Britney Spears is almost a free woman and will be able to wipe her ass without her father watching every move according to Radar Online because they are reporting that her conservatorship will be coming to an end in the next 3 months.
Britney apparently met up with Judge Reva Goetz last Thursday to talk about getting back control of her life from her father Jamie Spears, a source says…
“Judge Goetz needed to meet with Britney and talk to her face-to-face, to see how she was doing, It’s one thing to read medical reports about her, but the in-person meeting was very important. Britney’s court-appointed attorney, Sam Imgham was the only other person in chambers during the 35-minute meeting. Judge Goetz also met with Britney’s father, Jamie separately, as well as with Brit’s therapist. There will be a hearing for the conservatorship to end. This won’t be done in secret. There is nothing to hide, everyone just wants to be cautious that it’s the right time, and all signs seem to indicate that it is.”
The source also says that the conservatorship will end in two phases and Britney won’t have control of her financial affairs until the second stage.
I know we all, including myself, thought that Jamie Spears only did this for money but there’s no denying that he completely turned Britney’s life around since he took control of her back in 2008. I’m interested to see how this will all affect her new album that’s due for release in 2011.
The Child Protective Services are about to be knocking on Britney Spears‘ door because there is new allegations that she beats up and abuses her kids.
The CPS were approached by Fernando Flores, a former bodyguard for Britney who also accused her of sexually harassing him, and he told them that they should investigate Britney for child abuse. A source says…
“Britney doesn’t mean to be a bad mum. But Flores feels she has so many issues she can’t be trusted around her boys. He claims the first really shocking incident was when she came marching into the pool house at her mansion and demanded his belt. He handed it over but then followed her into the main house and claims he witnessed the alleged incident.”
On top of accusing her of hitting the boys with a belt, he also says that she fed them with shellfish but the problem with that is that they are allergic to it and became sick.
Britney Spears of course denies this, I myself don’t believe it especially considering he only recently accused her of sexually harassing him – I guess somebody is in need of money because he is suing her and then sells his story straight away.
It seems like the days of seeing Britney Spears‘ nipples through her tops are over because her father has put a ban on her leaving the house without wearing a bra.
Jaimie Spears has gotten tired of seeing his daughters nipples in nearly every paparazzi photos of her so he has made a new rule that she must wear her bra.
Britney, who is still under her fathers conservatorship was also apparently ordered to dump her boyfriend Jason Trawick because Jamie felt the relationship was making her fall back into her old emotional ways.
A source said “Jamie’s control over Britney’s life is incredible. He hates the pictures of her with her nipples all over the place so he has banned her from leaving the house without a bra. He wants her to put across the right impression. One security guard was told he is close to getting fired because he lets her go out without her bra. It was also Jamie who made her split with Jason. He likes Jason but their relationship was too intense and volatile. He feared it was sending her back to her old ways. He warned her: ‘It’s Jason or your children’.”
If he is really worried about her appearance then Jamie Spears needs to make sure she is wearing clean clothes, what bothers me most about Britney Spears paparazzi candids is the fact you can always count on there being at least two stains on her clothes.

Apparently her father Jamie Spears feels that Britney has come along way since he took control of her life and finances in February 2009.
The problem is Jamie can’t ask the judge to end it, he as to ask for the conservatorship to be reviewed once her Circus tour comes to a finish in November.

In case you haven’t heard, Britney’s legal costs for getting her life back on track have cost her around $2.7 million, probably more during the initial 11 months of the court-ordered conservatorship her father has on her life.
The fees have been split between about 17 lawyers and firms who have helped in her personal or business life in the past 14 months, on Monday attorneys representing Britney’s dad, Jamie spears, presented their bills which totatled more than $1 million.
Oh and Britney Spears‘ divorce to Kevin Federline cost around $417,000. No wonder she doesn’t even know what date it is and Maxim have to reuse old pictures (they probably couldn’t get her to pose for new pictures).
Britney Spears’ former manager Sam Lutfi is suing the singer and her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, for defamation and breach of contract, L.A. court documents show.
In the lawsuit filed Tuesday, Lutfi is also claiming libel, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. “Jamie and Lynne launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney’s life,” the papers read. “This campaign also provided Jamie with the opportunity he needed to obtain an appointment as Britney’s conservator.”
Additionally, the lawsuit alleges: “Despite seemingly accomplishing their objectives, Jamie and Lynne have nevertheless continued their smear campaign against Lutfi. Thus, having no other alternative, Lutfi brings this action to defend himself against Jamie’s and Lynne’s persistent attacks.”
Last Friday, Britney’s father obtained a new restraining order against Lutfi, accusing him of harassing the Spears family. In papers, Jamie Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet, who oversee the singer’s affairs as co-conservators, alleged that Lufti and two other men “are now working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears’s health and well being.”
Lutfi, who says he became Britney’s manager after the two met in an L.A. nightclub in 2007, claims his reputation was damaged by Lynne Spears’s book, Through the Storm, in which she makes allegations about Lutfi’s control over her daughter. He calls the allegations “lies and fabrication.”
“Since the publication of the book, Lutfi has been subjected to unfathomable amounts of ridicule and scorn,” and has received “numerous death threats from overzealous fans,” the lawsuit reads, adding that Lutfi can “no longer find work as a counselor of at-risk teens.”
Lutfi also alleges that in January 2008, Jamie Spears burst into the singer’s home and “punched [Lutfi] in the chest,” which caused “injury to his nervous system and person.” He adds the singer’s father was “screaming that … Lutfi had made a rude comment to Lynne the night before.”
Finally, Lutfi claims he and Britney had an oral agreement that he would be compensated 15 percent of her earnings as her manager. Lutfi alleges that the agreement was confirmed in a text message on Oct. 13, 2007 in which the singer wrote: “sam, so thats fine, i want you to be my manager, you were right its 15 percent of my money but for 4 years not 5.” Lutfi claims that he hasn’t received any payment for his alleged services.
Lutfi’s attorney, Bryan J. Freedman said in a statement Tuesday that there is “overwhelming evidence from independent witnesses” proving his client’s case and that “at the time of the trial in this action, the jury will have an opportunity to weigh the credibility of the witnesses.”
Lawyers for Jamie Spears weren’t immediately available for comment.
The bank of Britney Spears has just opened its vault — again.
The judge in the conservatorship case has just ruled Jamie, Brit’s dad, thousands of extra $$$ for the work he’s been doing for his daughter. Jamie was getting $10,000 a month for his fee as the conservator of Brit’s estate.
Today the judge adjusted that amount for the entire year to $16,125 a month, to reflect all the additional work Jamie did — which includes planning her tour for next year.
I’m sure her manager couldn’t handle all of the work by himself, right!
The judge also gave the green light for Jamie to get office space — Brit will pay $1,200 a month for that. Taking care of his daughter is a hard job, it warrants a nice office. I say this, while working in my front living room/office space. Pfft!
And there’s more. Brit’s bro, Bryan Spears, will receive $200,000 for services he rendered prior to the time the conservatorship was established. He did accept a few phone calls and gave her a couple rides to Starbucks. This family SUCKS!
And the lawyers … the bills for all of them are approaching a cool $1 million.
