who they hurt in the process. These irresponsible statements are defamatory and Britney Spears’ legal team will be taking legal action against all of the appropriate parties.
Britney Spears is planning on suing both Star and RadarOnline. I’m going to go and call bullshit on this one myself, what are your thoughts on it?
Amber Portwood, one of the mothers from MTV’s ‘Teen Mom’, has just been charged with two felony’s – domestic violence and battery for beating up her baby daddy.
Amber found herself in a scandal over the past year for acting like a complete bitch to her 24-year-old baby daddy, Gary Shirley and after she hit him a bunch of times in front of their daughter. Domestic abuse in front of a child in Indiana is considered a felony.
TMZ report that police in Indiana launched a criminal investigation into Amber after the show aired on MTV and they found out she had hit him a few times from August 2009 to July 2010.
She spoke to Hollywood Life and denied it all by saying, “I didn’t hit Gary in front of Leah so there are no felony charges, none of this is true, there’s nothing against me. They can’t charge me if they don’t have proof.”
Amber Portwood is facing three years in the chokey as well as some fines of up to $10,000.

Remember the whole 2009 incident when Chris Brown beat up Rihanna? Well when a photo was leaked by TMZ showing her battered face there was uproar. Now 4 more photos are being sold around.
Radar Online claim to have been approached by a person selling the photos, although they refused to buy them or put them up on their website.
Apparently the photos were taken in the emergency room when Rihanna was being looked at after Brown beat her up, three of the photos are of Rihanna and one is of Brown while he is sitting in a hospital room with a cut on his lip. The most graphic photo is of Rihanna with her left eye full of blood and bruises as well as four cuts all over her face.
When the last photo was leaked by TMZ, the LAPD launched an internal investigation into how the photo was leaked so I assume they will be doing the same if someone decides to buy and publish these photos.

Mel Gibson has got to be feeling pretty good today after Judge Scott Gordon ruled that he does not pose any threat to his daughter and will not lose his visitation rights.
Oksana Grigorieva has previously stated that Mel is an ongoing threat to her and baby Lucia, and the resulting custody battle was not looking good for him after the “leak” of several tapes where he displayed some pretty serious anger issues.
Mel’s ex-wife, Robyn Gibson, was a huge help in making sure the Judge did not rule against him. Robyn stated that at no time neither during nor after their 28 years of marriage was he ever physically abusive to her or their children. I wonder how bad Mel is feeling about leaving his wife for the attention whore that is currently trying to destroy his life?
The problem is, her dentist claims the photo has been doctored.
Dr. Ross Sheldon is the dentist who fixed Oksana Grigorieva’s trashed grill after whatever the hell happened to cause the significant damage to her front teeth. He says,
“The nose is not hers. The lips are not right. It’s not a true and accurate picture. It has definitely been altered.”
The teeth are definitely hers, but the rest of the picture is very suspicious.
Sheldon also claims that she did, in fact, tell him that Mad Mel is the one who caused the injuries, but that his evaluation raises serious questions about her injuries. He did not see any evidence that Oksana was actually struck in the mouth at all. The dentist believes that she was possibly struck in the left temple, which caused her to bite down hard enough to break the veneer and chip the tooth. He claims that he witnessed bruising on her temple.
Photos taken at his office apparently show no such bruising. The medical charts indicate that there was no damage done to the soft tissue in Oksana’s mouth, which there would be if she had been punched there. There were only two small bite marks inside her lip, which led the dentist to his wacky chain reaction theory.

Mel Gibson could really use a friend. Especially now that a second tape of his supposedly racist and threatening rants toward his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has been released.
Whoopi Goldberg is the surprising friend stepping up to defend Mel. On The View, Whoopi stated that she knows Mel Gibson is not a racist, and that alcohol is to be blamed for some of his remarks.
Personally, I think she’s right. I think that Mel Gibson has a drinking problem and severe temper control issues. I believe that Mel gets so angry that he literally has no control over the crap that comes pouring out of his mouth. Does that make him a racist? Nope. It does make him a candidate for some good therapy though. Hell, he can afford it, what could it hurt?
People keep saying that when you’re drunk the “real you” comes out. Blow me, idiots. When I’m drunk I lie my ass off, because I don’t give a damn. I will say anything it takes to accomplish my goals, which generally involve more alcohol and/or getting laid. I think that most people are the same way, but are loath to admit it.
It’s easy to sit back and say “Oh, Mel Gibson was drunk when he said those things so the real Mel is a racist that threatens women.” The people that say that are the same people that will use the old “I was so drunk last night, I don’t remember what happened, but it surely wasn’t me!” excuse. Hypocritical douchebags.
Mel Gibson is full of crazy, but that’s not the real problem. The real problem that I see here is his media whore ex-girlfriend leaking the tapes all over the internet as payback for her failed extortion attempt. Look how calm she is on the tapes. She played the man like a fiddle. It’s well known already that she made the tapes without his knowledge and then attempted to sell them to him for an exorbitant amount of money, but is anyone talking about that?
Nope.
She waited six months to contact police over the alleged ass whipping given to her by Mel, but is anyone talking about that?
Nope.
Why isn’t anyone talking about Oksana Grigorieva and her obvious plan to destroy Mel’s career and life? Why isn’t anyone asking questions about the greedy bitch?
Well,I just said earlier today that the audio recordings of Mel Gibson arguing with Oksana Grigorieva were bound to be unleashed upon the internet, and here is the first one.
In it, Mel sounds a bit unhappy with his little Russian gold digger. Maybe this conversation took place right after he realized that he gave up his family for a conniving little fame whore? Whatever the reason, he’s pissed. And he hates her fake boobs.

Oksana Grigorieva is out for blood. She is now claiming that Mel Gibson once threatened her with a gun.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department is now investigating Mel for alleged domestic battery, assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment. Some sources claim that law enforcement personal have some serious concerns about Oksana’s credibility, though.
Mell Gibson supposedly has emails and other evidence showing that Oksana “tried to extract money from Mel in return for the tapes.” The tapes in question are several recordings that Oksana made of Mel during heated arguments over the phone. Oksana had been in contact with civil lawyers and judges while negotiating a visitation policy for the couple’s child over a period of six months, but never once contacted police about the alleged abuse during that time.
I think it’s quite likely that the evil bitch has been planning to extort Mel for quite some time. She taped their arguments and then threatened to ruin his career if he didn’t hand over millions. Looks like he didn’t hand over a ton of cash, and she followed through with her threat.
People say things when they’re pissed off, things they normally wouldn’t say. I’ll take the snippits we keep getting from the supposed recordings of his phone calls with a grain of salt until they are released. And you better believe they’re going to be released. That vindictive little twat is going to do anything she can to mess with Mel until she gets what she wants.
Now before I get any comments from outraged women saying that I’m standing up for a dude who abused his ex, remember two things…
One, there is no proof whatsoever that he ever laid a hand on her. Who waits until their wounds are completely healed and there is not one bit of physical evidence to support you to file a report with the police?
Two, somebody was nice enough to let you out of the kitchen to use the computer. Don’t waste the time that you have making hateful comments to bloggers.
