Would you like to buy a pair of Michael Jackson’s notorious tighty whities? Well you can if you would like to pay over $1 million.
A pair of size-28 Calvin Klein white briefs once belonging to Wacko Jacko will be auctioned on eBay tomorrow, with a reserve price of $1 million.
The unwashed underpants have a sensational past, they were part of the evidence confiscated in 2003 by then-Santa Barbara DA Tom Sneddon, who wanted a DNA sample for his unsuccessful child-molestation case against the washed-up King of Pop.
The briefs are part of a stash of Jacko artifacts offered by New Jersey businessman Henry Vacarro, who obtained them in a bankruptcy case. For extra authenticity, the briefs come sealed in an evidence bag and wrapped with police tape.
Also being sold are the Gloved One’s handwritten note explaining why he wants an annulment from Lisa Marie Presley and a used half-ounce tube of skin-bleaching cream.

Yesterday, a French court ordered eBay to pay almost $60 million in damages to Louis Vuitton for allowing the sale of fake LV items.
I conducted a simple search on eBay which produced just under 2,700 entries for Louis Vuitton!
The court has now stopped eBay from selling four kinds of perfumes, which are Givenchy, Christian Dior, Guerlain, and Kenzo. They will also not be allowed to sell six LVMH brands.
The court determined that eBay had committed “serious errors” by allowing the sales of fake LVMH goods. They also said eBay violated the perfume sales distribution network, which was setup by Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior Couture.
Of course, eBay said they are going to launch an appeal, believing the court did not uphold copyright law. A spokesperson for eBay has said,
“This decision is not based on combating counterfeit material. It is based on LVMH’s desire to protect its commercial practices and exclude competition. This is being done at the expense of the consumers and sellers to whom eBay is always offering opportunities.”
The case, which started a year and a half ago, stated that eBay knowingly allowed the sales of counterfeit products on its site.
Frankly, how could eBay possibly know if each item listed is in fact authentic, if they are not able to personally inspect each item for themselves? On the opposite side of the coin, I own a Louis Vuitton — if I want to place it on eBay and sell it, I should have the right to do that.

After word spread that Prince covered Radiohead’s “Creep” at the Coachella festival, the tens of thousands who couldn’t be there ran to YouTube for a peek. Everyone was quickly denied — even Radiohead.
All videos of Prince’s unique rendition of Radiohead’s early hit were quickly taken down, leaving only a message that his label, NPG Records, had removed the clips, claiming a copyright violation. But the posted videos were shot by fans and, obviously, the song isn’t Prince’s.
In a recent interview, Thom Yorke said he heard about Prince’s performance from a text message and thought it was “hilarious.” Yorke laughed when his bandmate, guitarist Ed O’Brien, said the blocking had prevented even him from seeing Prince’s version of their song.
“Really? He’s blocked it?” asked Yorke, who figured it was their song to block or not. “Surely we should block it. Hang on a moment.” Yorke added, “Well, tell him to unblock it. It’s our … song.”
YouTube prohibits the posting of copyrighted material. If the site receives a complaint from a copyright owner, it will in most cases remove the video(s). Whether the same could be done for a company not holding a copyright is less clear, but Yorke’s argument would seem to bear some credence according to YouTube’s policies. YouTube, which is owned by Google, declined to comment. Prince also did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The dispute was an interesting twist in debates over digital ownership, held between two major acts with differing views on music and the Internet. Radiohead famously released their most recent album, “In Rainbows,” as a digital download with optional pricing. They also have a channel on YouTube.
When Prince performed at Coachella on April 26, he prohibited the standard arrangement of allowing photographers to shoot near the stage during the first three songs of his set. Instead, he had a camera crew filming his performance.
Prince, who founded NPG Records in 1993, has been innovative when it comes to music distribution, too. He released his 1997 album, “Crystal Ball,” on the Internet and in 2006 was awarded a lifetime achievement award by the Webbys. In 2007, he gave away copies of his disc “Planet Earth” in a British Sunday newspaper.
But the Purple One has also shut down his official Web site and last September said he would sue YouTube and eBay for not filtering unauthorized content.
Prince fans have organized to urge him to relent in his legal fights to control images and photographs of himself. As of yesterday, the most popular YouTube clip about Prince playing “Creep” is an expletive-laden rant from Sam Conti Jr., who describes himself as a “former Prince fan.”
Seems a bit overboard, doesn’t it? Did Prince even ask permission to cover the song in the first place?
Here’s Prince’s performance of Radiohead’s “Creep”. Let’s see if “his people” contact Daily Motion to have this clip removed.

