E! has just released their World’s Sexiest Woman in the World List and they’ve placed Victoria’s Secret supermodel Karolina Kurkova as the number one sexiest woman.
The list breaks down like this:

Out of the whole list only two women from the United States ranked in the top 10.
While Heidi Klum’s elaborate Halloween costume impressed most of us, it looks like it really ticked off several Hindu-American leaders.
The Victoria’s Secret model and Project Runway host dressed as the Goddess Kali at her annual Halloween bash, and apparently Hindu scholars want Heidi to make a public apology for posing as the sacred figure.
Indo-American statesman Rajan Zed said:
“Goddess Kali is highly revered in Hinduism and she is meant to be worshiped in temples and not to be used in clubs for publicity stunts or thrown around loosely for dramatic effects.
Hindus welcome Hollywood and other entertainment industries to immerse themselves in Hinduism, but they should take it seriously and respectfully, and not just use the religion for decoration or to advance their selfish agenda. Casual flirting sometimes results in pillaging serious spiritual doctrines and revered symbols and hurting the devotees.”
Zed isn’t the only one who is pissed about Heidi’s costume - Jawahar L. Khurana of the Hindu Alliance of India and Bhavna Shinde of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti have also called out Heidi, calling the costume “denigrating.” Yikes!

It seems like every celebrity is vacationing in the Mediterranean and not wanting to be left out of the fun is Heidi Klum and her family.
The Victoria Secret model turned up on a yacht off the coast of Ponza, Italy with her husband, musician Seal, and wasted no time getting back into the European swing of things by stripping off her bikini top.
You gotta love it when an entire family vacations topless together — note Heidi’s son right below her breasts.
A supermodel plunged to her death Saturday afternoon by leaping from her Lower Manhattan apartment window in an apparent suicide.
Ruslana Korshunova, barely shy of her 21st birthday, apparently jumped from the balcony of her residential building in Manhattan’s Financial District, police tell the New York Post.
Authorities said there appeared to be no signs of a struggle having taken place inside the 9th-floor apartment, which the green-eyed, 5′8″ beauty had occupied for only two months.
The Kazakhstan-born “Russian Rapunzel,” as she was known, had appeared as cover girl on editions of French Elle and Russian Vogue, as well as in ads for Marc Jacobs, DKNY, Vera Wang and Christian Dior.
“Our hearts are with her family,” a spokesman for her agency, IMG (which also represents Heidi Klum and Kate Moss) told the Post.
A former boyfriend, Artem Perchenok, 24, told the paper that the two had watched the movie Ghost and that he dropped her off at home at 5 a.m. Saturday. “She was a good person,” he said.
The Daily News suggests that Korshunova had become despondent over a lost love. She poured her heart out on the Web in the months leading to her apparent suicide.
“Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably,” the sandy-haired knockout wrote in a poem that concluded: “And never regret anything that made you smile.”
The Kazakh beauty wrote that love “blinds,” “sets souls afire,” and “is always the answer” in emotion-soaked passages posted on a social networking site.
Korshunova volleyed between Russian and English in her heartfelt prose, but love was a central theme no matter the language. “Do not confuse love and desire,” she wrote in Russian in her most recent posting May 30. “Love is the sun, desire - only flash. Desire dazzles, and the sun gives life.”
The soulful note warns of the perils of sacrifice.
“Love does not take away from one in order to give to another,” wrote Korshunova, a 20-year-old thousands of miles from her native Kazakhstan. “Love - this is the essence of life. But you will not give your life to another.”
Korshunova’s most telling message came three months ago: “I’m so lost. Will I ever find myself?”
She appeared angry in some postings, brokenhearted in others.
“I’m a bitch. I’m a witch. I don’t care what you say!!!” she wrote March 11. “I know what it is. I know why my other relationships didn’t work out, ’cause I’m unpredictable. Why are you afraid of it?”
In January, she wrote, “It hurts, as if someone took a part of me, tore it out, mercilessly stomped all over and threw it out.
“My dream is to fly. Oh, my rainbow it is too high,” she wrote in a March note.
This is very, very sad.

