In a last minute addition Lindsay Lohan will be on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno later on Tonight but the interview was pre-recorded yesterday and Radar Online reports that when she walked on set she received standing ovation from the crowd.
NBC are keeping most of the interview under wraps and only released the above clip from the interview but according to Radar Online she was asked “at what point did you realize, ‘Oh my God, I could lose this, this could slip away from me?’” He response was:
“I think that when, you know, being young and being in the position I was in, you don’t really take the time to appreciate what you have and it’s all kind of a whirlwind, and people make decisions for you, but I’m not a kid anymore — I’m 24, I’ve made a lot of mistakes and I recognize that. I’m in the clear now, and as long as I stay focused, I can achieve what I want to achieve.”
Yes you read read right she said she is “in the clear now,” obviously she is still living in the land of denial because she is still facing misdemeanor charges for robbing a necklace, was just sentenced to 120 hours of community service which involves working at a city morgue and she was released on $75,000 bail on Friday.
In the interview she also reportedly confirmed her role in the up coming Gotti movie which will also star John Travolta. You might also want to know that in order to fit Lindsay in for tonights show the producers bumpbed Kristin Chenoweth interview slot.
Lindsay Lohan is now a free woman, well kind of, because she was released from jail early this morning but she has already been sent straight to rehab. A spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Department said….
“She was released at 1:35 a.m. She has been sent directly to her next destination, which is a treatment center. And she will now be under the supervision of the L.A. County probation department. This concludes her custody.”
As soon as she was released she was sent to the UCLA Medical Center to begin her drug treatment, she was originally supposed to be sent to the Morningside Recovery but this was changed at the last minute because the judge was advised UCLA would be a better choice.
TMZ say that Lindsay wont be in the psych ward but she will be in a “specialized program to deal with psychological, as well as addiction problems.”
Here is Lindsay Lohan‘s mugshot with her wearing her orange jumpsuit that she will be wearing during her 90 days jail sentence. But the thing is, she wont actually be serving 90 days in fact she may only serve 12 at most.
A spokesperson for the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department says that Lindsay will serve “about 14 days” because of overcrowding and she has been “extremely cooperative”.
In other Lohan news she was served turkey tetrazzini, milk, applesauce, broccoli coleslaw and a bit of bread for her first prison dinner last night.
TMZreports that Lohan is able to get her prescription drug fix while in prison because she has been allowed to take Adderoll and Ambien in with her. Which her friends say that these prescriptions is what got her into this whole mess.
Lastly – her neighbor in jail is none other than Alexis Neiers, the girl who was served with six months in jail for robbing a bunch of celebrity homes in L.A. including Lindsay’s.
That rounds up the Lindsay Lohan news for today so far.
Today is the day that Lindsay Lohan is heading to the slammer so why not celebrate it with her new spread in Complex magazine in which she looks kinda sexy.
Yes I said she looks kinda sexy and I know it’s pretty much all thanks to the wonderful photoshopping that the editors at Complex did. In the article that comes with these photos they say that Lindsay showed up hours late for the photoshoot and she never gave the interview that she was supposed to.
Now lets get to the news roundup that is surrounding Lohan before she heads to the chokey. First up is her newly hired lawyer, Robert Shapiro, has just quit working for her and as of yet nobody knows who will be representing her when she hands herself in today.
The second piece of news is that Lindsay will be going full frontal nude for her new movie Inferno, which is based on the life of Linda Lovelace. The movie is set to go into production when Lohan completes her jail stint and 90 days in rehab.
As for heading to jail today, Lindsay went to her Twitter account last night and wrote “the only “bookings” that i’m familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i’d be “booking” into Jail… eeeks.”
That is all for now, I’m sure by time you finish reading this there will be another 20 stories coming out about Lindsay Lohan on her big day.
In the latest Lindsay Lohan news, because there has been so much of it happening lately, she is apparently demanding up to $1 million dollars for her post-jail interview. Oh and her lawyer has just quit working for her.
Back in 2007 when Paris Hilton was released from her 23-day stint in jail she was offered $1 million dollars to do television interviews but the public had a fit she was getting money for being in jail so television networks pulled out and she eventually did a free interview for Larry Ling.
But now instead of just paying the person a straight up fee, the network can get a licensing deal which provides “compensation” to the person for using personal shit like video footage. Lindsay (and her people) knows this and are going to try go down that road, a source says…
“Financially, it’s the best thing that could have ever happened to Lindsay, it’s no secret that Lindsay has been in financial trouble for a while. She will earn more money from her post-prison interview than she ever earned acting. Expect to see a major TV and magazine deal, Lindsay might have made a lot of mistakes, but she knows how much her first interview is worth. She won’t even consider offers of less than $1 million.”
In other news TMZ contacted her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, to ask her for a quote but she told them she has quit working for Lohan. When it rains it really does pour on Lindsay.
I think we can all save the television networks a lot of money by predicting exactly how the interview is going to go – she will lie through her teeth and blame everybody else then have a million excuses as to why everything has gone wrong for her while also begging for forgiveness and to be given a tenth chance. She may even throw in the odd tear or two.

As well know Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab during her probation violation hearing yesterday, but today we see the little message she had on her fingernail during the hearing – it says “fuck u”.
WWTDD came across the little gem that Lindsay painted on her finger while going through photos from the court hearing. What a rebel.

