The appearance of Turkish-German actress Sila Sahin‘s attractive, naked body in the May issue of Playboy magazine shows how young women with immigrant backgrounds can rid themselves of “religious and cultural constraints, without needing to cite statistics or elaborate arguments provided by integration experts.”
Until now, Sahin, a 25-year-old Turkish German living in Berlin, had been regarded as a glowing example of how a modern Muslim girl should behave in a multicultural society. A successful actress starring in German television soap opera ‘Good Times, Bad Times’, she pleased her many fans and made her Turkish family proud.
“I did it because I wanted to be free at last. These photographs are a liberation from the restrictions of my childhood,” she said.
Her family has, unsurprisingly, reacted with horror, and her mother has cut off all contact with the actress.
“My mother is still angry. It will be even more difficult with my grandparents, my aunts and my uncles,” she said.
It was just a few days ago that someone tried to take a photo of Jake Gyllenhaal while he was peeing in a bathroom and now Playgirl are offering $10,000 to anybody who can get a nude photo of Anderson Cooper.
Anderson apparently tops the list of “10 Guys We Want to See Naked” at the Playgirl office and I’m gonna guess they don’t have enough money to make him a direct offer so they are going to do the next best thing and ask everybody to stalk him in hopes that he gets naked in a public place so they can buy the photos.
Daniel Nardicio, the head man at Playgirl, says “he’s got this charisma that a lot of our readers are attracted to, plus now he’s all muscled, [so] he’s not only smart but also hot, both our male and female readers love Anderson.”
I honestly don’t know whether to laugh or be disgusted at this, it’s funny in the sense that you know there is going to be some creepers out there who will try do it but it’s disgusting that our culture is now to the point magazines are willing to pay out money for us to invade celebrities privacy so much. So which one of you is going to try get this money?
Though LeAnn Rimes‘ controversial interview in the October issue of Shape generated tons of press for the magazine, its editor-in-chief regrets putting the country singer on its cover.
In the interview, the singer opened up for the first time about why she cheated on husband Dean Sheremet with actor Eddie Cibrian, who was also married at the time.
“My relationship with Dean was great, but ultimately it wasn’t a fulfilling marriage for either of us,” Rimes, 28, told the mag. “I understand why people are disappointed in me, especially since I grew up as America’s sweetheart.”
In an e-mail obtained by TooFab, editor-in-chief Valerie Latona apologized to readers who felt that Rimes was a poor cover choice.
“You are all in good company…as you all agree Shape has made a terrible mistake in putting LeAnn Rimes on the cover,” Latona explained. “Please know that our putting her on the cover was not meant to put a husband-stealer on a pedestal-but to show (through her story) how we all are human. And this woman in particular found strength in exercise in what she said was her most difficult personal moment.”
Despite the magazine’s efforts, Latona acknowledges that “it did not come across that way…And for that I’m terribly sorry. I hope that we can do better the next time for those of you that will give us another chance.”
The whole Glee stars on the cover of GQ Magazine has caused a lot of controversy over the past few days because people view it as too racy, hell The Parents Television Council even compared it to pedophilia. But here is 7 covers that are more racier than the Glee cover, according to BuddyTV.

In April 1999, when Spears was just 17 years old, Rolling Stone came out with this cover. Not only was the photo a lot racier than the one for Glee, but the girl was actually a teenager, not just playing one on TV.

It’s all about Kim, and this nude cover with very thin bars that barely cover the naughty bits is certainly more racy than anything Glee has ever done.
The Dixie Chicks on Entertainment Weekly
When the Dixie Chicks caused a commotion by criticizing then-President Bush, this cover exposed them, literally.
Lady Gaga on Rolling Stone
Very revealing and fully loaded, this cover certainly brought out the big guns.

Lara Stone is featured in the November 2010 issue of British Vogue and she talks to the magazine about having children, which she says she would love to have gay babies.
She says “I would love to have children some day. I’d like little gay boys. That would be good. I’m terrified of having a little girl. Girls are more evil than boys. And then they have boyfriends. Of course, I’d be happy to have a girl.”"
I wonder if having gay babies is going to be the next celebrity craze? Robbie Williams also recently said that he would like to have gay children. How they plan on having gay children is beyond me though, it’s not as if you can predict if someone is going to be gay or not.

Kim Kardashian said that she regretted posing nude for Playboy because she was uncomfortable being naked but here she is posing nude again, this time it’s for W Magazine.
Kim stripped naked for W Magazine’s “Art Issue”, so to make it artsy they threw a ton of silver body paint over her and made her cover her cooch.
I guess posing nude is okay for her if it’s considered as art.
Minka Kelly has been named as Esquire Magazine’s Sexiest Woman Alive 2010, while I don’t think she is the sexiest woman alive I do think she is definitely sexy … just take a look at the photoshoot below that she did for the magazine.
On her childhood with her mother: “My mom lived a fast life, it was all about what we could do to have fun with nothing. She — for most of my life, she was a dancer. An exotic dancer. She was a stripper. Um, so she would come home at like three, four o’clock in the morning, and sometimes she would have a really great night, and so she would wake me up in the middle of the night and we’d go to Ralphs and go grocery shopping. And that was so much fun. We’d have the whole grocery store to ourselves, and we would have a blast and buy a hundred dollars in groceries. And it was just the best day ever. The best day.”

