The other day Lindsay Lohan received a phone call from the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles, where she will be doing some community service, saying there was an opening for orientation if she wanted to do it, she jumped on it so quickly she obviously forgot to put on a bra as you can see in the photos.
Lindsay, who didn’t actually start the community service – just the orientation, may have gotten a bit of good news again this week because it looks like she might be able to skip on going to jail despite her 120 day sentence for robbing a necklace.
TMZ reports that instead of going to jail Lindsay could end up serving her sentence on house arrest because according to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department and L.A. County Probation Dept when it comes to non-violent, misdemeanor offenses they allow this shit to happen.
We already know that Judge Stephanie Sautner was very clear in saying Lindsay will be treated like other defendants with the same sentence, and this is exactly how these people get treated.
In a last minute addition Lindsay Lohan will be on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno later on Tonight but the interview was pre-recorded yesterday and Radar Online reports that when she walked on set she received standing ovation from the crowd.
NBC are keeping most of the interview under wraps and only released the above clip from the interview but according to Radar Online she was asked “at what point did you realize, ‘Oh my God, I could lose this, this could slip away from me?’” He response was:
“I think that when, you know, being young and being in the position I was in, you don’t really take the time to appreciate what you have and it’s all kind of a whirlwind, and people make decisions for you, but I’m not a kid anymore — I’m 24, I’ve made a lot of mistakes and I recognize that. I’m in the clear now, and as long as I stay focused, I can achieve what I want to achieve.”
Yes you read read right she said she is “in the clear now,” obviously she is still living in the land of denial because she is still facing misdemeanor charges for robbing a necklace, was just sentenced to 120 hours of community service which involves working at a city morgue and she was released on $75,000 bail on Friday.
In the interview she also reportedly confirmed her role in the up coming Gotti movie which will also star John Travolta. You might also want to know that in order to fit Lindsay in for tonights show the producers bumpbed Kristin Chenoweth interview slot.
Ever since she was accused of stealing a necklace Lindsay Lohan has maintained her innocence and has been adamant that she wont go to jail. But now TMZ are reporting she is considering taking a plea deal and going to jail.
Apparently Judge Keith Schwartz had offered Lindsay and her attorney, Shawn Holley, a plea deal that would see Lindsay being sent to jail for three months but she would be let out after 19 days because of overcrowding. Lindsay originally insisted on not taking the deal but now she is starting to realize it might be the best option.
If she does choose to fight in court she could either get off with it but in reality she will lose and could get over a year in jail for violating her probation as well as more time for a felony over theft. Lindsay will be back in court on Friday to either accept the plea deal or fight it.
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve wrote about Lindsay Lohan being in court and possibly going to jail.
Mel Gibson has escaped serving jail time because he agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors in his domestic violence case, he will plead guilty to misdemeanor battery of Oksana Grigorieva and he will escape going to jail.
Mel will attend court on Friday where he will plead not guilty to simple battery, he is said to believe that if he did fight the case he would win but since he wants “protect” his loved ones he decided to accept the deal. Blair Berk, Mel’s lawyer, released a statement saying:
“I know from almost 20 years as a criminal defense lawyer that sometimes justice can come for a client at too high a personal price. That is particularly so for Mel, whose right to due process can only be exercised in this case with an enormous media circus attached. Mel’s priority throughout all of this has been that the best interests of his young daughter Lucia and the rest of his children be put first in any decisions made. It is with only that in mind that he asked me to approach the District Attorney with a proposal that would bring all of this to an immediate end.”
So let me get this if you decide to beat on your loved one and then plead not guilty to “simple batter” you can pretty much get away with it. This is sending such a good message to people out there. The only punishment that Mel is likely to get is maybe a few classes on domestic abuse. What a world we live in.
Earlier today it was reported that Lindsay Lohan wanted to stay an extra few days in rehab even though she could have been released today. Well that was wrong because the bitch is out and free to do what she wants.
Lindsay completed her stint at the Betty Ford Center and is now a free woman, the people of Los Angeles better watch out because I’m sure it wont take her long before she is driving around doing nothing. Dina Lohan says…
“I want to keep everyone safe and make sure there is no car chase. I don’t want to discuss her plans after she leaves Betty Ford because I want to avoid being followed. She doesn’t need the stress right now, I just want to move on and have a positive year. It has been a long two years for us, and we are happy that it’s almost over.”
I guess fair enough that Lindsay actually completed her stint in rehab but does Dina actually think we believe her? We all know that she is going to be the first person calling up the paparazzi and tipping them off.

