11 Stars Who Look Younger Now Than They Did Back Then

The story of an actress in Hollywood usually goes like this – they get a role, they are considered sexy and hot and start appearing on every beautiful list. But as they get older and a new wave of actresses come in, they are forgotten about and end up getting ugly or botching their faces up with plastic surgery. But this is not always the case as the following list proves you can get better looking as you age:-

Courteney Cox Arquette:

She graced People magazine’s famous “50 Most Beautiful People” issue in 1995, and while the blue-eyed beauty of course looked stunning, her face-framing hairstyle made the 31-year-old look like she was pushing forty.

Now that the sitcom-star is actually in her forties, her beauty is as buoyant and fresh as someone half her age. The more relaxed, youthful hairstyle she has been sporting since her mid-thirties, whether it is stick-straight or in loose waves, has definitely purified her look, allowing her striking bone structure and killer features to shine. Her maintained beauty landed her the starring role in ABC’s new show Cougartown.

In 2008, she appeared on the cover of Marie Claire, and confided in the magazine over anti-aging procedures she has tried (including Botox) and had “hated,” although she admits that she is not ruling out procedures in the future.

Halle Berry:

A former pageant girl (only five girls stood between her and Miss World in 1986), Halle Berry has always enjoyed a life as one of the world’s most beautiful women. But today at 44, the actress looks more luminous, radiant and younger than she did during her rise to fame in the nineties. Perhaps it was the birth of her gorgeous daughter Nahla at the age of 41 that has kept Berry permeating such beaming beauty. Washington, DC Is The New Hollywood?

Apparently Washington, DC is the new Hollywood if “People” magazine is to be believed.

Ever since the Obama family moved into the White House, it seems like the place has been a magnet for Hollywood stars, and even reality shows.

“Parks & Recreation” star Rashida Jones has been hanging out in our nation’s capital, with Obama’s speechwriter Jon Favreau. A source says, “It’s not serious”, but they are definitely dating.

“Private Practice” star Kate Walsh has also taken to dating in DC, going after Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Sean Smith. The two were spotted cuddling together there.

Kal Penn also quit “House” to join the Obama administration in the Office of Public Liaison, saying, “The opportunity to serve in a capacity like this is an incredible honor.”

Bravo is also bringing the “Real Housewives” reality show franchise to DC with a new show. Along with MTV, who’s also bringing their “Real World” series to the “heart of where history is made.”

Who else is going to come along for the ride?

Kate Walsh Is Looking For Love

Kate Walsh was the last person to think that she’d be divorced after only 15 months of marriage to ex-husband, Alex Young.

She says, “I don’t think anyone gets married thinking that they will get divorced. We certainly did not. Alex and I still care for each other, and I wish him nothing but the best. The silver lining to this, however, is that I have a wonderful family and a great group of friends who really showed their support and encouragement, and for that I am truly grateful.”

She has revealed that she wants to move forward now and keep on with her search to find love. She says, “I have always been the girl who keeps on trying. I try! I try!”

Kate Walsh’s Husband Files For Divorce

“Private Practice” star Kate Walsh‘s husband Alex Young has filed for divorce from the actress.

Reps for the couple said,

“Papers have been filed to amicably end the marriage of executive Alex Young and actress Kate Walsh. The couple remain on friendly terms and sincerely hope the media will respect their privacy during this difficult time.”

In divorce papers, Young cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The date of separation is listed as November 22, 2008, just before the Thanksgiving holiday.

Kate and Alex have been married since September of 2007. The couple got engaged in May 2007 after a whirlwind courtship.