Katy Perry is featured in the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine, out this Friday, and she is looking better than ever in these photos. Here is what she had to say to them…
On Googling herself: “Any artist who says they don’t Google their name is a big fat liar.”
On a comment she made about Miley Cyrus: “It’s a little gross, I’m sure no one knew or cared about that line about Miley. When you look at other celebrities’ Twitter feeds and see them posting about something they read about themselves on a Google Alert, it’s like, ‘Uh, maybe you should stop Googling yourself every day, the world does not spin around you.’”
On her blasphemy comment about Lady GaGa: “I am sensitive to Russell taking the Lord’s name in vain and to Lady Gaga putting a rosary in her mouth. I’m glad that photographer Mark Seliger managed to convince her to go topless and give us some side boobage in one of the photos below. Katy Perry annoys the hell out of me and she’s always full of contradictions but she is one of the hottest women out there right now that’s for sure.

Supermodel Lara Stone today announced she is taking legal action after alleging that unauthorized photographs appeared in French Playboy.
The Dutch model, who is married to British comedian David Walliams, said the magazine had “no right” to publish the pictures last month and has instructed lawyers to commence proceedings in Paris against French Playboy and photographer Greg Lotus.

Of the photos and lawsuit Stone said,
“Playboy had no right to publish these unauthorized photographs. It’s not the kind of publication I would ever choose to appear in. I feel I have no option but to take steps to protect my reputation.”
Stone, 26, and Walliams tied the knot at Claridge’s Hotel in London in May after dating for around a year. Their guests included Denise Van Outen, Sam Taylor-Wood, Ronnie Corbett, Barbara Windsor and James Corden.

I’ve never heard of Cintia Dicker until I came across these photos of her topless in the new issue of Marie Claire France but she is definitely on my radar now.
After looking her up I now know that she is a model from Brazil and has modeled for a lot of companies including Victoria’s Secret, since I know everything Victoria’s Secret I’m surprised I don’t know her.
With a second name like Dicker, I wonder if Cintia Dicker got a lot of sex jokes when she was in school.
Kelly Brook is in the new issue of Total Film Magazine and the photoshoot is extremely hot, showing her in a bikini while paying homage to famous Hollywood women.
In the main photo above she is doing her best Princess Leia impression which I’m sure will send all of the Star Wars fanatics into a seizure.
The more I see her in photoshoots and bikinis the more excited I get for Kelly Brook‘s spread in Playboy magazine.

Angelina Jolie is featured in and on the cover of the July issue of Parade magazine and because she has a movie to promote she gave a one-on-one sit-down interview with them. In the interview she was asked the usual questions about Brad Pitt, her kids and her past. Here is what she says…
On love: “I feel sad for someone who has never known love. Love elevates. You know, Brad would joke about me having this conversation about love. Love? It’s such a funny word. Brad can find certain phrases of poetry for it. I’m terrible at it. But I know it means wanting the best for the people you love, putting their interests above your own, always. Love does that. Love is what you live for.”
On her rebellious past: “I used to cut myself or jump out of airplanes, trying to find something new to push up against because sometimes everything else felt too easy. I was searching for something deeper, something more. I tried everything. I always felt caged, closed in, like I was punching at things that weren’t there. I always had too much energy for the room I was in.”
On the media and paparazzi: “We do everything we can to keep our kids away from it. We travel to places where the kids aren’t aware of that kind of thing. We try to give them a full life where they don’t have to come face to face with that world. With the paparazzi present, we’re careful when we leave the house. Other than that…” She laughs at the absurdity of it all. “We don’t stand in the checkout line at the grocery store looking at the magazines. Our friends don’t tell us about it. And our kids don’t know. I feel if we keep looking out for them, they’ll be fine.”
On loving staying at home: “There’s never a period when Brad and I are pulled apart. We are not separated for more than three days, ever. We stay really connected. We actually don’t go out much. It’s funny. We’re very homebound. We’re very much Mommy and Daddy in our pajamas.”
On her mother who died in 2007: “Mother never put herself first, ever. At the end, she said her greatest success was being a mother. I remember Mother singing in church. How pretty she was! I lit candles with her. She said she had missed nothing in life except getting to know her grandchildren. When she passed away, I brought my son to church to light a candle for her.” Jolie’s eyes fill with tears. “Forgive me,” she says. “I loved her so much.”
Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever actually read an interview in which Angelina Jolie actually discusses the movie she is promoting.

Helen Mirren has stripped down and posed nude in the bath for a photoshoot and article in NY Magazine and even though she soon turns 65-years-old I have to admit she still has it.
Mirren is starring in a new movie called Love Ranch, which was directed by her husband Taylor Hackford, and she plays a madam running a brothel similarly to Nevada’s real Mustang Ranch. She says her husband kept asking her to go spend a night at the Mustang Ranch but she wouldn’t do it.
Instead she opted just do research on brothels and prostitution, which she says now makes her think brothels should be legalized because it makes it safer for the sex workers.
On being the good girl: “I’m still the good girl who wants to be a bad girl. But I’ll never make it as a bad girl … I’m not a prude or a moralist and I never have been, but I’m too fearful, too much of a wimp, really.”
On other women in the industry: “I’m thrilled young girls are claiming their sexuality for themselves, I love bold women: Madonna and Scarlett Johansson—sexy and gorgeous, but not only that. And Miley Cyrus—fantastic! And Lady Gaga. I love the way she’s elevated pop to performance art, or dragged performance art down to pop, or maybe made a wonderful amalgam of the two. My girls: Miley, Scarlett, Lady Gaga. My team … Yes.”
