Just over a month ago Weston Cage and his wife, Nikki Williams, were both arrested after they got in a fight and smacked each other around. Well he has been arrested again for domestic violence.
TMZ reports that Nicolas Cage‘s troubled son was arrested by the LAPD for felony domestic violence at around 5am yesterday at his home in Hollywood for the second time in two months.
When cops picked him up they also took to him to a nearby hospital to be treated for cuts, which they believe were self-inflicted. Nikki’s wife spoke to TMZ and told them that “Nikki is safe and away from him.”
Which makes a change since last time Weston was arrested they also picked his wife up and booked her with felony domestic violence after she tried to attack him with a glass bottle.
Weston, who is still in custody on $50,000 bail, has now received a lifetime ban from UFC’s top boss Dana White after he issued a statement saying that he will never “set foot in a UFC ring after two domestic violence arrests.”
Somebody needs to get this guy help as soon as possible.

Nicolas Cage‘s troubled son, Weston Cage, was arrested yesterday along with his wife, Nikki Williams, for felony domestic assault just days after they were both released from rehab.
TMZ first reported the news that cops were called to the couples home in Los Angeles at around 7:30 am yesterday after they received a call reporting that a person was screaming for help inside the home, police took both of them to a local station for questioning.
Now it’s been revealed that they’ve both been booked on felony domestic violence after she allegedly attacked him with a bottle and cut his arm with it as well as punching him and threatened to jump off the balcony. Apparently the cops decided to book Weston because they believe he was also violent.
This comes just a few days after they were both released from rehab, he went in not long after his infamous altercation with his trainer last month and she then followed him. Weston has posted the $50,000 bail that was on him so he has been revealed but he left her behind and she is still in custody, Weston told TMZ’s photographer to “never get married”.
Nothing says happy fourth of July quite like beating each other up and getting arrested, does it?

Former KISS guitarist Vinnie Vincent was arrested in Tennessee yesterday on charges of assault and now more details are emerging – which includes 4 dead dogs.
Vinnie, whose real name is Vincent Cusano, was arrested by police for assault against his wife after he allegedly smacked her in the face and then she was held on $10,000 bail. TMZ reports that as well as smacking her in the face he also dragged her through a pile of broken glass and when police arrived to the scene they found 4 dead dogs lying around.
His wife, Diane, claims that the couple had an argument over another woman that Vinnie was talking to and when the argument escalated a plate got smashed and then he hit her on the face and dragged her through the glass from the plate.
Diane finally managed to escape the house and drive herself to the police station where she made the complaint against him, when police arrived to the house they found four dead dogs in sealed containers. She told them that the dogs were “killed by one of their aggressive dogs.”
Wow that is all some crazy shit going there, TMZ says that animal services have been contacted to investigate the dead dogs.

Nicolas Cage may be investigated for child abuse after he reportedly caused injury to his 5-year-old son during his drunken stupor, resulting in his arrest.
According to the police report obtained by TMZ, Cage’s wife Alice Kim told the police the couple were arguing “due to his intoxicated state” and Cage “fell while holding their son. The fall caused the 5-year-old to suffer a minor abrasion to his left knee.”
But a witness to the incident had a different version of the story. The man is reported saying he saw “Mr. Cage pull the male child to the ground by his hand.”
The report states that a child abuse detective was notified and the police wanted to interview Cage’s son, Kal-El, but Kim would not let them.
Radar Online is reporting that the child abuse detective determined that no further investigation was merited, but noted that a representative of Child Protective Service may be contacted and an investigation could be launched.
On the night in question, the Oscar winner was reportedly “very drunk” on a New Orleans street when a taxi driver allegedly witnessed the couple quarreling loudly. The cabbie reportedly called the police when Cage pushed his wife.
Cage is said to have taunted cops into taking him into custody, repeatedly refusing their request to quietly go home and asking, “Why don’t you just arrest me?” The officers ultimately obliged, charging Cage with disturbing the peace and domestic violence.
Kim reportedly denied any physical violence occurred, and said she did not wish to press charges and she also stated that “her husband was not attempting to injure her, but instead he was attempting to get her to follow him.”
Reality TV star Dog the Bounty Hunter bailed out Cage by posting a bond of $11,000.

