Halle Berry & Gabriel Aubry‘s break-up went very smoothly and there was no slinging mud from either side but over the past few days they couldn’t reach an agreement about their daughter Nahla and it all went south, very quickly. Now they are pulling out all the bunches with each other.
First of all she released a statement to People saying she has concerns over the safety of her daughter whenever Gabriel is taking care of her and basically saying that he is a bad father. He didn’t take too kindly to this and then released a statement to Access Hollywood saying…
“While Gabriel is disappointed in Halle’s decision to falsely malign him publicly and for her own purposes, he refuses to be pulled into her dispute over a canceled film production. Gabriel also refuses to air their issues in the press as he believes this may ultimately harm their daughter. The fact is that Gabriel is a caring father who shares custody of Nahla, Gabriel fully believes that a consistent and balanced living situation and two loving parents are crucial for their child even if Ms. Berry feels otherwise. He will always defend his rights as a father and will always consider Nahla’s best interest. Halle’s continuing allegations in the press are untrue and irresponsible.”
Now her side are striking back by going to TMZ claiming that slung racial comments at her by calling her a “nigger” and a “fucking bitch” all to her face. But it’s not just limited to face-to-face fights he’s also sent her text messages. TMZ also has the scoop from Page Bogart, another ex-girlfriend of Gabriel, and she claims that she tried warning Halle that he is nothing but a gold-digger and a cheater.
This is looking like it’s going to be Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva part two, I wonder how long until Gabriel strikes back.

One of the best looking Hollywood couples, Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry, have split up after being together for four years.
Apparently they split up months ago and have been sorting out a custody agreement for their daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry, as well as a financial agreement with each other which sees him getting no money from her. The only thing he asked for was their home in Canada that they own, she paid for the down-payment but he has paid every payment since.
On what caused the split, a source says “Gabriel just felt it wasn’t working anymore, when they were first together the 9-year age difference between them didn’t phase him, she was the most beautiful woman he had ever dated and he was totally in love. But as time went on he started feeling it more and more. Also, Gabriel started noticing other women, and being attracted to others, and he felt it just wasn’t right to stay with Halle in those circumstances. Gabriel is a really nice, decent guy and he would never cheat on her, but I suspect that he had become attracted to someone and that he felt he needed to break it off with Halle before anything developed any further.”
They haven’t reached a long-term custody agreement but both seem content with the short-term agreement they currently have going on, it was also apparently an amicable split but she is devastated because she thought he was the one.
I guess Halle Berry should be grateful that Gabriel Aubry didn’t go down the Tiger Woods or Jesse James road and cheat on her with a million women? Then again it’s probably too soon to assume no women are going to come out. It is Hollywood after all.