Paris Hilton attended the unveiling of her new hair extension line for Sally Beauty Supply, yes… I said Sally Beauty Supply, in New York City today and was looking just a tad on the greasy side.
Pamela Anderson sold her used panties at an estate garage sale over the weekend.
The former ‘Baywatch’ star hosted an estate sale to clear her rented Malibu home of unwanted items, which also included broken light bulbs, a hot pink butt blaster exercise machine and various children’s toys.
Fans of Pam waited for hours to enter the public parking lot where the sale took place in a bid to catch a glimpse of their idol.
One buyer admitted: “I just wanted to see how rich people live.”
Pamela also sold a new golf cart, several chocolate fondue fountains and a flat screen TV. All proceeds from the event were donated to animal rights group PETA.
The sale was being filmed for the actress’ new reality TV show, which is set to premiere on TV network E! this summer.
Used underwear?
Would you ever buy underwear [not new and in original package] at a garage sale? OMG Pamela is just so damn trashy at times, I love it. At least she didn’t try to sell them on eBay.

Shauna Sand must be really hard up for some cash. Sand has put on her best lucite stripper shoes to shill some radios in an eBay auction.
I kinda feel bad. That old hot mess put on white bikini (aka old faithful) to model some StereoStone/RockSolid Outdoor Speakers on eBay. 6 speakers will autographed by the former Playboy Playmate and are currently at a high bid of $119.50, which is cheaper than the shipping cost. They originally retailed for just under $3000 according to the auction info.
Sand has been selling crap on eBay since April. A marble and wood night stand and some hellacious vitrine were up for sale with a starting bid of $1,500 and $4,000. Not one bid was placed on either item.
I guess her thrifty stripper shoe addiction will have to come to an end. Payless will be going out of business. I am a bit surprised she doesn’t have some worn out copy of Jem and the Holograms and her Katie Price autographed underwear on there.

Marilyn Manson is hoping to one day make a fortune from a childhood souvenir - his leftover foreskin from his circumcision.
The shock rocker’s mother, Barb Warner, has long been rumored to have kept the foreskin from his circumcision in a small jar - and Manson admits it is all true, even joking about the potential value of such an item.
He says, “It’s in more of a contact lens case, kind of like a shriveled up Lifesaver (a type of American candy). If she ever came here, she would wave it around. We’re hoping Sotheby’s (auction house) one day.”
Can you say, “meet the fockers“? That’s all I can think about, that hardened piece of flesh being flung into the chocolate fondue. What a riot!
But seriously though, who would want to actually buy that crap?

Mary Carey, the former California gubernatorial candidate and star of the upcoming VH1 show “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew,” is auctioning her own personal, surgically removed breast implantson ebay.
Yeah… they were inside her body and now she wants you to have them. At the time of this posting, there were 69 bidders with the standing bid at $2,200.56. Crazy.
What others said:
Hollywood Tuna says, “Now I don’t know if this Ebay listing is legit, but I don’t see why anyone would actually pay for her old pair of implants when they could probably just pay to have sex with her in the first place.”
Fred Goldman, who has the rights to the best-selling book, claims he has lost at least $150,000 since the popular Swedish site The Pirate Bay made the book available for free downloads, according to the lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Although Goldman’s attorneys have sent a letter demanding the Web site’s operators stop posting the book, the defendants have indicated “they are not subject to the laws of the United States,” the lawsuit said.
The lawsuit seeks to recover profits from the “illegal publication” and suggests The Pirate Bay receive advertising money from such American companies as Wal-Mart, Target, Jamster and The Wall Street Journal.
“It’s the wealth through the advertising” that allows the site to remain, said Goldman’s attorney, David Cook.
“Ron Goldman LLC will never be able to stop these pirates from posting that book online but they can do that in the poorhouse,” Cook said.
A call to The Pirate Bay was answered by a recording and the Web site was temporarily offline Thursday.
Goldman won the rights to the book in his ongoing legal fight with Simpson, who was acquitted in a criminal trial of the 1994 murders of his son and friend Nicole Brown Simpson. After their families sued for wrongful death, a civil court jury found Simpson liable and ordered him to pay $33.5 million.
Simpson has paid little of the judgment, which has risen to about $39 million with interest, so Fred Goldman has been going after some of the former football star’s assets.
He recently won the rights to the book, which was retitled “If I Did It: Confessions of the Killer” and became a New York Times best-seller.
With a court having earmarked 90 percent of the book’s royalties for Goldman, he could eventually win a substantial sum.

I just can’t imagine why, someone as young as Beyonce would even have a need to wear something like this. I remember my mother wearing a girdle that looked like that.
Bossip suggests that she may be getting a little help with one of these:
You too can own one, hit up Ebay and cop you some padded butt panties for $14.99.
What others said:
Egotastic says, “If you’ve ever wondered what marvel of engineering technology it takes to handle a booty like Beyonce’s, wonder no more. It’s none other than full-on, control-top, granny panties. Sexy, ain’t it? That’s right, the only thing that can keep Beyonce’s ass under control is the mother of all underwear.”