Lindsay Lohan is almost finished her stint at the Betty Ford rehab center but she isn’t willing to finish quietly because the other day she was caught partying while living at her sober living house and now she is accused of battering one of the staff members.
Let’s start back last week when Lindsay’s roomates in the sober house decided to have a little party and the booze started flying, but they were caught and got into trouble. Lindsay was supposedly liquor free though so she gets off with that one.
But instead of just apologizing for breaking her curfew Lindsay got all up in the face of one of the employees and then police were called “hand-to-hand battery”. Apparently the staff member isn’t going to let this one fly because she is demanding Lindsay be prosecuted. If this happens then her ass could be sent back to jail, yeah as if that is ever going to happen – look how many times she’s gotten off so far.
Lindsay is telling a different story, of course, as she is saying that while she did push the woman it was in self defense because the woman was “unfairly scolding her” and then “put her hands on Lindsay.” Standing up for herself, Lindsay says she just pushed back.
What a mess, only Lindsay Lohan could end up in a huge fight at the rehab facility that she is about to graduate from and then face another jail sentence for it. Does this bitch ever learn?

Lil Wayne is now a free man because he has been released from Rikers Island jail in New York City after he served 8 months of his 1 year sentence.
Weezy has to make a quick stop in Arizona to sign some paperwork involving a 2008 drug case and then he will begin a 36-month probation term.
After that it’s time for the rapper to get his party on because Mack Maine, the President of his record label, is throwing him a huge party on Sunday at a Miami strip club. A radio station in New York is even giving away free passes to the party as part of a competition.

Lindsay Lohan is currently in court to see whether or not she will be heading back to jail or rehab, but we will get to that later when the verdict comes in. For now let’s talk about somebody trying to murder Michael Lohan.
According to TMZ, Michael was attacked by a man in his 50′s or 60′s outside his home in Santa Monica last night and he cut his throat with a knife.
Michael told the police that an hour before the attack he received a threatening phone call and then when he went out to get some cigarettes the a man came up behind him and so started the attack.
The older man was wearing an all black track suit, he first started to choke Michael before pulling out some kind of shank and sliced Michael’s neck and arms.
Michael then fought the older man off, who ran away. Police came to the scene and began taking statements and stuff, they thing the motive behind the attack is because the man didn’t want Michael to show up at Lindsay’s court hearing today.
I know I shouldn’t laugh at any kind of violence but I did.
George Michael was released from prison earlier today after serving four weeks behind bars for driving his Range Rover while under the influence of cannabis.
George served half of his eight week sentence that he received last month, they snuck him out of the big house a couple of hours early to avoid all the paparazzi. After he got released he stepped outside of his home in London to talk to the press. He said…
“‘I’m coming out here on my own so that you’ll realise I just want to start again. I’m going to try to stop running away from you guys. You’ll get sick of me. You’ll see me about. I just want to say thank you for everybody who has supported me in there, it’s quite inspirational. It’s going to be nothing to do with prison.”
During his stint in prison he released a statement saying that he was doing fine and thanked all his fans for the thousands of letters he received, he also said that as a way to repay his fans he would release new music.

Lindsay Lohan could soon be back behind bars because her probation has just been revoked and a judge has released a bench warrant for her arrest because she recently failed her drug test after testing positive for cocaine.
Judge Elden Fox released the warrant for her arrest but he has placed it on hold until Friday at 8:30 AM because she has been ordered to appear in court. She might spend 30 days in jail.
In other news TMZ also say that Lindsay failed two drug tests, one we know is cocaine and the other one we now know is for amphetamines.
I feel like a law student who’s also majoring in sniffing coke today because all day I’ve been reading about is celebrities being arrested and doing the white stuff.
It was judgment day for Paris Hilton today as she appeared before a judge in Las Vegas regarding her arrest last month on cocaine possession and as everyone expected – she escaped going to jail.
Paris stood before a judge and pleaded guilty to drug possession and obstructing an officer, instead of being told she was heading to the slammer she was given 200 hours of community service and a $2,000 fine.
She was also handed a year of probation and must complete and intensive substance abuse program. The judge warned that if she is arrested again, for anything other than a minor traffic violation, in the next year then she will be serving one year at the Clark County Detention Center.
The judge then said “The Clark County Detention Center is not the Waldorf Astoria.” I like this judge for cracking a joke but I don’t like him for basically letting her off with it. I was hoping to see her being sent to the chokey.