Lindsay Lohan isn’t the only member in the family facing legal trouble because just last night her father, Michael Lohan, was arrested for three felony charges in West Hollywood, CA, one including domestic violence.
Michael’s girlfriend, who is unknown, called up police to file a report saying that last night they got into an argument which turned physical leaving her with some markings on her body. Police then arrested him and booked him on three felony’s; domestic violence, false imprisonment, preventing the reporting of victimization. A police spokesperson says:
“Mr. Lohan was arrested after we received a call around 9 p.m. regarding a domestic dispute, hHe was detained after he was spotted walking on the street near our station. He showed no signs of intoxication that I’m aware of and has been cooperative.”
While at the police station Michael started to complain of chest pains, not related to the incident, and he was then taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Bail was set at $200,000. Can’t say I’m one bit shocked. The Lohan family make me shake my head more than my own family, which I didn’t think was possible.

Mel Gibson has escaped serving jail time because he agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors in his domestic violence case, he will plead guilty to misdemeanor battery of Oksana Grigorieva and he will escape going to jail.
Mel will attend court on Friday where he will plead not guilty to simple battery, he is said to believe that if he did fight the case he would win but since he wants “protect” his loved ones he decided to accept the deal. Blair Berk, Mel’s lawyer, released a statement saying:
“I know from almost 20 years as a criminal defense lawyer that sometimes justice can come for a client at too high a personal price. That is particularly so for Mel, whose right to due process can only be exercised in this case with an enormous media circus attached. Mel’s priority throughout all of this has been that the best interests of his young daughter Lucia and the rest of his children be put first in any decisions made. It is with only that in mind that he asked me to approach the District Attorney with a proposal that would bring all of this to an immediate end.”
So let me get this if you decide to beat on your loved one and then plead not guilty to “simple batter” you can pretty much get away with it. This is sending such a good message to people out there. The only punishment that Mel is likely to get is maybe a few classes on domestic abuse. What a world we live in.

He may have self respect and decency to be proud of his accomplished which is fair enough at least he actually did the class but he obviously doesn’t have any respect for the woman he beat up otherwise why would he flaunt this for the world to see?

Amber Portwood, one of the mothers from MTV’s ‘Teen Mom’, has just been charged with two felony’s – domestic violence and battery for beating up her baby daddy.
Amber found herself in a scandal over the past year for acting like a complete bitch to her 24-year-old baby daddy, Gary Shirley and after she hit him a bunch of times in front of their daughter. Domestic abuse in front of a child in Indiana is considered a felony.
TMZ report that police in Indiana launched a criminal investigation into Amber after the show aired on MTV and they found out she had hit him a few times from August 2009 to July 2010.
She spoke to Hollywood Life and denied it all by saying, “I didn’t hit Gary in front of Leah so there are no felony charges, none of this is true, there’s nothing against me. They can’t charge me if they don’t have proof.”
Amber Portwood is facing three years in the chokey as well as some fines of up to $10,000.

Remember the whole 2009 incident when Chris Brown beat up Rihanna? Well when a photo was leaked by TMZ showing her battered face there was uproar. Now 4 more photos are being sold around.
Radar Online claim to have been approached by a person selling the photos, although they refused to buy them or put them up on their website.
Apparently the photos were taken in the emergency room when Rihanna was being looked at after Brown beat her up, three of the photos are of Rihanna and one is of Brown while he is sitting in a hospital room with a cut on his lip. The most graphic photo is of Rihanna with her left eye full of blood and bruises as well as four cuts all over her face.
When the last photo was leaked by TMZ, the LAPD launched an internal investigation into how the photo was leaked so I assume they will be doing the same if someone decides to buy and publish these photos.

