Tiger Woods has just lost the first of his many endorsements following the backlash of his cheating on his wife Elin Nordegren.

Accenture released a statement on Sunday saying that they have dropped the golf player from his six-year contract with them following the controversy of the past few weeks. The statement read…

For the past six years, Accenture and Tiger Woods have had a very successful sponsorship arrangement. His achievements on the golf course have been a powerful metaphor for business success in Accenture’s advertising. However, given the circumstances of the last two weeks, after careful consideration and analysis, the company has determined that he is no longer the right representative for its advertising.”

In response to this Mark Steinberg, an agent for Woods, said “we are disappointed but respect their decision. That is all I have to say to you.”

While Accenture are the first company to drop him, they aren’t the first company to distance themselves from him. Gillette have decided to to remove him from all advertisements and have hinted that they are going to completely get rid of him soon.

Damon Jones, a spokesman for the company, went on radio and said “who knows what will happen in the future? We’re not speculating.’(But) our actions are clear. We have a brand ambassador who we have said is no longer going to appear in our advertising.’That is a pretty clear statement about where we are going. Actions speak louder than words.”

AT&T have said they are still evaluating on what to do with with Woods, Tag Heur have also removed him from all adverts that are in their stores. As for Gatorade, another of his endorsements, who are owned by Pepsi they too have dropped a drink he was endorsing although they are saying ti was unrelated to his cheating scandal.

The golfer shouldn’t cry too much just yet though because his main sponsors, Nike and Electronic Arts, have decided that they are standing by him and have offered his their “full support.”

It has been estimated that Tiger Woods earns an estimated $110 million a year in his endorsements. What company should I make a bet on that will drop him next?

When I got this email about Megan Fox I kind of laughed but then at the same time I felt incredibly jealous that celebrities get offered millions of dollars just for being themselves.

You see, Megan Fox’s agent over at International Creative Management (ICM) was sent documents, which you can see in the thumbnails below, asking if she would endorse Breast Enhancement for BreastEnhancement.com and if she wouldn’t then would she endorse their sister site BreastCancer.net

The letter says…. We feel that Ms.Fox would be the most ideal celebrity for BreastEnhancement.com to partner with. It is our understanding that Ms.Fox has not had any cosmetic surgery to date nor plans on dong so. We respect her personal choices and simply feel that having an international flm star of her level would be of great benefit to our organization. Ms.Fox exudes beauty, confidence and success which are three qualities that all women aspire to have.

Fox got offered $1.5 million to be the spokeswoman and the only thing she would have to do is make twelve appearances at events throughout the United States promoting the site, she would also have to shoot four :30 second commercials for them.

It must be nice being someone like Megan Fox, getting offered over a million bucks just for having a nice rack.

Good news for us all, Megan Fox has signed on to be the the new face of Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans campaigns.

Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott snapped the 23 -year-old over the weekend in Los Angeles and the ads will appear worldwide in magazines and on billboards starting in January.

Fox is replacing Victoria Beckham who has been the face up to now, last week it was announced that Cristiano Ronaldo will be replacing David Beckham as the face of Armani Men’s Underwear.

Replacing Victoria Beckham with Megan Fox is definitely a step in the right direction, although I wonder how many accidents will happen with men being distracted by the ads.

Jessica Simpson the New Face of Dallas’ Stampede Beer

Jessica Simpson will soon be marketing beer, according to an announcement expected today from a local brewing company.

Simpson will serve as a spokeswoman and appear in ads in stores for Stampede Light Plus, which is made by Dallas’ Stampede Brewing Co.

But she won’t be just another pretty face: Ms. Simpson is taking a 15 percent stake in the brewer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“She’s the face of the brand now,” said Lawrence Schwartz, Stampede’s president and chief executive, who says sales have more than doubled in the past year.

Stampede’s marketing is focused on its vitamin content, which it describes as “functional additives.”

“As an entrepreneur, I am always looking for ways to diversify my portfolio with good ideas and good people,” Ms. Simpson said in a statement. “Yes, I work out and take care of myself, but I also like a cold beer once in a while.”

This girl’s career is over. Horrible movies, horrible music — now she’s the face of a beer only Texans love.