The other day TMZ said that Lindsay Lohan failed one of her drug tests when she tested positive for cocaine, she denied this and said “they’re all nuts.” She has since changed her tune and admitted she did fail it.
Lindsay did something that she has never done in her life… she decided to go on her Twitter page and finally admit that she messed up. In a bunch of tweets she said…
“Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result. Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future. This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I’m prepared to face the consequences. I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that i am trying hard, but also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else. I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful….Thank you all!!!”
Well it’s about time that she admits to being wrong, I’m actually shocked she did. But then again it’s Lindsay Lohan she was probably high the whole time.

He’s only out of prison since December but rapper T.I. is already in trouble with the police again, this time for possession of a controlled substance.
T.I. and his wife, Tameka Cottle, were driving down Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles last night when they got pulled over. Just like with Paris Hilton, the cops say they smelled a big of marijuana coming from the car.
After searching the car the cops found methamphetamines and ecstasy so they arrested the couple, who just got married married in June, and took them to the station. They posted bail of $10,000 and were released at 4:00 am.
This could all see his ass thrown back into the big house because it is probably a violation of his probation. Are these celebrities stupid? If your carrying drugs in your car then make sure to drive safely so the police don’t pull you over.

Lindsay Lohan is featured on the cover and in the October 2010 issue of Vanity Fair magazine, she gave an interview right before she headed to jail and as always it’s full of denial and placing the blame on to everybody else.
On denying abusing drugs: “I’ve never abused prescription drugs. I never have—never in my life. I have no desire to. That’s not who I am. I’ve admitted to the things that I’ve done—to, you know, dabbling in certain things and trying things ’cause I was young and curious and thought it was like, O.K., ’cause other people were doing it and other people put it in front of me. And I see what happened in my life because of it.”
On her alcohol addiction: “If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [SCRAM] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I’m taking and my father says I’m taking—so that says something, because I was fine.”
On the people she used to hang around with: “So many people around me would say they cared for the wrong reasons. A lot of people were pulling from me, taking from me and not giving. I had a lot of people that were there for me for, you know, the party.”
On wanting her career back: “I don’t care what anyone says. I know that I’m a damn good actress. And I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible but that’s what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes. I want my career back. I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It’s not fun anyway.”
On moving to Hollywood when she was young: “It was very go-go-go and I had a lot of responsibility; and I think just the second I didn’t have structure anymore I was 18, 19 with a ton of money and no one really here to tell me that I couldn’t do certain things … And I see where that’s gotten me now, and I don’t like it.”
If you smell terrible right now it’s not your co-worker farting, it’s just the strong stench of bullshit coming from Lindsay Lohan‘s mouth. Until this girl takes some responsibility for her actions she will always be fucked up.

I guess two weeks adds up to 90 days for doctors at UCLA because it seems like they are about to release Lindsay Lohan from rehab after just two weeks. She was supposed to serve 90 days in rehab after she got released from jail but now according to TMZ it looks like she will be released from rehab this week.
Apparently the doctors say that her psychiatric problems and drug dependency issues are not as severe as they first thought, despite her being addicted to Adderall. They don’t think she requires much more impatient care. They also say that Lindsay is not bipolar, which it doesn’t take a PhD to know that since her whole issue is that she’s addicted to drugs and alcohol.
Once doctors write up their final report then Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, will go to court and ask the judge to release her early. A source says that if doctors say Lindsay is well enough to begin her outpatient care then the judge will most likely release her this week.
I hope the bars in Los Angeles are stocking up because they are going to be dry by the end of the week if Lindsay Lohan is released.