Baby mama (named Bridget Hardy) says that while their infant child was in the car, Jaleel White punched her in the breast implant, and then waited until they got home to slap the crap out of her and slam her head into a toilet so hard that it supposedly broke the tank. I’d like to think that he then stood in the bathroom doorway, spread his hands apart and said with a crooked yet charming smile, “Did I do that?”
Hardy filed charges on Tuesday, and so far White has been unavailable for comment.

Chris Brown was supposed to launch his Fan Appreciation Tour in the UK in the next few days but that is no longer happening because he has been banned from the UK.
Chris received yet another career low blow when the British Home Office denied his visa because he was convicted of beating up Rihanna back in the now infamous 2009 attack. They also released a statement saying…
“We reserve the right to refuse entry to the U.K. to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offence. Public safety is one of our primary concerns. Each application to enter the U.K. is considered on its individual merits.”
Because of this his whole European leg of his tour has now been canceled, doing his best to be his own publicist Chris took to his Twitter account to say…

American mixed martial artist and former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz has been arrested for domestic violence at the home he shares with former porn star Jenna Jameson.
TMZ reports that when police arrived to the couple’s home today, Jenna Jameson had “visible injuries”. If someone that well trained knocks you around a bit, you’re damn sure to have some visible injuries.
Tito and Jenna aren’t married, but they have been together since 2006 and have twin boys, Jesse Jameson Ortiz and Journey Jett Ortiz. Yes, Jesse James and Joan Jett. Sigh.

Several days ago, TMZ reported that Charlie Sheen was ready and willing to cop to a plea agreement in relation to the Christmas Day ass-whuppin’ and knife pullin’ shenanigans with his wife, Brooke Mueller. The prosecution in Aspen, CO didn’t seem too enthused about offering a plea agreement, but it turns out that it might not matter.
Brooke Mueller is currently in rehab and does not want to testify against Sheen for the assault, so it should be easy for him to stay out of jail, right?

One of Charlie boy’s conditions of bail is to not indulge in the wonderfulness that is alcohol or drugs, and since it is Charlie Sheen, we all know damned well that he has. The judge knows it too. Apparently, all the judge has to do is ask Sheen if he has consumed any drugs or alcohol, and old Charlie is in a pickle. If he says yes, he’s going to jail when his bail is revoked. If he says no, he going to jail for perjury.
But wait, you say… how can you prove that Charlie Sheen has been using alcohol and/or drugs since being released on bail?

Jacqueline Bains Beems, the wife of wrestling legend Ric Flair, has been arrested in North Carolina on domestic violence charges according to police..
Jacqueline, who is the wrestlers fourth wife, got arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault on Sunday according to the police involved.
It is unknown what she did to him, but said she didn’t use any weapons during the attack, but the the police report said that the 61-year-old wrestler did suffer some minor injuries.
A rep for him released a statement saying, “Ric and his wife had an unfortunate disagreement [Sunday], which led to his wife being arrested and charged with assault, Ric has done nothing wrong. The important thing to remember here is that we have some very exciting professional announcements in the near future. Ric finds this incident unsettling and is committed to correcting any issues in his personal life.”
For me it doesn’t matter if domestic abuse/violence is committed by a man or a woman, it is all wrong so I’m not going to make a joke about his famous catchphrase being “woooo!” I just hope that Ric Flair‘s rep isn’t hinting that he will go back to wrestling, he is too old for that.

We all know that Chloe Lattanzi had a good weekend getting drunk and kissing girls, but want to know one person who didn’t have a good weekend? Gary Coleman. Because his ass got arrested for domestic violence.
The details around the whole thing are as small as he is but what we do know is that Coleman was arrested in Utah on Sunday and then booked into the Utah County Jail at around 1:30 pm.
Utah County Deputy Denton told the New York Daily News that the was wanted on a domestic assault warrant from missing a date with the courts. When the attack took place and who he assaulted is unknown but I’m willing to bet that it’s his wife Shannon Price.
Price has been charged herself with domestic violence and disordely conduct back in July after they got into a huge fight. As for now, Coleman is still sitting in jail because he couldn’t pay the $1,725 bail that was set.
How could you let someone the size of Gary Coleman hit you? Maybe the person was down on their knees?
