Desperate Housewives actress Marcia Cross was spotted using a men’s public bathroom on Sunday in Malibu, California.

Personally, I’d rather go on the side of the road and use a leaf to wipe. Men’s public restrooms are especially nasty!

Marcia Cross Nude Photos Surface - [NSFW Pictures]

Back in October of last year, Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross was entangled in a mess over 200 nude photos of her, recovered by a garbage man.

The actress demanded the photos be returned to her, since, as her lawyers maintained, they were the copyrighted property of Marcia and her husband.

But Schmidt claimed otherwise.

“The pictures were not stolen,” Schmidt told the News. “When you throw something away, you forfeit that property.”

We’ll they’ve surfaced… it was only a matter of time.

Fall TV Preview: ‘Desperate Housewives’ and ‘Brothers & Sisters’

Two more season premieres tonight for another good night of television: ‘Desperate Housewives’ and ‘Brothers & Sisters’.

‘Desperate Housewives’ is back tonight for the beginning of its 4th season, and Nicollette Sheridan is back on Wisterian Lane despite storylines that indicated possibly otherwise. And Dana Delaney will join the cast this year.

When last season ended, Edie appeared to have committed suicide, Gabby got married to a politician who only married her for the Hispanic vote, Lynette learned she has cancer, Bree was faking a pregnancy to cover-up her daughter’s pregnancy, and Mike and Susan finally got married.

When this season begins, the big mystery will involve Dana Delaney and her family and the reason they left Wisteria Lane years ago. Also, there’s a rumor that Susan will get pregnant this season.

Season Premiere Tonight at 9 pm EST/8 pm CST on ABC

Also on ABC, ‘Brothers & Sisters’ returns for its 2nd season. After taking home the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama, Sally Field promises to deliever again this time around. Her speech focused on mothers and war, and the second season will relate as Sally Field’s character deals with her son’s deployment to Iraq.

Season Premiere Tonight at 10 pm EST/9 pm CST on ABC

This might be the worst poll ever taken. Newlywed Kate Walsh has topped the list of Hollywood’s Hottest Redheads. But here’s the thing, who knew Kate Walsh was actually a blonde?

The former Grey’s Anatomy star is a natural blonde, but she insists redheads have more fun, stating, “When I was blonde, they treated me like a girly girl. As a redhead, it was a little more sassy.”

Madonna, Directing a Film is a Pain in Her Ass

Madonna is currently making her directorial debut on a short film called “Filth and Wisdom” , which is currently being filmed in London. She’s stated that the film will be based on personal experiences.

“While I cannot tell you more about it for now, I am happy to officially reveal its title: Filth And Wisdom. I will finish this in time to go back to the recording studio in July. I hate to be such a tease, but you know how I am.”

Based on the pictures below, she doesn’t look all that happy to me. Maybe it was just a bad day…. a headache maybe.

Edie Britt Kills Self on Desperate Housewives

Apparently, Edie Britt, Nicolle Sheridan’s character on “Desperate Housewives,” killed herself in the third season-ending cliffhanger. My wife and I don’t watch the show, but my mother-in-law loves it.

Anyway, popbytes has the recap:

i literally leapt out of my seat at the very end of desperate housewives’s season three finale - did edie britt (played by nicollette sherdian) really hang herself after carlos (sexy ricardo chavira) found out her scheme to make him love her?!?

craziness!

oh my gosh - i still totally love this show and the return of bree (oh my marcia cross) on tonight’s episode totally set the stage for season four - poor gabby (ms. eva longoria) she found out that her new hubby was only interested in securing the latino vote in his race for governor - meanhwile susan (oh teri hatcher) finally found happiness with mike (hunky james denton) - last but not least lynnette’s (the incredible felicity huffman) mom joined in on the action & her daughter’s current marital problems - portrayed by the always awesome polly bergin!

I’m so excited, I can’t stand it.

Marcia Cross Introduces Her Twin Girls

Marcia Cross introduces her two new bundles of joy – fraternal twins Eden and Savannah, who were born on Feb. 20. Since their birth, the Desperate Housewives star is getting used to a new routine.

I’m so excited… it looks like they got Marcia’s lovely red locks.

“I feed, I burp, I change diapers, I pump”

Marcia Cross Delivers Twin Girls!

It’s fraternal twin girls for Marcia Cross. Here’s hoping that they have their mother’s beautiful red hair!

The “Desperate Housewives” actress, 44, gave birth to daughters Eden and Savannah in Los Angeles on Tuesday, her spokeswoman said Wednesday. The father is Cross’ stockbroker husband, Tom Mahoney.

“Mother and babies are all doing well,” publicist Heidi Slan said in an e-mail to The Associated Press.

Cross, who was expecting the twins in April, was put on bed rest in January. “This is a precautionary measure only,” Slan told the AP at the time.

Producers of “Desperate Housewives,” in which Cross stars as the persnickety Bree, decided last month to move production of her scenes to her Los Angeles home, according to a recent story posted on TV Guide’s Web site.

Cross and Mahoney married in June 2006. The couple dated for more than a year and became engaged in August 2005.

Marcia Cross Is Expecting Twins

Marcia Cross is surprised… she’s expecting twins. Well that’s an exciting thing and I wish her the best, but… there’s always a but, isn’t there? I can’t imagine having more than one at a time. My 15 year old… let’s just say, two of her at once would be an absolute nightmare. [heh]

Marcia Cross and her husband, Tom Mahoney, are expecting twins in April, the actress confirmed Friday on Ellen DeGeneres’s talk show.

“I was sort of blown away that I was having twins, so I just needed a minute to deal with it,” the 44-year-old Desperate Housewives star told DeGeneres, about her initial reticence to disclose that she was pregnant with twins. “So, we didn’t tell anybody. We just said I was pregnant. But as things happen in this town, it just got out, so everybody started congratulating me.”

DeGeneres joined in the congratulations – and offered Cross two gifts: a double stroller and, as a gag, a helmet she rigged with two bottles strapped on with attachable pacifiers. “It’s going to be hard to nurse both of them, so we want to help you out,” DeGeneres quipped, before unveiling the helmet, as Cross laughed and accepted her gifts. source
