‘Dog the Bounty Hunter’ Rushed to ER

On Saturday, Duane ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter’ Chapman experienced pain and was rushed to UCLA Medical Center with a health scare, according to a new report from RadarOnline.

The reality TV star, 57, was examined in the ER for a possible blood clot, claims a source. He was “checked out and released.”

His official website posted a statement today from his wife, Beth Chapman: “He was admitted for tests for a possible blood clot following an injury he suffered on a bounty hunt….Duane is in very capable hands and and we thank everyone for their prayers.”

Chapman and his wife are in Los Angeles (they live in Honolulu) making appearances to promote season 7 of the popular A&E series, ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter.’

This morning, Beth tweeted an all-clear for fans: “Yes dog is injured it is an occupational hazard that we deal with he is very strong and in excellent condition he will 4 sure survive.”

The new season of ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter’ features the series’ 100th episode, and premieres Oct. 6.

George Clooney Returns to E.R.

George Clooney has agreed to come back to the show that launched his career: ER.

Sources close to the series said that ER co-creator John Wells has ordered a closed set to keep Clooneyâ€™s appearance under wraps.

Itâ€™s not known how many episodes will feature Clooney as the show films its final season. Neither NBC nor Warner Bros. reps would comment, nor did Clooneyâ€™s publicist.

Clooney, himself, denied reports last March he was returning.

Clooneyâ€™s Dr. Doug Ross was last seen on ER in a 2000 cameo walk-through in a remote lake scene with Rossâ€™s ex-Juliana Marguilies.

Clooney is the most famous ER alum and Wells has always wanted him to return for the showâ€™s last season. The 15th season was extended by an extra four episodes by NBC executives last week.
