Dr. Phil McGraw’s Boob Touching, Naked Man Lawsuits
Dr. Phil McGraw has been a naughty, naughty boy! The Oprah protege has been sued twice thus far, by two different women who have come out of the woodwork to claim that the good doctor put them in a room with a naked guy. Creepy!
His first alleged victim, Shirley Dieu, claimed that Dr. Phil held her against her will inside his office, forced her to stare at a naked man, and then grabbed her left boob. She sought therapy from Phil in 2007 and claims she got “brainwashed” instead.
In his “I’m not a Doctor, but I play one on TV” moment, Phil lied to her about being able to legally practice in the state of California.
Fast forward to today, and only one week later, another naked man lawsuit has cropped up. Another alleged victim, Crystal Matchett, claims that she was also exposed to the naked guy.
They are both seeking unspecified damages.
