Michael Lohan was arrested again today after another incident involving his ex girlfriend Erin Muller — and once again, the phone is the root of all their evil.
According to Erin’s attorney Bryan Konoski, Lindsay Lohan‘s father allegedly called Erin at work on January 21 — a violation of Erin’s restraining order against him.
Nassau County Police Department said Michael was arrested today and booked for criminal contempt.
This man was arrested back in December for the EXACT same thing!
No wonder Lindsay has so many issues.

The feud between Michael Lohan and ex-girlfriend Erin Muller is getting pretty hairy. Court documents have just surfaced wherein Erin is asking the court to drop Mike’s allegations against her, along with making him look worse than Chris Brown.
Mike allegedly physically abused Erin on the following dates:
Dec. 9, 2007: Michael Lohan “slapped Erin in the face twice because Erin accused him of giving her a fake watch on her birthday.
Feb. 2008: Michael “punched Erin in the mouth” because she had a male friend on Facebook
March 2008: Michael “whipped a computer cord” at her face but she blocked it with her hand … causing a laceration.
May 5, 2008: Michael “kicked Erin Muller in the ribs.”
May 2008: Michael “kicked Erin Muller in the vagina, bruising it and causing substantial pain.”
June 2008: Michael “spit in Erin’s face, and beat her repeatedly with his fist.” Then he “yelled at her to ‘stop crying c*nt — other people will see you — if they see you, I will kill you!’”
What I’m wondering is why she took so long to bring forth these allegations? Seriously, from 2007? Didn’t they just split up this year? If a guy kicked me in the hoohah, I think I would’ve cut off his man parts by now ala Lorena Bobbitt.

Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael was arrested after allegedly threatening to kill his fiancée, Erin Muller, and himself after she tried to dump him.
Lohan was arrested quietly on April 6, 2009 after he made a phone call to his (ex?) fiancée, Erin Muller on March 18, 2009, threatening to take her life along with his own.
Lohan faces up to a year in prison over the incident. He’s lucky, though, because the terms of his parole ended on February 7th and he won’t have to do even more time, if convicted.
Lohan is also due in family court today to defend himself for being behind in child support payments for the amount of $12,000.
I’m sure he’ll be talking to the tabloids as soon as I hit publish. What a tool. He really needs to get a hobby and try not to come off as such a desperate douche.
