Jesse James’ ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, unloaded on a paparazzi outside an Orange County courthouse.
According to video obtained by TMZ, Lindemulder was entering court for a child custody hearing, as several photogs followed her and snapped pics. After several attempts to get them to leave her alone, she snapped.
After dousing the heavyset photographer with coffee, he went flying against a wall. He was rushed to the emergency room after complaining of “spine” pain from the assault. He’s seen slouched over and struggling to breathe.
Talk about melodramatic!
Doesn’t it look like he’s flinging himself across the room? I swear my daughter looked just like that — when she flung herself on the bed, not getting what she wanted.

While Jesse James shares custody of his two oldest children with his first wife, former porn star Janine Lindemulder, he has full custody of his youngest daughter. Why are they with Sandra now?
If Jesse was still in rehab, I could understand it, I suppose… but he quit that bitch after only a week. Apparently it’s harder than he thought it would be to get laid in sex rehab. Maybe Sandra Bullock just wanted to get the children out of there while Jesse finishes reading his autographed copy of Mein Kampf?
Some people are speculating that this news shows that Sandra may be willing to take JJ back. I disagree. I think that she is probably a kind hearted person that cares about the kids and doesn’t want them to catch any of the airborne herpes that are flying around her husband’s body.
Janine Lindemulder, former porn star wife of Jesse James, was recently released from a six month stint in prison for tax evasion, and has now decided to publicly attack Jesse and wife Sandra Bullock over custody of Janine and Jesse’s daughter, five year old Sunny James.
On Good Morning America yesterday, Lindemulder made several statements in regards to Sandra Bullock, whom she seems particularly pissed off at. She stated,
“What would give her the right to take away my daughter? This is my daughter. I’m the best mother I can be.”
Oh, and Janine’s new husband is also a convicted felon.
Bullock has written a letter to the judge that will be hearing the case, mentioning Janine’s drug use and accusing her of neglecting Sunny James:
“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert, never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition Sunny will be in. While in Janine’s care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use.”
This one looks like it could get pretty ugly, and I believe that running to the press to plead her case was a pretty stupid move on Janine Lindemulder’s part. Making this a public fight will only turn people against her.
