Damien Hirst, a British artist has purchased a portrait of Paris Hilton made up from images taken out of pornographic magazines.
The collage - entitled Paris, 2008 - was the work of Jonathan Yeo, the son of former Conservative minister Tim.
Yeo’s use of adult magazines began in 2004 after the White House canceled a commission to paint President George Bush.
In other news Hilton appeared on The View yesterday and had an awkward moment with Joy Behar when she was asked if she can vote.
“You’re not going to be able to vote, are you?” Joy asked Paris pointedly. “I have a friend who was in the slammer, he can’t vote. Weren’t you in jail?”
“I can vote,” Paris responded, laughing comfortably.
The other ladies of “The View” tried to ease the situation, explaining to Joy that losing the right to vote only applied to people convicted of a felony.
“What was your thing? Yours was a misdemeanor or something?” Behar asked.
“No, it was driving with a suspended license,” Paris answered.
“You can still vote with that? ” Joy quipped.
Putting an end to the awkwardness, Whoopi chimed in saying, “Yeah, you’re still an American, yeah.”
I find it funny that when the topic turns away from Paris she doesn’t say anything or offer her opinion.
Linda Hogan visited Pinellas County Prison yesterday for her son Nick’s 18th birthday.
Linda, being the loving mother that she is, thought to bring Nick a nice gift: A skateboard. Nifty.
I’m sure Nick will get a lot of use out of that thing, since the jail will see it as a weapon and take it away from him. I’m kidding, she probably didn’t make it past security with that thing.
Khloe Kardashian turned herself into police this morning to begin serving her 30 day sentence for violating her probation.
Kim Kardashian’s sister was arrested last March for a DUI. She was ordered to complete an alcohol education program and community service. She felt above the law and didn’t do either one.
A British businesswoman is facing six years in a foreign jail after she was allegedly caught having drunken sex on a beach in Dubai.
Michelle Palmer, manager of a publishing firm, was arrested after a police officer reportedly found her and a British holidaymaker in a compromising position on Jumeirah Beach in the Arab state.
The 30-year-old is thought to have been charged with having sex outside marriage - considered an offence in Dubai - as well as indecent behaviour in public, being drunk in public, and assaulting a police officer.
Miss Palmer told the Sun that she fears she will be ‘made an example of’ under the strict laws of a country where even mild public displays of affection are frowned upon.
She faces and her fellow accused face a sentence of between three months and six years in jail in the state, one of seven that makes up the United Arab Emirates.
She told the newspaper: “Because this is known everywhere they’re going to make an example of us and we’re going to get a higher sentence.
“We are in so much trouble and my family and everybody are affected. Until someone is in this situation they could never know what it’s like. It’s bad - it’s so, so bad.
“They are being pushed into a corner to make an example of us. I’m panicking - my mum is on anti-depressants. I can’t say anything else. I’ve got to go.”
Miss Palmer, is said to been drinking champagne during a brunch with colleagues last Friday before agreeing to go for a walk on the beach with a friend of a colleague.
When the pair were allegedly found having sex by a policeman, he is said to have let them off with a caution. However, later, after the couple were discovered in the same position, they were arrested, and Miss Palmer is said to have become aggressive.
The exclusive residential area, which boasts a number of luxury hotels, is popular with Western expatriates. Although alcohol is available to non-Muslims in hotel bars, it is an offence to drink or be drunk in public.

Emotional home videos of Hulk Hogan’s imprisoned son Nick Bollea’s car crash victim have been made public in effort to show the teen the seriousness of his friend’s condition.
Bollea, 17, is currently serving an eight-month prison sentence at Florida’s Pinellas County Jail, after pleading no contest to a felony of reckless driving following a horrific car crash in Clearwater, Florida - which has left his friend John Graziano brain damaged.
On the newly released tapes, aired by CNN’s Nancy Grace on Monday, 23-year-old Graziano is shown from his hospital bed, his injuries pixilated due to their severity.
Grace comments as the video rolls, revealing Graziano’s day-to-day life:
“I’ve been on a lot of crash wards and rehab centers to meet with victims and even now this is how wrenching it is to see what he is going through.”
Graziano’s parents spoke out in May, furious at Bollea’s lack of remorse, after hearing him discuss plans to win an early release from jail in taped telephone conversations that were leaked online.
The family also blasted the Bolleas for trying to cash in on their grief - by turning Nick’s prison stint into a money-spinning reality TV show.

A celebrity photographer accused of stalking Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiance has been arrested.
Edwin W. Merino, 30, of Los Angeles, posted bond Tuesday. He is scheduled to appear in court next week.
Authorities in Liberty, a small town in southwest Mississippi near the Louisiana border, said Merino wouldn’t leave the pregnant Spears and her fiance, Casey Aldridge, alone.
Merino denied the accusations in a phone interview Wednesday with The Associated Press. He said that he was about 200 feet away from the couple using a long lens when he was arrested at a gas station.
The younger Spears and Aldridge have been the subject of intense attention since she announced her pregnancy in December. She said then she was 12 weeks along, which would make the 17-year-old due any time.
Merino said he had little luck taking pictures of the couple and was preparing to leave the area.
“I’ve seen the young man Casey in pictures,” Merino said. “I haven’t worked on them myself. The first time I got a good look at him was in court.”
Spears’ family representatives did not immediately return messages Wednesday.
Merino has worked as a celebrity photographer for five years. He was one of the paparazzi who snared pictures of Jamie Lynn Spears’ older sister, Britney, without underwear.
Merino said he was the only photographer following Spears during most of his four days in the Liberty area.
“I just think since I was the only one there, it was just easier for them to single me out,” Merino said.
Merino’s arrest was first reported by the McComb Enterprise-Journal.
Merino said he didn’t spend any significant time in jail. A deputy drove him to three automated teller machines and he got the $1,143 he needed to be released.
In the end, Merino said the trip was a waste.
“The one picture I got was kind of by luck,” he said. “I got lucky when I saw them at Wal-Mart when I was buying deodorant.”
I’m guessing that the laws in that little hick town are a little different than in Los Angeles. They aren’t used to seeing the paparazzi.