Doogie Houser doesn’t want Britney Spears screwing up his show, even if it means doubling the ratings.
If Neil Patrick Harris had his way, Britney Spears would be banned from the set of “How I Met Your Mother.” Nothing against the pop singer personally — he just doesn’t think the show should bring guests aboard for a ratings boost alone.
“I’m in the minority that our show does not need stunt casting in order to succeed,” Harris declared during a break from taping the Monday night CBS sitcom, which has grown a cult following since its 2005 debut. “I worry that if they start `Will and Grace’-ing us too much, that the show will suffer. And we’re all really proud of the content of the show. I mean, viewership is not our game. It’s the network and the studio’s game, you know. It’s the promotion department’s game,” the actor, who plays womanizer Barney, told The Associated Press in an interview last week.
Spears has been the most high-profile guest star to visit the set, following past appearances by Mandy Moore, Enrique Iglesias and Heidi Klum. But her capable March 24 cameo — feverishly promoted, anticipated, blogged-about, critiqued, analyzed and, ultimately, well-reviewed — gave Harris pause to voice a concern: Was the show selling out?
“We wish we weren’t opposite an awkward reality dancing competition,” he said. “But we have no say about that. I just am a real fan of our content. I think we have a great show going, and I hope it’s not screwed up by the desire for 700,000 more viewers.”
Make that 1 million more viewers for the Britney episode, which grabbed an audience of 10.6 million tuning in as Spears filled her small role as a bubbly receptionist. Among the 18-to-49-year-old demographic, it was the most-watched episode of the series ever.
Gone Hollywood doesn’t mind using Britney to boost its ratings. In fact, if she wants to come on as a guest poster, we’ll take her.
Elsewhere, he says she’s just not a good enough actress.
“She’s not an actress,” he said. “She played a role for a week, and did a really nice job, but the workload involved with doing memorization and the purging of comedy over and over is really, really hard. I mean, it takes a strong skill set to do that every week.”
An acting veteran who first gained fame as “Doogie Howser, M.D.” in his midteens, Harris believes that the cast of “HIMYM” has become a well-oiled machine over 60-plus episodes, and revisiting Spears’ receptionist/stalker would be a mistake. “You do it one week, it’s fine, but to do it a lot of weeks is hard,” he added. “She’s not going to be a regular on our show.”
As for his own personal memories of working with Brit, Harris said he was just happy the shoot kept her out of the paparazzi’s unblinking gaze for a while. “We kept the set closed to make her comfortable,” he remembered. “So I would probably keep [conversations we had] to myself. We wanted to make sure that she didn’t feel exploited from us personally. She’s exploited from everyone, all the time. We had some nice times, but they were our times.”

Well, I doubt the carpet matches the drapes so to speak, but this is so not a good look. This is very Agnes Moorehead circa Endora on Bewitched.
Penelope Cruz went red headed for her new film. She is currently filming in Madrid, Spain. The look will hopefully fade after she finishes working on a new film with Volver director Pedro Almodóvar.
If he is responsible for this he should be beaten by Heidi Klum while Tim Gunn explains “that’s a whole lotta’ look.” I am sure there is some sort of artist value, but the color is atrocious.
While Heidi Klum and Seal waited for their ride to roll up, the paparazzi decided to try and win Seal over with flattery. It backfired and the singer calmly asked:
“Why would I shake hands with scum? What you do is ruin people’s lives. I don’t like what you do. You are scum.”
The photog starts to laugh and fires back that he is just trying to be “nice” and likes his music. Meanwhile Heidi dances around nervously behind his back just waiting to get out of Dodge. The repartee continues between Seal and the press wagon surrounding them. Aware that they might be able to get him to strike and make a payday for them, they keep hounding him. After having had enough of the barrage, Seal finally says…
“Why don’t you ask your mother how I feel.”
Ooooo….that is how Seal and Heidi roll. It must be a sexy black British man thing. However, I am torn. On one hand…Heidi and Seal and the hotness. On the other, he and Heidi wouldn’t be where they are without the media….so…ungrateful or a bad case of the Mondays?
