Neil Patrick Harris and his long time partner, David Burtka, are set to become parents to a pair of twins via a surrogate mother.
E! Online first reported the news that the pair, who have been together for 6-years, are set to become fathers in October and they have already put the baby shower plans in motion.
Neil then confirmed the news on his Twitter account saying, “So, get this: David and I are expecting twins this fall. We’re super excited/nervous/thrilled. Hoping the press can respect our privacy…”
No word on who the surrogate is.
Update: The sex of the twins has been revealed, they are expecting a boy and a girl.

Adriana Lima attended some Louis Vuitton event in New York City the other night and here is evidence that while she is pregnant – she is still hot.
But in other and more “crucial” news the Victoria’s Secret model has admitted that she doesn’t like chocolate anymore since got pregnant.
She says “It’s funny because I used to love chocolate — I was such a chocolate lover until I got pregnant! But now it just doesn’t appeal to me at all. I haven’t really had any since I got pregnant. I guess that’s a good thing since it’s chocolate and it’s probably not good for the baby to eat too much sugar, but I hope I get my love of chocolate back afterwards because I really did enjoy it!”
Adriana who is expecting her first baby with Marko Jaric sometime in the winter also said “I’ve really never felt better. I feel like I’m glowing because I just – right now – I just have everything. My life is complete right in this moment. We actually went out and bought a stroller the other day even though I’m only 17 weeks pregnant! Marko was telling me that he can’t wait to push the stroller around and how he’s going to be the proudest dad in the whole world.”

Karolina Kurkova is joining what seems to be every model by declaring she is pregnant.
The former Victoria’s Secret angel is apparently six months pregnant with her fiancé Archie Drury‘s baby.
A rep for the model said “supermodel and actress Karolina Kurkova and her fiancé, film producer Archie Drury have announced that they are expecting their first child. The couple have been together for a little over a year.”
There must be something in the water over at Victoria’s Secret because former angel Gisele Bündchen and current angels Heidi Klum and Adriana Lima are all expecting babies as well, while Alessandra Ambrosio gave birth to her first child not too long ago.

Jennifer Aniston has never been shy about her desire to become a mom. “I really love children,” the star, who turned 40 on Feb. 11, recently said. “Of course I’d like to be a mother someday.”
Someday could turn out to be very soon. Jen, who’s happily with her on-again beau of nearly a year, John Mayer, 31, seems serious about getting her body into baby-bearing mode. In order to do that, Life & Style has learned, she’s been frequently visiting Dr. Mary C. Kerr, the ob-gyn to the stars, who’s based in Beverly Hills. “She’s been seeing Dr. Kerr,” confirms an insider. “She’s seen her in the past, when she and Brad Pitt were together and there was talk of them trying to have a baby.”
In fact, Dr. Kerr and her hubby, Wyck Godfrey (Twilight producer and the producer of Jen’s upcoming movie Management), attended Jen’s Feb. 7 birthday party — where Jen seemed to follow the doc’s advice of kicking back and relaxing. “I think Jen got the same advice that most Hollywood women on the skinny side get,” says the insider. “Beef up, relax and give it your best.”‘

Charlie and Brooke Sheen‘s summer of love, which began with their wedding in May, is closing with more exciting news: They are expecting their first child together.
 “Brooke and I are thrilled!” the Two and a Half Men star said in a statement Monday. “She’s the best stepmom Sam, Lola and Cassandra could ever hope for. Seeing her love and affection with those three, I know she’ll be an amazing mom. Unless I bat 100 percent, perhaps a boy awaits us.”
Sheen, 42, already has three daughters: Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with ex-wife Denise Richards, and Cassandra, 23, with ex-girlfriend Paula Profitt.
“Brooke found out for sure on Friday and is thrilled to death,” a family source tells PEOPLE. “Brooke loves Charlie very much and has wanted a baby for some time.”
The pregnancy doesn’t come as a major surprise: The pair began talking kids right after their wedding, with Brooke joking that she wanted triplets. “Could you imagine if I really had triplets?” she told Extra in June. “He’d be like, ‘Whoa!’”