It looks like Lindsay Lohan‘s luck has finally run out.
Judge Marsha Revel just sentenced Lindsay to 90 days in jail followed by 90 days of probation for violating her probation from her DUI case. LiLo failed to attend her alcohol education classes on time, and has also had a series of other violations since the 2007 charge.
Lohan must surrender to the court on July 20. Whether or not she’ll end up serving the entire 90 days remains to be seen.
There’ trouble on the way to Lindsay Lohan and her legal team because her alcohol monitoring bracelet was set off at an after-party for the MTV Movie Awards.
It’s not known if she drank alcohol or if the device was tampered with but they’re the only two options that would make the SCRAM bracelet alert authorities.
Judge Marsha Revel will be notified of this and may end up dragging Lohan back into the courts, as part of her bail - Lohan was not to drink alcohol and had to wear the bracelet 24/7 if she broke these bail conditions then she would be thrown in jail.

The latest Lindsay Lohan drama has been announced and this time she may be making her second trip to the slammer pretty soon.
TMZ reports that Lindsay might be heading to jail because she violated the terms of her probation, we will all find out next month when she goes to court to face the judge.
Judge Marsha Revel apparently made it crystal clear that Lindsay must attend alcohol education courses once every 7 days and if she doesn’t she was going straight to jail.
Because this is Lindsay we are talking about we all know she broke this agreement, but the bitch was clever in her ways because the school she attended was to only report to courts if she didn’t show up for a solid 21 days, Lindsay knew this and showed up on the 21st day – right when they were to report her. Meaning she met the schools requirement but also ignored the judge’s ruling of attending every 7 days.
Her lawyer said “We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance.”
TMZ say that while the school have no problem with this going on, the judge is pissed off and might just send Lindsay Lohan to the slammer.
Former CBS producer Robert Halderman plead guilty today to attempted grand larceny in the extortion case involving David Letterman. He will serve six months in jail, followed by four and a half years of probation and 1,000 hours of community service.
The blackmail came to light in October of 2009 when Letterman revealed the fact that he was being extorted and had affairs with several female staffers.
Halderman allegedly contacted Letterman and demanded $2 million dollars after reading his girlfriend’s diary and finding information about her secret booty calls with the Late Show host, who was her boss at the time.
David Letterman released the following statement today:
“I would like to thank the District Attorney of Manhattan, Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., the former District Attorney, Robert M. Morgenthau, the Special Prosecutions Bureau in the D.A.’s Office, and the New York City Police Department. When they became involved with this case, I had complete faith that a just and appropriate result was inevitable. On behalf of my family, I am extremely grateful for their tireless efforts.â€
I think David Letterman did the right thing by just coming out and admitting everything instead of letting some scumbag blackmail and humiliate him. Hopefully while Halderman is in jail, he will be taught the error of his ways. By several large men. Who think he has a pretty mouth.

Foxy Brown has followed many of her fellow celebrities by having a sex tape leak on to the world wide web.
Foxy is best known for her legal troubles than being a rapper, she has been in trouble with the law since back in 1997 when she spat on two hotel workers, most recently she was sentenced to a year in Jail from violating probation. She was released back in April 2008.
Now onto the good stuff, this sex tape that leaked is more of a gif just put into a video but it shows her doing her best oral action on a mystery man.
I expect the full Foxy Brown sex tape will leak soon, but until then you can have a look at the short video … it is NSFW of course.
Chris Brown would cop a plea, but only to a misdemeanor and with no jail time.
Brown’s people have consulted with outside legal eagles — including law school professors — who have said Rihanna‘s own aggressiveness takes it out of the felony category. Sources say Rihanna was the first one to strike — slapping and striking Brown “numerous times” while he was driving, after seeing the text message from another woman. And Rihanna was fighting Brown as he punched and hurt her. We’re told much of this is reflected in the official police report based on what Rihanna told cops. As a result, they say, this is not a case that demands a felony plea.
On the other side, there are plenty of cases in which the woman engages the man in a fight but the jury convicts the male because it was an unfair fight and the man could have walked away. The photographs of Rihanna — the most graphic of which have not been seen by the public — demonstrate Brown’s superior strength. Add to that the fact that Brown had no significant injuries and it presents problems for him.
Perhaps worse for Brown, sources told cops he had beaten her before and the violence had been escalating.
And there’s this. According to the detective’s note filed with the search warrant papers, Brown sent a text message to Rihanna’s assistant in which he apologized for what he had done to Rihanna and said he was getting help. That would be admissible in court and extremely damaging — as a legal admission.
Boy George was sentenced to 15 months jail today for handcuffing a male escort to a wall and beating him with a metal chain.
The 47-year-old former Culture Club singer, whose real name is George O’Dowd, imprisoned Audun Carlsen during a drug-fueled naked photoshoot at his London flat.
Sentencing the musician at Snaresbrook Crown Court in East London, Judge David Radford told him he was guilty of ‘gratuitous violence‘.
The judge condemned his ‘premeditated, callous, and degrading drug-fueled actions which traumatized‘ his victim.
The judge added: ‘He was denied his dignity.’

Blank-faced O’Dowd glanced briefly at family members in the public gallery, who gasped as his jail term was read out.
There were emotional scenes outside court as family members and supporters of the pop star reacted to his sentence.
One male family member kicked one of the courtroom doors, shouting: ‘Fifteen months!’
Mr Carlsen, a 29-year-old Norwegian, fled in his underpants and alerted police after the attack in Shoreditch, East London, in April 2007.
Violence had flared after O’Dowd accused Mr Carlsen of stealing photos of himself from a laptop, taken when the pair met three months earlier.
O’Dowd has previous convictions for going equipped for theft as a juvenile in 1977, and a Class B drugs offense ten years later.
In 2006, in New York, he was given community service after pleading guilty to falsely reporting a burglary at his apartment in the city.
O’Dowd, who was convicted of false imprisonment last year, denied performing unprotected oral sex on Mr Carlsen as he sat naked in a chair during their first meeting.
